Had a problem when they came to fix my ice maker, but after talking to the technician this morning, he assured me that they would come back and resolve my issue. I was impressed by the responsiveness.

When i tried to order a part from some store online, i was informed it would be a few months before they would be able to get the part in stock. I called Amy with Hamilton appliances and she got the part within two weeks for a great price. Ive also used them to repair a roller in my dryer.

Hamilton Appliance was called for service on our dryer. They were more interested in selling us a used dryer than repairing the existing one. The excuse we got was that The part we need for the noise is no longer in production. A quick google and an amazon order away got me the parts in two days. $42 dollars in parts and I have a working dryer. Hamilton Appliance is more interested in sales than service. Pass them by if you really want something repaired instead of replaced.

Great customer service! Very friendly and responded quickly to emails. They delivered free and took my old appliances off. They even lent me a washer to use while I waited for my new washing machine to come in. Great place!

A locally and family owned business with a wide range of appliances to choose from. Also, they offer a multitude of repairs and services with fair prices. I will be back!

Speed queens in stock (sometimes). Slight price break and free delivery!Customer service was top notch, delivery on time and professional. 3 locations show up for Memphis area. The only location is the Bartlett one. Thats OK.
