Scammers they will charge things on your receipts. And treat you like your a liar and just another complaining customer for their mistakes. They treated my wife so bad because they stole from her. Which they ended up being proven wrong and had to refund her. Also a boy that works there asked her how she would treat her customers if it was her. She wouldnt be in that situation because she doesnt steal. They are all in a pack stealing. Do not go to this one and if you do be aware. Also I made a mistake of going to pay my bill there yesterday. They tried to tack on more money to my bill saying there is extra charges to pay your bill. Not true. I posted my bill online and had no problem paying what it said it was. Definitely leaving this phone company.

They are scammers. Check your receipts. a few weeks ago I had to get a refund. I bought a phone for 100 that was only worth 20$. They were rude about it and practically treated me like I was a liar. The manager lied and said the cameras didnt work and that she cant get ahold of higher management. She made every excuse not to get into contact with anyone. Saying there is nothing I can doThen was like oh Im so sorry I didnt think it was true. The cricket store on Alexander are the ones that told me I got scammed by this store. On top of that my husband goes to pay my bill and she tries to say there is a fee to paying your bill. That is untrue. So once again they were trying to make extra cash again. Your bill is what your bill says and if they say any different pay it online and watch it be the same. Check your receipts also. They sneak things in there. Im just so upset they tried to overcharge my husband again yesterday for a bill. They stay stealing from the company. And Im sure the manager is the one teaching them. That same manager asked my husband to work there while I was pregnant. He declined because he already had a job. At that time she also admitted to having drug trafficking felonies and money felonies. I guess shes not done with that life. I believe everyone can change. But I dont comprehend people that do not learn their lesson the first time. I will be leaving this phone company. Due to these problems.

Don’t come to this cricket this location this place took 40 dollars from my wife, they didn’t wanna give my wife the 2 screen protectors she paid for so my wife asked for her money back and the lady refused to she told my wife you have to pay the 40 again & they did not want to help at all very rude employees

Customer service was awesome. The price for screen protectors was outrageous its a piece of plastic. Hard as times are n america (from big bissinesss) You would think retail stores would help the neighbor hood they are n. The cheapest screen protector was a little over $20. Ive lost my job ben dusabked recently. I barely can afford my phone bill much less the stuff needed to protect my phone.Only decent thing was my insurance. Im pleased with that. But cmon screen protectors starting at $20. A piece of plastic that cost u 5 cent to make.

Horrible customer service. Because i didn’t want to buy an expensive case or screen protector that I can get on amazon for quarter of the price the lady was rude as hell and rushed me out the store. Fix your employees!

Was with Cricket for 7 years, and decided to switch. Worst mistake of my life. I had no service in my house with the other companies I switched to, so, I went back to Cricket, and can now get online inside my house, instead of going outside. Highly recommend Cricket over Metro POS and T-Mobile.
