I quit using Walgreens after decades. You don’t have enough pharmacists. You weren’t open on weekends! WTH!
Dont use this Walgreens! The pharmacist is not afraid to refuse your medication if he thinks you dont need it! I was in last night and he told me that flat out! These people are left wing idealogues who place their communist principles before their code of ethics.
I waited in line 45 mins to get my 2nd Covid shot only to be told that I could not walk up and get it. Meanwhile the website AND the intercom advertised walk ins.
Walgreen’s used to be a very good pharmacy back in the early 2000s. These days it’s a great place to waste your time and money!Went through CVS with no problems and then somehow we got involved with Walgreens and it’s been a nightmare ever since! Can’t wait to make it back to CVS! If you have time switch up today. Because of multiple bad experiences here I wish I could leave zero stars but I’ve got to give them one.
One of the worst Walgreens Pharmacies I have ever dealt with. They are seriously understaffed, went to pick up for my son waited for over thirty minutes just to be told they couldn’t fill the Rx because they didn’t have enough people working! Then my husband had a small surgery and went to their pharmacy only to find out it was closed due to an “emergency” until the next day. The staff were absolutely no help and my husband had to wait til the next day to pick up his post surgery meds! Horrible.
I’ve tried to get my SCHEDULED covid shot 3 times here and has been canceled and rebooked. The last time the pharmacist flat out refused to administer my shot because he was “too busy “ !!! I don’t recommend anyone go here. Service is very poor and the pharmacist is lazy and rude.
Big fat zero for the pharmacy. Go elsewhere.
Staff was extremely nice 😊
I’ve never dealt with a rude pharmacist until yesterday. Boyfriend was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy and needed medication for it immediately. First thing we were told is “we’re closing soon”. Very welcoming....anyway, she asked another question and when we misunderstood, she started speaking extremely slow as if we couldn’t understand English. No customer service, no thank you or concern. She mentioned that they were closing soon (in a rude, rushed tone) multiple times within the 3 minutes we interacted. It was a bad day already, considering we had no idea what was going on with him & it was all extremely scary at first. Doesn’t feel great when you’re spoken to like that when you’re trying to get medicine. I don’t expect a pharmacist to give me a 5 star customer service experience but at least do your job right. We left without getting the meds.
I don’t think I’ve ever been in this Walgreens and didn’t encounter a friendly customer service representative. Recently I went to pick up my photo order and Fig helped me right away. Very nice woman. The store is always neat & clean.
Alot of meds are almost constantly low and must be filled partially and sometimes when you come back when they are supposed to be ready, they tell you because you chose a partial you must wait for the days supply to run out when its their fault you didnt get them all at once! Also the website says no prescription needed for insulin supplies and that is not true for certain pharmacists. I work in the home nursing field by the way, so the info provided is educated and not false. Overall not consistent service of any kind.
Horrible customer service. Workers are quick to tell the customer to wait while tend to mindless duties instead of putting the customer first.Witnessed while waiting on scripts. 1st told my card was invalid, then that it was called/filled at a completely different pharmacy even after I had my dr office on the phone with confirmation sent to location I was at. Several other non pharmacy workers were rude to a small girl with her grandfather being told to put back the candy she had just received permission to pick up.
We have been using this pharmacy for over 2 years now. I regularly pick up medications for my father. This pharmacy worked very hard to figure out some issues my father had with his insurance when we first moved here. They have accommodated us to make sure we have had what we needed.
The do not have people that work there that knows what they are doing I have been told Im a fraud if I use 2 coupons by the pharmacy staff. Then today I can not use goodrx. If understand correctly I can use my insurance or goodrx. TheyStaff just argue. Instead of explaining it. Charged me 42.99 but goodrx say 22.99. They owe me money. Looking for different pharmacy.
Went to pick up my daughters medication after they told me it was ready. Got there and didnt have the right insurance info. Pharmacy tech caught an attitude with me after i told her what i was told about the insurance. Went back today and another pharmacy tech told me to drive back around cause other people were behind me and when i got back to the window, told me i was early and that she told to come back in 15 mins with an attitude. I told her no you didnt. You told me to come back around even when at the beginning of the conversation you told me it was ready. This place is the worst.
Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. I mean it. You want your prescription one day before it runs out? NO! You might as well be a junkie. These people are rude and condescending. When there is not problem, hardly ever, they make one. After dropping off a prescription, they called me back and told me the doctor wanted me to know that it could not be filled. So I called my doctor and asked what the deal was? Nothing. They had called her, she said to fill it. I moved pharmacies after my doctor asked me to. She said they were a serious pain to deal with from her end. Mine too. Avoid at all costs. To end on a good note, the people in the store portion of the Walgreens are great. Especially the tattooed kid with the piercings, the nice lady at cosmetics, and the sweet Hispanic girl at the register.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The pharmacy closes at 6. I got to the register at 445 and there was a huge line. I put my stuff down to grab a basket. When I returned the door was closed at 558. She refused to reopen to get my prescription. I raced here from Savannah to get it in time.
Great personal... Helpful and Convinent. Pharmacy has excellent people that will go out of their way to help you, no matter what.
I’m so thankful for Walgreens. I have a neck strain, I’m out of town. My mother dropped a Rx off at the Walgreens in my home town. The out of town Walgreens filled my Rx with no problem. Walgreens are so awesome, the staff is professional and knows what true customer service is.
Worst Walgreens Ive ever been to. Most of the workers are rude. Only 2 have ever been nice to me. Pharmacy workers ignore you, photo man has a bad attitude every time Im in there. Customer service is a real thing they need to learn it.
Their motto:Wait, Wait, Wait! Great you walked or drove out!
I went to my primary and he called in a prescription for my knees. I gave them an hour then drove to Walgreens. The young lady at the drive thru told me it isnt due for 15 more minutes. She asked me to drive back around and maybe it would be ready by the time I got back around. I pulled in behind 3 other cars and just as I reached the window again, my cell rang to let me know my prescription was ready. Nice. When I handed my debit card to the young lady she fiddled with it then said my credit card wouldnt go through. I said its a debit card. We dont take debit cards she told me. Since Ive use it there before, I know she was doing something wrong but I decided the 5 people behind me didnt deserve a longer wait so I handed her a credit card. I did tell her they needed to reconsider their policy since credit cards charge the vendor up to 6 percent but debit cards dont charge a fee. Not her problem. On my way home, my bank avised me via text a fraudulent attempt had been made on my card by Walgreens but was denied.
Some of the best customer service I have received from a Walgreens in a long time one of the workers there went beyond and was very helpful actually took a lot of his time but he helped solve the situation and help me find what I needed.
This is the worst pharmacy ever. My son had his wisdom teeth out and I stopped on the way home. I was told his prescription wouldnt be ready till the next day to go somewhere else.
Good for quickly picking up eggs milk etc but thats about all
Was called and told the prescription was ready but it wasnt. Was told since I was waiting, theyd call me over the intercom when it was ready. Nope waited an hour longer than needed for medicationWorst service ever!!!!!!!!!
My wife went in to get prescription filled. Assistant in Pharmacy told her that her insurance would not go through. She lacked any compassion (although my wife had a heavily bandaged hand). Finally, my wife suggested her assistant try. The first lady walked off in a huff. Meanwhile, the assistant got it right the first time. My wife does not have a minor insurance company. It is Medicare, you know, the one from the US government. We will report this to CMS
I worked here and just so you know, the odds that your pills hit the floor before they hit your bottle are HIGH. This is especially gross because there is dust on the counters. The floors. They do not clean every day or even once a week. ALSO when I worked here, they didn’t pull expired meds. I was pulling meds from 2016 off the shelf. One more thing, if you have a white powder on your pills, that’s because they DO NOT clean their pill counters after each script, sometimes not even once a day. You could be ingesting someone else’s medication that COULD harm you.
12/15/16: Went in this afternoon for cold/flu medicine. As I was looking over the hundreds of choices another lady joined me in the search. She walked off before me, and I, being allergic to most NSAIDs, took a little longer. I finally decided on one and went to Pharmacy to check out. Big mistake! At least 8 ppl were in line, so I went back and made sure I was getting the right medicine. The same lady returned, and was followed by a Manager. He walked past me and asked if she needed help. I didnt think much of it because picking out meds for me is quite confusing and I didnt want to take much of his time. However, as I was walking to the front, the Mganager saw that the lady would be SECOND in line (behind me) and escorted her to the Photo Dept. As he scooped up her medicine, he DIDNT say Excuse me but rather slightly bumped me to grab her stuff. Im not appalled so much anymore, sadly, just disgusted Manager Todd felt he needed to help the blonde haired sick lady and not even look my way.
Went to pick up medication at the pharmacy, one was out of stock and two (post op pain meds) NOT in the pack. Very unsatisfying experience.
Been with walgeens for years no problems
Always helpful. Especially love the military discount!!!!
Very slow and does not answer the phone!
Inside Pharmacy is very poorly managed...
Great!
I like it
