Everyone is usually very friendly, I’m usually greeted as I walk through the door.
I was on hold for 50 minutes while trying to correct a prescription error. I finally gave up and will have to go into the store to correct the problem. This is simply not acceptable. If the staff is this overwhelmed Walgreens needs to hire more people.
Interview process went well or so i thought very rude open ended no dialogue after which to tell me if i had secured the position. no call back, had to call them after a week and ask finally told me the position was taken. i found another job but the lack of communication bothers me dont waste my time.

The manager Carnell Williams was very rude and unprofessional. Something needs to be done about the lack of customer service skills from upper management. The cashiers was friendly. I visited this location on 11/12/2020 around 8:40PM He did not put my product in the bag which was an alcoholic beverage.I asked for a bag he stated its a preference to even want a bag. The product was a 32 ounce so WHY WOULDNT I WANT A BAG
Very clean and well-stocked store. Staff has always been friendly. Same goes for the pharmacy...very sweet and work very hard. Too bad Walgreens in general is overpriced, or I would go here even more than I already do.
Of several Walgreens Ive used in Memphis for prescriptions and convenience items. The staff at this one are the best. Service is always quick and friendly. Im hardly ever in line for more than a few minutes.
Above and beyond! I called in to get some help for my elderly mom who lives far from me and the staff jumped on the issue and did much more than I ever expected to help her out… It is rare to find that kind of caring service these days.

Most of the pharmacy staff is unfriendly. Like you calling them is an inconvenience.
The pharmacy here is absolutely wonderful! The staff has been extremely helpful and courteous. I couldnt ask for a better team!
At this point, the only benefits of this walgreens, is the location and front of store. The pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. I have never left a pharmacy more frustrated than I do when I come here. I called and was left on hold for 10 minutes without as much as a hi, we will be right with you. Instead the phone just continued to ring. I gave up and just decided to go up there instead. To my surprise, there was only one person waiting when I arrived. Even with the one person, I wanted 20 mins to speak to someone. Two of the 3 medications were not ready. One required doctors approval and yet I received no updated. Medications were called in no late than 4:30 yet Im still left waiting (7:30). I dont know which is the bigger issue, the workflow, staffing or customer service, but we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.
The customer service at the pharmacy is exceptionally good. Definitely not your typical Walgreens. Worth driving an extra mile.
Don’t expect to get fast service in the pharmacy, they take there time. They need to remove the drive through. If they tell you 15min it will be 35min. Going to change to a different pharmacy.
I have been a customer at this location for approximately 15 years. The staff is very friendly and the store is well-stocked. The restrooms are clean and the pharmacy is well-run.
Has items you need, like the basic shampoo and toothpaste or anything really. I would recommend this store.
Theyve always worked with me on prescriptions.
