They have bad customer service and the prices are extremely high. I purchased 2 packs of crochet braided hair which totaled 52 dollars, I couldnt believe the price. I ended up going to Savannah on a later date and the same hair was 20 dollars less and Amazon was also cheaper. They also offer Design Essentials products, and they have really marked the prices up on those items. The design essentials website doesnt even charge that much. If you want to save money, shop at Amazon or stock up when you go to Savannah GA or Columbia SC.

Stopped by yesterday and they have great customer services I was helped with everything I needed and the prices are pretty good and great quality . There me and my families go to spot.

The people was very busy but they was nice and helpful as usual.. They have a large selection of products at a price thats affordable.... I go there all the time and its always the same thing great service...

Checked the online hours to see if they were open and not once but twice it was said they were open and they were not. The first time was about 2 in the afternoon, the open sign was on, and the door was locked. I called and no one answered, the phone rang endlessly. There is also no posted hours at the location so you basically just have to cross your fingers and hope. No pleased.

I was so happy to enter the store and see that it was ran by Africans. When I started looking for a ponytail I noticed I and my daughter were being watched by one of the store employees! Another employee came and set in a chair and watched us as we decided which hair gel we wanted to purchase. With all that being said I will not be go back to this store!!! Africans watching 👀 Africans 👀imagine that.

My visit was pleasant. The men in the store gave great assistance. Trying a new hair style.

As stated in the other reviews they literally are following you And watching you like a hawk I felt so uncomfortable trying to get dye and their prices are way to high in my opinion.

The staff is helpful and will order what you need if it isnt in stock.

Today i went to glamour hair store on ladys island and I purchased braiding hair . But yesterday I purchased braiding hair and my mom does hair so the guy gave me my moms discount so today i went back for 2 more packs because i needed more hair and then when it was time to check out he wouldnt give me the discount i said why my mom always get a discount because she does hair the lady goes no discount on braiding hair i told her well he just gave me a discount yesterday and she goes well he made a mistake. When she always gives us the discount too moral of the story they are some scammers !!!!!! And their wigs are very cheap and bad quality

Because my mom is dealing with cancer issues she wanted to try a wig so we visited this store!! Big mistake...very awful customer service! We was trying on different wigs with a hair cap when we were rudely approached by a man with a foreign accent that rudely said...You can only try on 4 wigs...and proceeds to point at a illegible sign on the wall with markings all over it! His demeanor and they way he looked and spoke to us was enough for us to leave and never return. We took our business (money) elsewhere!!!
