My experience with this T-Mobile was initially very displeasing, upon arriving on a Monday at approximately 7 p.m. I was eventually greeted 30 minutes later by one of the indifferent staff whom I had informed of simply needing a replacement screen protector which was covered by warranty. He then took my information and went about attending other people, whether he skipped me in order or not Im unsure, but what I am sure about is I then proceeded to wait over an hour without any attendance standing there waiting patiently for someone(there was less than a handful of customers). I could not wait any longer and decided to leave. Upon returning the next day because this was the only T-Mobile close enough to my home with what I needed, I was immediately greeted by Frank, who asked what I needed and immediately went to work to service those needs. I was literally out within 5 minutes of me entering the building and was most grateful for Franks Swift service and consideration, were it not for him, I might still be there waiting.

I went to this TMobile store because my phone dropped in water and I needed to temporarily activate a old phone just to have service until my phone was repaired. I was greeted by two woman that coincidentally had the same name Angie and Anguie. My situation was complicated because I’m a Sprint customer that was trying to activate an old Boost Mobile. We continued to run into countless obstacles that made me think I was not going to leave with a solution. They made it happen for me!! Not to mention they did it with a smile on their face!! I had gone to a different location and they were rude and unhelpful. I just want to publicly thank these women for making my urgency a priority.

I had tons of trouble with my phone. Luckily Zain who was helping took care of everything with ease and explained it all. Then I needed to get a new phone and as a sprint customer I was treated lioe royality with all my issues being solved by Zain and Angue who then got me into a new phone and all my stuff transfered as well as my uber driver. I recommend Zain to everyone who need to join t-mobile or anything! Will be going back!

I went 9/15/18 around 5pm to get a new phone. The employees were so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Gabriel, Jay, and Cesar for their great customer service. They didn’t try to up sell me at all and just helped me in what I needed. They were real and tried to get me the best deal possible. The place was clean and organized and overall just great.

This place is very unprofessional and they have no clue how to do anything!! Bunch of trainees that arent getting help from the experts in there, took me 36 min. With no other customers in there. Finally the girl did it and left the trainee to put my screen protector on and she did it wrong twice🤦🏽‍♀️..

Been going to this T- mobile for over 2 years now. Recently I did a walk in to just get my phone bill taken care off and walked out with good service! All thanks Cexar, he was very nice and helpful. He got me in and out to store right away. Had a great experience and I really appreciate all the help from Cexar and with my phones and watch. Absolutely amazing and the best!!! I totally recommend going to this local T- mobile store in town. Just ask for Cexar, you’ll receive the best service and help! Waiting times are long sometimes but its good with me. They have good plans I recently switched from AT&T. Got the 2linesfor $100 a month, and I have nothing to complain about up to now Ive had it for two months now. They help you with everything and guide you and explain everything, sometimes they speak way too fast but just ask them to repeat themselves when signing up for the first time.

It was horrible.The sales girl looked like she didnt want to be there frowning and making personal calls. She walked in the back for assistance and no one came out for 5 minutes. I called t mobile customer care myself and solved the issue. And the music was blaring the whole time in the store.

Worst Tmobile store Ive been to! They dont want to fix what Ive called the 800 number trying to say its physical damage even though Ive been to 3 other stores and it wasnt physical damage! The only reason i came here to this store is because tmobile sent my replacement phone here! Now the manager is saying physical damage to the charger port even though it connects! They wont give me my replacement phone!

*** UPDATE***A month after this review- my problem was not solved. And Ms perfecy Jay- ghosted me and acted like she had no recollection of me e tering her store with my issue. She begged and begged that she would fox my problem IF...if I left her a 5 star review on Google. She there I went. She stated she wanted her own store - store manager, and reviews would be the quickest way to prove she was ready. Well she aint!! I am very glad she is no longer at the local store I go to.*originalId like to take the time to rave about Jay B. She went out of her way to help me when she seen I was frustrated. A problem I had been trying to resolve for over 3 days was fixed by her in a matter of 15 minutes. She took the time to listen to my concerns, get my proper information, address my issues, all whole being respectful. I was ready to return my phones and find another provider. But Jay came to the rescue. I appreciate managers like her who care about thier customers and give wonderful customer service.Thanks again for stepping in Jay!

I was attended by Frank and Daniel and let me tell you what, I never felt so CHEATED ON.I go in to buy a phone for my daughter and as the deceitful sellers this two are, I was lured into buying a new Samsung tab 4, I was promised a free tablet as long as I would keep service for 25$ a month and 2 years commitment . I was like (sounds like a deal)Little to my surprise i was LIED TOO! IF IT was not for a random text from TMOBILE I would have not been able to return this device in time with out being charged the FULL PRICE. On top of this I was still charged a restocking fee of 75$ (wich I was told 50$)Yet another lie, then the representative was giving me all kinds of misinformation, really wasting my time. By saying I must call to deactivate my service on the tablet, as I get home I get customer service and I was told to go back to the store and have them to call them and they must cancel, so there I go wasting time going back to store. My last time comming to this store.. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS PPL... NOT ALL ARE BAD BUT EVEN THEIR MANAGER JOSE DID NOT BOTHER TALKING TO ME...

Treated like a second class citizen for daring to ask for further information regarding available plans. When pressed, employees become confrontational, condescending, and dismissive. If youre the type of person who likes thinking your $700+ dollar purchases through fully, stay FAR away from this location, and possibly t-mobile as a whole. If theres no available price list then you know something shady is happening on the back end. Ive been a t-mobile customer for more than a decade, and the cold shoulder I received from Jay in this TMobile location has made me second guess my loyalty. To be quite honest, I dont understand why TMobile wastes money on stores which provide nothing except a liability and a source of discontent for loyal customers, while not being able to muster any iota of reliable pricing or service information other than word-of-mouth from obviously ill-trained new employees and their aggressively non-customer-focused managers.

Sooooo..... I went into the location on garth behind chic fil a this morning to ask some questions about my Wi-Fi box. A representative named Savannah began to help me. Another representative named jay (female) joined the conversation. As I was asking questions on the problems I was having, jay kept interrupting me and was directly rude with me. One of her statements were Im not asking you, I am telling you in a prissy manner. This behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated at any time while representing a franchise. Her demeanor was very disrespectful and unpoliet.

So I am not one just post negative comments on ppl without giving them the opportunity to fix the problem. But this needs to said DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY! I have been with tmobile for over 15 years. Only recently have I issues. I bought a new phone and was told promotional seal if you bought new phone you get screen and case for free included in price of the phone. Oh course month later you see that its not Free. So I give them opportunity to fix the problem but just outside the 14 day return policy. But here is kicker the dude lies, I believe his name is T. He tells manager that he never said that. I am naming all the people in store that was there that day. Even try to tell me that reason why get case through tmobile is that you get warranty through case company for the case. We all know that no matter where you buy case they all offer lifetime warranty. So advice here if you want honesty and assurance when buying a phone. DONT GO HERE! Tmobile is good company but people like him and manager who had opportunity to make it right make good companies bad.

I went and got an iPhone for my son and I kept paying for it, well, they gave it to me leased (rented with option to buy), that was not my deal, I realized when I organized my expenses, it is a disappointment that they do this to you, because thank God the phone is clean, but what if it gets damaged ...? (I bought him insurance), there are problems here in this store and you who gave me this service ...Look at the customer first ... not your cumbersome interests, you feel like the head of the store and I who looked at me very naive (according to you) I can run you ... if it is not that they already beat me.WATCH WHEN YOU GO TO THIS STORE.
