Bought a house recently and the carpet was quite dated. I received quotes from three companies total but ultimately went with John and Floor Coverings International. I initially found him through HomeAdvisor. Ive heard plenty of horror stories of people getting carpet put in, so it started out as a nerve racking process. John is very knowledgeable about the products he has to offer and spent way more time than the other companies in going over carpet pads and the installation process while also being considerate of my budget. The carpets look great and feel so soft to walk on! When I get ready to redo bathrooms with tile work, Ill be using John again because of his great customer service and great installers and I know that anytime I have an issue that he will resolve it quickly.
