I have been coming here at least once a day for the past 2 years with almost no problems. But the past month has been SO BAD. 95% of the time my drink isn’t even edible now. Along with most of the workers who seem like they have no clue what they are doing, and some of the “newer” employees are extremely rude. I’d advise anyone to steer clear of this location!

I usually do not leave reviews, but this could not go unnoticed. I hardly go to Starbucks so I’m not familiar with much there. Sometimes, the workers can get irritated/annoyed because I’m unsure of what I want. The barista who assisted me this day, went above and beyond to help me. I told her I was unfamiliar with the menu and was unsure of what to get. She went out of her way to make sure I would be happy with the drink I purchased. Her attitude and work ethic is what I wish all Starbucks employees could be like. I was so impressed. I will definitely be back to THIS Starbucks! The drink she made me was fabulous! I finally found something I can order routinely. I believe her name was McKenna.

Of course, we love Starbucks! We visit this location every time we visit beaufort! There is one employee that is fairly rude, this time around; but at least we get good coffee!

Twice I went to the Beaufort Starbucks & both times the male at the drive thru window was rude, didn’t seem happy, very sarcastic, no thank you have a nice day. But the females at the window are bubbly & nice. So I called to give feedback & the staff seemed as they didn’t care & was laughing. Not professional one bit. I rarely call places or write reviews but this made me feel like I needed to.

They charged me 9% sales tax when the local sales tax is only 7%, theyre scamming people. Dont go here!

I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS 💙❤️😍 THEYRE SO NICE AND ECLECTIC AND INFORMATIONAL. THEYRE JUST A NICE MIXTURE OF ALL YOU WOULD WANT IN A FRIEND. THE WORKERS PAINTED ALL THIS ON THE WINDOWS.

Drinks were good both trips. Very busy. Parking area is small & weird layout. Kale & portobello egg bites were gross! Not the restaurants fault..... theyre just gross to me. Two bites & trashed.

This fine establishment is cool but what is cooler is the fact that 28% of all car accidents in the United States result in death and 15% of those car accidents all had a Starbucks drink in their car prior to the accident. Here at probablyrealfacts we pride ourselves in preventing accidents so I would advise not to order a drink from Starbucks ever unless you want a 15% of 28% chance of getting into a accident.

We picked up a dark roast black coffee and a one of my faves, Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. The taste of the beverages and the look of the drink are always consistent no matter which Starbucks you go to.

It was Memorial Day weekend & leaving the beach I stopped here. The service was fine & the drink was good. The only downside is the music playing, inside, was extremely loud. I had to repeat my order. Otherwise, great!

I ordered online so husband could run in and get. All our food and coffees were warm. I thought the impossible breakfast sandwich was toasted a little too long as the ciabatta (I know it’s a ‘tougher’ bread was hard to the tooth on top.). I did like the flavor (a bit oily) and sausage was impossible to tell plant based. The muffins were smaller than other locations. I typically get a dark roast and add foam on top. This starbucks just didn’t make it up to snuff like other ones... bummer. All was fine but I’ve had better starbucks experiences elsewhere.

Fast service if you order first on the app. This drive thru was crazy busy for a Monday afternoon but got our drinks fast by ordering ahead and picking up inside.

Great place, good food..but as you know...a bit on the pricey side.

Normally very good, but make sure to double check your order before driving away. My orders have been wrong the last couple times I went through the app. Today both my drink and food were wrong, including getting a caprese sandwich instead of egg bites. The staff is nice, but must have a lot going on and not reading the ticket correctly.

Wow! This is a neat Starbucks. It sits in between some really kool, old spanish moss trees. The Store is neat. Kinda slow, however the Barista that took my order was nice . The parking area is absolutely terrible though. Not even close to enough space. Cory made my drink and it was Perfect! 4 Starz coz of the parking issue.

Love this place come everyday but now they are giving out paper straws that make your coffee taste nasty and before I’m done with my coffee the straw is limp. It honestly makes no sense to serve me a coffee in a plastic cup with a paper straw come on guys!!!!!

Typical Starbucks! Exactly the service and atmosphere I expected. They currently do not have indoor dining but there is plenty of space outside on the nice shaded deck and front patio. They did mess up our order a little, but we had no issue getting it straightened out.

Great staff. All caring. Especially Stephanie who stopped what she was doing and took care of my order personally. Cut down the time significantly. Need more of her. Busy because they have a great product and staff. If you think it is too pricey there is a McDonalds just about 1/4 mile down the road. Definitely use the App because it is so popular that it does get busy!

Be sure to use that Starbucks app! These ladies and gents are on top of getting your drink done and ready by the time you arrive from five-minutes out! Otherwise, youll be waiting in the line that usually wraps around the parking lot. Maybe not as busy as Chick-fil-A down the road, but its darn near close!

The hype energy of a Starbucks treat despite the price lives on. Today I had the peach ring tea and their egg sausage potato wrap and it did feel like a real treat.

The shop is always a bit irritating to find; however that isnt the bigger issue.The prices of course are, well, expensive. The quality of beverages is expensive, but to the point that other drinks suffer.Regardless, they still so well here and the staff is very friendly. If not for the prices I would come here all the time.

