The pharmacy staff here are RUDE RUDE RUDEom so sick and tired of their COLD eye rolling and the inconvenience in their voice and choice of words to not only me but watching the interaction between them and other customers too . I understand there are people who. One in that are rude but that does NOT mean you can just take it out on all your customers !!! Leaning over with your hand on your face sitting on your phone right laying around, hair flipping, eye rolling, strutting around, poking your mouth out and mocking your customers . Absolutely unbelievable . Fire them all .

I would not recommend this pharmacy. Every time I go, I’m usually waiting 30 minutes in line. This time 45 minutes. Many times, they don’t have my prescription ready or it’s not even in stock. Something should change.

I go to pick up my prescriptions early in the morning because I know I can get served quickly…this morning there were no cars in the parking lot (except for employee cars parked far away from the front) and I was the only car in the drive through lane, and the pharmacist quickly said “I’ll be with you in a moment” but didn’t stay on the phone long enough for any questions. So I push the button to call him and ask how long it will take, he says about 5 minutes. I found that ridiculous and left; you should stop whatever you’re doing and serve your one customer. I’m not coming back here for my prescriptions, will have them transferred elsewhere.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. They need some training in customer service. I ordered some photos here and got an email saying they were ready, went to go pick them up and the lady said they were out of the magnets for the photos that they would have a delivery the next day. I waited 2 days before going back to just to give up hem that extra time. I go in and the guy at the front called for his manager because he also didn’t know why they weren’t ready. His manager came up there with such an attitude super rude to him and then didn’t even address me or talk to me about when they would possibly get a shipment I’m she just walked away as I was asking questions about my order. I wasn’t upset that my order wasn’t ready I’m upset because this is now the second time that I wasted my time to come in and you can’t even treat me with good customer service.

Im prescribed an anxiety medication and my doctor prescribes me 60 a month. I pick up my prescription yesterday and there were on 58 in the bottle. This make 8 times they have shorted me over the past couple of years. One time I only got 30 out of 60. I will be changing pharmacys immediately and suggest you do the same especially if youre prescribed medication that some people will take to get high.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Staff over the counter couldnt care less about your needs. it took them 2 days to get a prescription in stock and then they refuse to fill it because they havent opened the box yet. Again .. Refusing to fill a prescription because theyre too lazy to stock their inventory. Employees seemed agitated with other customers in line as well.

Went for Covid test. Instructions online and email from ccs made it clear to park in designated area.”, stay in your car and they will call. No signs in parking area. Go inside and they tell me to go back to my car. Wait 20 more minutes, go back in. “Oh yes, you have to come in”. Ridiculous. No organization and no concern for the customers inconvenience.

This location doesn’t have good customer service. I came to fill 2 prescriptions after my C-section and I was told 1 would not be available until the next day. I was willing to wait until then since I had just received medicine from the hospital. When I returned my prescription was not available still, and the person working in pharmacy refused to give me back my paper prescription. I was told any CVS other than DowIen would have my meds. I went to every CVS in Beaumont and not only did they not carry it they told me Dowlen must return my paper prescription to me or I can’t fill it at any other chain. I returned again and was still told that due to the fact that one was filled I would not be given my paper prescription back. Running all over town after being cut in half, these people have no sympathy and I will not be back. I was never given my meds or my paper prescription, sent away with no resolution.

I’m new to the area, from my first experience with the phelan location 5 months ago till today my last. They are constantly on back order of my medication. My wife has a auto fill monthly. They will send text saying it’s ready, only to show up and they say 30 more minutes. Arrive back two hours later to tell us 30 more minutes again. Besides unreliable the pharmacist and staff have been very rude on multiple occasions.

