I keep forgetting abt this store.They always have just what Im looking for.My go-to is ALWAYS Sallys Beauty...where ever I travel.But when Im in Beaufort and I really need something, like a 4 wide head wrap as apposed to the 2 wide...my hair is very thick, I know I can always find one at Oakman Beauty!

Not being funny, but I like when the Black girls are at work. Theyre knowledgeable, and dont mind assisting. The owners? One acted so bothered when I asked for assistance looking for an item: I couldnt see where he said it was at, and he actually sighed when he had to get up from behind the counter to come show me. Yeah I promptly took my money elsewhere. Only reason a 3* and not a 2*, is bc its located near my home, and their employees.

This is my go-to store for hair with me and my daughter..They are professional, knowledgeable, patient,and helpful..Always a pleasure with the owners and staff

Learn my lesson, I shop at this store before this owner and spend a lot of monies in it, but not anymore, a short black lady that work in that store is one of the rides person I ever knew., The lady owner ran after me for 50 cent about a stocking cap which I didnt put on my hair, once I shown her she o you didnt put it on, but she still took 50 am some done, guy support the cause dont shop anymore, all she do is watch everyone, its really no star

This place could be great if the owners stop hiring just anybody to sit behind the register. The customer service is horrible.

I arrived to oakman hair store at 8:40am and they dont open until 9:30am and the owner came outside and told me come on in and shop and she also turned the closed sign to open i will definitely continue to shop here and shes very kind and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable while shopping ...

The people that work here are friendly. The prices are reasonable.
