My son loves game stop and I like the fact that the staff is friendly and knowledgeable listening to my son and the clerk talk was intriguing

It used to be the best place to buy your games. Now lately every time I want to buy a game they dont have it. They have to order it. Which takes a week or longer to arrive because of USPS. USPS is slow in delivering.

They need to stock up some more pokemon shining fates

So I went to this GameStop and I wanted to buy mortal combat he said I was too young so I couldn’t buy it back then they never ask how old you are the guy was disrespectful and very mean

I had an awesome experience and looking around and finding all kinds of stuff that I wanted to get. Sam is a breath of fresh air. She really seems to know her stuff and if she doesnt know then she goes above and beyond to find out for you. If your looking around she is not pushy and that is very refreshing. I could see myself buying more and more stuff from her. No offense to other gamestop employees but I will only buy from Sam, she is the real MVP in my book.

The staff here is always friendly and ready to offer suggestions for you.

Have to echo what the guy before me said -- customer service here is pretty blah. Both times I walked in I was ignored until I asked a question. Came to see if they had a game available used instead of waiting for it a few days in the mail. It was legitimately $10 more than the new price online. I asked the guy at the counter (I really thought it might have been an error). He snapped back at me, We dont price match. I guess he thought I was trying to haggle..? Ive bought games here before. I dont understand why a used price would be more expensive than the new one online (at Target, Walmart, and Amazon). Oh and it wasnt a new gaming system. Were talking about an XBOX 360 game, folks. Weird.

My husband was ripped off. Took his old phone there to sell it. Staff couldnt get the serial number so AT&T guy came to help. Next thing you know the phone is gone. Either someone on staff took it or the AT&T guy did. The stores are next door to each other how convenient maybe scam who knows.

Samantha was extremely helpful. We were able to find some games we couldnt find anywhere else.

I wouldve been totally screwed if it wasnt for Ashton at the Bartlett location. Everywhere I go HTC Vive is on backorder or sold out. I tried the Wolfcreek location which told me that they didnt carry the product the first time I entered and the second time I entered 10 minutes later they told me if they dont carry a product they cant order it to which I retorted but it says you have it on your website, I guess that means online only?I dont give up that easy. I had already tried multiple bestbuy locations that only carry Occulus Rift so I figured why not try another gamestop and Im so thankful that I called someone that cares about their job and is knowledgeable about their field. I seriously worry about the Wolfcreek store that was a huge insult to me and almost a lost $548.74 sale for Gamestop.Thanks again Ashton at the Bartlett locationwhoever runs the Wolfcreek location needs new friendly staff that are willing to look an item they have never heard of before up in the computer especially when a customer states it is on the website.

Didnt have what I wanted nor provided any decent info on what I was asking

Waiting for whole hour plus to get a trade in done. Store internet disconnects and is slow to do a game update and manager says they cant finish mybtransaction without the game updating. Will never buy a game system or do another game trade with this companybevwr again.