8.5.2021 Helped by(haha) Tasha. This has got to be the worse Pharmacy in the world, yes the world. They LOST my prescription!!!!! Dropped off prescription yesterday evening, came back today at 8:30 a.m. to find they couldnt fill my prescription. Tasha told me she sent it to Phelan. Drove to Phelan, they said it would be ready in 30 min. So, I waited, came through drive thru to pick up and was informed (not called mind you) that Tasha didnt follow all steps so they didnt have script.I headed back over to Dowlen, and found out they lost the prescription. No apology. just wait around incase they find it. Its 12:40 p.m. and still they have not found prescription. How do they lose a prescription???? I WILL NEVER USE THIS QUACK PLACE AGAIN!!CVS has totally INCOMPETENT people working the pharmacy. Go to Kings or Walgreens!

What a joke of a business. DONT waste your time here the only decent thing about this place is the 24/7 but 9 times out of 10 the people working are awful.. and thats even if they have your meds which they probably dont. Oh well! Hope you dont need your meds too badly!

I cant tell you how much money Ive spent at cvs. Apparently corporate companies do not care about their clientele any longer. Went to use a 30% coupon for 97$purchase and they wouldnt allow me to use it cause they couldnt find my card #to match. I wont be back!

I’m going to need these pharmacy people to be a little more friendly. When I’m not feeling well it doesn’t sit well with me to have to deal with grouchy people. I had a necessary medicine called in this morning, went to pick it up and received a medicine that I didn’t even need. Came home and called them and was told “yea it was called in but not filled, we can fill it tonight but it will be very late...” REALLY? Only reason I go here is because of my insurance. Seriously who manages this place?

0 Stars. If you want to spend your day on hold or going through their answering machine then this is the place for you. Canceled prescriptions but their automatic calling system keeps calling to pick up canceled prescriptions. Tried to fix problem but you cant get to someone who can help you. They always refer you to someone else. Its either find another pharmacy or I am going to have to shoot myself.

ZERO stars. After calling 5 times they gave me the medication for the wrong child!!!! There is a BIG difference between Valentina and Valeria, Reyes and Reyna. I spelled it for them! Three times!!!! It is DANGEROUS not to be able to have the ability to dispense the correct prescription to the correct patient. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Prescriptions are never ready within an acceptable time frame. Tried to pick up an rx, let them know I was completely out, they said they would contact me when it was ready.... A week later I had to go up there to ask if it was ready because they NEVER answer their phone. Surprise... It wasnt ready. So glad my insurance switched and I dont have to use CVS anymore.

The Pharmacy at this location is TERRIBLE! First I waited online after my Dr called in a ZPAK. Then they wont fill it until insurance signs off on it. ITS A ZPAC! Dr office has to call them. Dr.s office calls me back and says because of COVID they wont fill a 10 pill prescription only 6. Im so glad the cdc and other regulatory entities knows more of what I need than MY DR!! I go on an appointment and 4 hours later I go back and stand in line another 20+ minutes. Get up to the register and the lady says, OK, give them 15 minutes. I just expedited to the pharmacist . UMMM, NO AND NO. So I told her I was calling the Dr to pull back the prescription and I will be taking all my business somewhere else. Ive given them alot of business by purchasing gift cards for my clients closing gift and much more. Walgreens will get ALL my business now.

The only reason my husband and I switched to them from Walgreens was because they had pharmacists who could do their job. However that has recently changed, the new pharmacy manager Julie doesnt even know the difference between product she can sell over the counter and ones that need a prescription. Every time our Dr had sent over a prescription they never recieve it it never fails. Today the reason was because their fax was down but did they tell us that when they informed us the prescription was expired and they needed a new one? No never said a word. They are responsible for prescriptions to medication and product that makes it or breaks it for some people so if we do our job, like making sure the dr faxed it before going later in the day, why cant they do theirs?! Do better CVS!

This is the absolute WORST PHARMACY in Beaumont!!! You will stay on hold to speak with someone at least 45 minutes to 1hour and 30 minutes, at any time of day, even through the overnight hours, and early morning hours ...The people who work at this specific store are some of the RUDEST people!!! This one and Phelan are hands down not just the worse pharmacy but the worse business Ive have ever dealt with. Multiple times I have been left on hold only to be hung up on. Staff really are incredibly rude. I did go one time at 4am and there was an African American gentleman that was super nice and helpful but hes gone now. They are slow, insolent and rude.

