Great work can replace anything on your phones that need to be replaced and they have great customer service for reasonable price

These guys tried to help me reboot my phone knowing all along they probably wouldnt make a penny. Very kind, very helpful. I was a bit nervous about leaving it in the store to wait for the reset to be complete, but there was no need to worry. I hope to give them my business in the future.

And again I did not drop my phone nor expect anything for free but a working phone in which i traveled to Baton Rouge to receive. The screen I TECH put in my phone is not compatible. I will be back with the police to make a report. Thank you for my half working aftermarket non compatible screen!First off the people told me they had the screen in stock I get there they said it would be an hour no problem. My family and I went to the mall and eat and finally 5 hours later he calls to tell me the phone is ready. When I got into the store he told me it would be 160 and 170 cash with tax hey that was great then proceeded to tell me my phone broke his screens and I would have to pay him 220. Here it is a week later my phone still isnt working correctly I brought it back and he wants to charge me another 60 after verizon confirmed it was the screen. I made another hour wasted trip to baton Rouge to be treated very rude. I do not recommend this place they call a business to anyone and they will be reported to the better business Bureau.

Ive been to this store twice to replace the glass on my iphone and to replace the battery and both times was pleased with the service and the price! I am new to the Baton Rouge area and appreciated the good and fast service. The tech was reliable and knowledgeable of iphones and knew what he was talking about!

Gave me a defective screen and did not want to replace it. Also yelled at me while on the phone. At first I like their service but now they are rude. Plus Ive gone through 6 screens with them. They are very fragile.

Asked if they had PCI-E wireless cards and then they just hung up. Fine I guess I guess you dont want my business.
