This location has superb customer service all the time. I know that sounds crazy. No one can be perfect all the time but this crew at this location is always courteous and kind when I’m there. Always knowledgeable about their products and services. If you need any new phones or are looking to change services, go and see them. They will take great care of you.

Hello I am 12+ customer with cricket and by far the best customer service was @ this location on yesterday. Lou and Juan assisted me in my phone purchase and set all my apps as well.I will be a customer for life.

I was frustrated with Verizon and was paying too much, along with all of that I couldnt deal with a contract carrier any longer. Switched to Cricket and the employee Juan was great help. Didnt pay much in the end, about $100 dollars with the bill and activation.My only concern was not being able to locate the store. It is right next to Abuelos on Highway 64. Hopefully these photos help

This has got to be the best cricket location in Memphis. Everyone in there is so super nice they listen to what your needs are. They do everything they can to make sure you have what youre looking for and what you need. Liu is a super great manager all his employees seem very happy at all times and theyre all outgoing

I have used my local Cricket store here in Arkansas and they always screw everything up. Almost 1 1/2 years ago we started coming to this store. It’s 75 miles from where I live. They have always went above and beyond to help straighten out the mess my local store made. I will no longer go the 8 miles to my local store. I’ll will continue to drive 75 miles to receive great customer service with a friendly attitude and do business with people that know what they are doing. I highly recommend this Cricket Store!!!! I love Cricket. I have been with them forever. I went into the store to file a claim. I was helped by Lou and Arianna. Bother were nice and accommodating. As I was talking to the claims adjuster, Lou was obviously listening to the conversation,( Awesome.) He heard me repeat having to print out, fill out and upload the form. Before I was done talking to the adjuster, he was there with the form. I filled it out and he uploaded everything for me. He anticipated my needs and made the process easier. That is what I call Customer Service. Thank you.