NEGATIVE 5 starsI called to verify if they had the quantity of pills needed to refill my prescription...I was told RUDELY it was against company policy to give the info over the telephone.I then called every other CVS in Beaumont~each call was handled professionally and they had NO issue verifying their inventory before I went to their store.

We love going here to fill our prescriptions as they are friendly, clean and fast when its not lunch time or late afternoon when people are getting off work. So kind to me when we had to go there at nearly midnight to get a prescription filled for my really sick granddaughter. Drive thru can be busy that 5hat is the case at most pharmacy (plus bank) drive thru windows. I go inside if possible and all staff has been helpful. Generally stocks more meds since they are open 24 hours than your regular pharmacies, so they never tell me it will be tomorrow or later for our medicine. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

I’m here in Beaumont for work for a few days and realized I left my medication at home. As a regular CVS customer, I immediately phoned this location for assistance thinking maybe I could get 2 doses to get me through my trip. However, after a 19 min hold, I still hadn’t reached anyone and had to end the call for another engagement. I was able to contact them the next morning with only a 3 min hold, only to be told there wasn’t anything they could do for me as I had no refills left and didn’t have the medication bottle with me. I was dumbfounded!! I explained my medication is mood altering and has terrible side effects of doses are missed. I was told, “Sorry, we can’t help you.” So I phoned MY CVS and spoke with my pharmacist who informed me she would be happy to contact my doctor and request a script for 2 doses and have it sent to the BMT location. I can’t believe the lack of compassion and assistance I received here. Not a good representation of the kind of service I’ve come to expect from CVS. Truly a disappointment!

You better hope your life doesnt depend on your medicine becauase you would DIE using this CVS... my medicine that i have to have is one that you can Not go without.... they recieved my prescription last Wednesday from my doctor. Its a week later and they just tell me that they just ordered it. Its going to be another two days..... so now i have to go 3 days with no meds. This place always messes up. They have one easy job and cant seem to figure it out..... if i did like they do there, at my job....id be fired. Horrible place to get meds. If i were any of yall.... id go to walgreens.

Been here a little over 1 hour. I told the guy at the window that i would wait inside. He said well, it would be 1 1/2 hour wait. A few people have come inside and 3 Drop Offs at the window. The men that came in, brought their rx and within 15-17 minutes they had prepared and checked out. I know pharmacies are busy, but mine are NOT compounds or high count meds. I have no choice but to go to a pharmacy on the exact day the rx needs to be filled, that is near my home or by dr.s office due to the nature of the drugs....Very disappointed, very disappointed. Obviously, Ill not come here again or refer anyone I know to come here.

If I could give this place zero stars I most certainly would. This is by far the very WORST cvs I have ever been to in my ENTIRE life. I have never EVER encountered so many problems in one cvs, in fact Ive never had any problems at any cvs ever before this one. Literally, and I do mean literally, every single time I walk in these doors and walk back to the pharmacy I have a problem. Every. Single. Time. Youd think they would eventually get their stuff together but they havent. Ive lived here and been using this cvs since October and its quite literally been ther worst experience of my life. Medicines not being filled the way Its been requested, rude staff and pharamcist, being told one thing on the phone then getting there and being told something completely different, filling the wrong medicine even after making a seperate trip in there to request a refill in person of the meds I need, lack of communication, the list goes on and on and on. I wouldnt wish this pharmacy experience on anyone so please do not bring your services here.

I dropped my perscription off around 3pm today and they told me it would be ready in about an hour. Well that didnt happen. I called back at about 6:30pm to see what was going on and they said it should be done before 9pm. Well here it is 10pm and its not done. Thanks cvs for giving me the run around. Yall could have just told me it wont be ready. Now Ill have to deal with sickness in the morning. Never will I use cvs again. Walgreens is much better. Also, i could barely understand whoever we were talking to. Learn to speak better.... 😡
