I Will never shop here again, I walked in didnt say anything to me at all while standing at the counter holding a conversation saying all type of swear words as a company that is unprofessional as I walked around looking another customer walked in about a question and while explaining he sweared multiple times. When I got to the counter he then told the female the item I was getting was a waste of my money.

Great service. I phoned them to see if they had an item I needed. The person actually checked the shelf prior to answering my question. I drove there, inquired about the item and the counter person took me directly to it.

The service was impeccable. I loved the fact I was able to walk in, tell him what kind of car I owned, he showed me differant brands of wipers, pay and he walked out with me and put them on before i had unlocked the car. i was back on the road quick. for a single mom, I was very grateful.

Had what I needed

Advance’s online sales ad says $10 gift card for used battery- recycle program. Keith at desk said he did not know how to process it and was unwilling to take the time to figure it out, after I had loaded 3 batteries in the back of my truck and brought them to the store. (even asked if he could call someone for help) Generally, I only shop at Advance because of their online vehicle search functions and 20% off online purchases, but Keith at their Robert Smalls store made me very dissatisfied due to his lack of customer service and unwillingness to take the time. They were not busy and there were no customers in line.

When needing assistance you are consistently made to wait. Maybe they need more help?

Someone is falsely editing the open times. Monday through saturday is 7:30 to 9 sunday us 9 to 8 thanks from the Advanced team

Employees are willing to help you with anything but some of the new ones not doing their job correctly makes big mistakes with ur bill.

Gave it the 2 stats because, shelves were not stocked and the wait to ask about the needed items was going to take long. We ended up leaving.