This place is always so busy now. Im glad that the inside is now open for ordering. I only had to wait 5 minutes inside when the drive thru line was wrapped around all the way to the road. Great drink. Not the best I have ever had (I frequent starbucks around the country) but nothing to complain about.

Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes only to get up to the menu board and see a sign that said no cards cash only internet down. But I was already stuck in the line. Late for work and no coffee. Somebody should have told me earlier when I couldve gotten out of line.

Proper social distance measures, staff masked properly and quick service inside. Drive thru seemed to be moving quickly as well.

The line was long, but the service was exceptional and was not a long wait at all. The folks in the drive through must have trained at chick-fil-a. 😉

Offers curbside service but never brought it. When I went inside they said they dont usually do curbside in afternoon. Well when do you do it??? Should let people know this so theyre not waiting outside for 20 mins like we did

The best thing about this Starbucks, is the surrounding area. They have a nice patio with plenty of shade, so that you can enjoy the scenery. It serves the same Starbucks quality coffee that you expect from all of the Starbucks.

Thankful the lobby was open to order in store! They carry the collector mugs as well for South Carolina so I purchased one as a present.

The cashier, Jesse, had a very upbeat and welcoming attitude when taking my order. My drink got forgotten but Chase (I think) personally made my drink and gave me a drink card for next time.All of the staff was working diligently and pushing out orders. Great experience.The drive through did make it difficult to get out of my parking spot, but wasnt a big issue.

My boss was not satisfied with her drink that was made, the Macha green tea, too much milk not enough green tea.. I come to starbucks about 5 times a week for her.

First time ever going to the starbucks here in Beaufort and I was in such a rush to make sure I made it to base on time that I left my wallet. Thankfully I didnt have to pay. I hope I can leave a tip next time to make up for it! God bless this team of humans that work there.

When I first arrived here, this store had its share of problems with logistics and personnel synergy. Over my two years in this area, I have noticed a great improvement. The baristas here get to know their customers by name and even by orders. Theyve held strong even throughout this coronavirus mess.

The staff here are friendly and helpful even when Im being indecisive on what to order.

They say they open at 5 online as well as the sticker on the window, yet I came at 520 and was told they would open at 530, then at 530 I wasn’t able to get anyone in the drive thru to answer and when I drove to the window the less than pleasant employee informed me the till hadn’t been counted then proceeded to say ‘ whatever I’ll go get it’ and disappeared for another 5 minutes. I love coming to this place but today’s service was by far in need of improvement.

Mobile orders can be picked up in drive thru or walk into building but be prepared to wait in drive thru line. Best thing to do is order on app ahead of time and go pick up inside. They have a great staff of people. Last time I was in the inside seating was blocked off but outside seating okay

Ordered through the mobile app. Checked out without any notice and once I arrived there where multiple signs saying the store was closed. Disable the app as soon as you close and issue refunds to anyone who has ordered.

Coffee tastes old! The staff looked like they rolled out of bed. On the bright side...these issues are an easy fix!

Good quality. Ordered some bagels and 2 iced coffees. Not an extreme fan of Starbucks, but service was great, bagels tasted great and it came out fast. Recommend going inside instead of waiting at the drive thru if you can.

I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name but I just wanted to say thank you! I moved away from my family and know like 1 person here. and I just want to say thanks for being so nice! I wanted to tip you but I had no cash and I was too shy to ask you if you could charge my card for it. But just know you made my day! I would have stayed longer but I knew you guys were busy! This particular Starbucks needs help, their needs to be someone training constantly on how to make specific coffees and definitely more desire and enthusiasm to make coming here more enjoyable. It always seems that when a new buisness opens..its great for the first year, and this is the result you get!!

I ordered 4 drinks and totally forgot to ask for almond milk on the last one. I didnt realize this until the drink was done, completely my own fault so i asked to pay the difference or just rebuy a new drink, they remade it quickly and for no additional charge. Really above and beyond to help me fix my oops. Thanks ladies!

I spend about $60/week on Starbucks, mostly for work and have visited dozens of locations around the country. I thought I had seen the best and worst of the company but never have I been so disappointed. This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. They charge ridiculous prices for add-ins and are the least attentive staff. Waiting for a full 5 minutes for help in a line by myself and then the shift manager rang me up for my usual drink at twice the price. I attempted to reason with them but I think this store just has absurd policies. Went to City Jazz in town and I will never go back to this Starbucks again.e: phrasing of last sentence

Way too busy for the staff to keep up reasonable service times in the morning. I got a Mocha Frappachino which is not to difficult. It ended up being a bit more bland than what I normally get from other Starbucks. Not sure what they need to improve service time or consistency with the Brand. It would probably rate higher at less busy times. Clean facility and modern.

Slowest drive through service of any Starbucks I have ever been to. Went here ever morning for the 10 days I was in town and the speed never got any better. Good coffee, good service just super slow!

A great place but the drive in is small and limited parking. They also run out of holiday drinks very fast. I dont think they order enough. Went today and they were out of all of the holiday drinks

Really enjoyed our drinks. We ordered 4 drinks where 2 were the same and one was sweeter than the other, wish they both were made with the same sweetness. They had wwaayy too many flies!!!!!

It’s not your job to enforce local regulations. Also, your drive-through blocks traffic. Please fix it.
