It was done in a very timely manner and they were all very professional.I didn’t have the time to do this repair myself, as my job keeps my schedule pretty tight. Mistaken called these guys a few hours ago attempting to reach a kizer auto in another state. The gentleman I spoke to Keven I believe was his name was, was very calm and professional while dealing with my not so friendly attitude. I felt he was willing and ready to resolve any situation I had with his shop had there actually been an issue. I think if they treat irate miscallers in this way youre in good hands coming in for work. Thank you for your patience with my call, and if I wasnt in a completely different state Id have my car towed there because you showed more sympathy to my situation than the shop that I had been at.

My 65 year old mother went in to fix a break light, came out with a bad alternator and my battery will not stay charged?I live in Atlanta, GA so I must feel very comfortable leaving a dependable car with my mom for her to get around town.Yesterday my mother took her SUV to this location to get her break light fixed. However, when she returned 6 hours later, they informed her the battery would not stay charged and that the alternator was bad.No mind you, Ive maintained this SUV for over 15 years before i gave it to my mother. I know this car front and back. Made every repair that could be made. The car was in peak engine and electrical condition.1. No problems starting the car2. No lights stating the battery will not charge.3. No issues with alternator as I had it replaced before I brought the car to my mother.Now after a 6 hour visit, ALL 3 of these things are now occurring. The only difference between my car two days ago and today, is KIZER AUTO REPAIR.I trusted this company to take care of my mother and this is the thanks we get for that trust?

I went here for an oil change and they told me I needed a new brakes. I dont know much about cars so I told them not to change them. My friend who is a mechanic checked my brake pads and said they were only about 20% worn.............. So yeah never going to them again. Nice try.

I am writing this review a couple months late. Life can be crazy like that.Me and my wife were moving out of Beaufort far away and needed full check ups on our cars for the trip. We chose Kizer as we saw they were a christian based shop. They were absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure our cars were ready, and the cost was good as well. No bamboozling us like other mechanics tend to do to get more money. I would give this 10 stars if I could

Keith and his staff are the best in beaufort. They got my car running the best it has since it was new at a price that most places charge you before they even pop the hood. Keith even corrected a mistake Valvoline made without talking down about them. A true sign of good character.

Kizer Auto Repair is the only place I’ll take my car to get mechanical work done, even having moved out of Beaufort. Keith and his team provide exceptional customer service, are family-oriented, and are experts at what they do. I wouldn’t recommend anyone better to service your vehicle.

I just got my oil changed about 2 weeks ago and none of the fluids inn the car were filled. Oh but they were emptied alright! MY ENGINE WOULD HAVE BLOWN! I get you were probably ready to go home because it was close to closing time, but I think your customers should be more important than getting off work.

Had my car towed from port royal apartments to Firestone for them to only tell me they can not do anything for my car because i had no oil leak due to a punctured oil filter leave a massive oil leak i then called Kizer auto and they told me if i can have my car towed to them they will change my oil and check any other problems even if he had to do it in the parking lot . Expect a repair bill hundreds of $$$$ more than anyone else. Taking advantage of old people, esp. little ole ladies, is their specialty! Then, they blame it on expensive parts when the part is under $100 online.
