Love dollar tree, they always have the best holiday decor and gifts at rock bottom prices. Not to mention all the cooking utensils and glass/plate ware thats super nice for dirt cheap. Like I just moved I to a new house and got all my glasses for my kitchen here.

I came to this location to buy a few items. Stood in line for a few minutes which wasnt a problem, usually can expect to wait. The problem was that there was another cash register open but the employee working the cash register (#3) was busy redoing a balloon display while there were 6 individual transactions waiting at the only register (#4.) I asked the employee if he was working the register and that was when the lady at register 4 said take your time, I got this to the other employee. So apparently at this location (store 134) its more important to work on a balloon display than to provide customer service.

Whenever Im in the area and stop in to stock up on snacks and other things.

You can basically get everything for your house except furniture. They even have frozen food items and cooler items. They carry kitchen gadgets, dinnerware, and plastic ware. Basically you just have to go look and find out for yourself...

Every time I have visited there have been boxes of unpacked stock in the floor.

Sometimes it is hard to find what youre looking for because shoppers rummage the items, particularly file folders. There is definitely no organization when it comes to the particular items.

I am visiting Beaumont because my husband is here for work so we decided to stop by and pick up a few things before we head back to our room after breakfast and he leaves for work. Let me say I have never been so impressed with a store! It was so neat! Organized! Plenty of merchandise and the manager, I didn’t get his name but he was a Middle Aged man, slender in size and he was impressive as well! He was in tune to his employees, he was helpful. All in all if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Good job you guys at Dollar Tree!!!

Nothing in there store half empty

Tim is by far the best manager I have ever done business with every time I go in there and that’s the Dollar Tree that I always prefer because it’s the closest one to my house and is always within very short driving distance of all other local businesses which is definitely a major plus. Today, he even took the time out to listen to a major problem I had with the assistant manager, Penny, who by all means does NOT even need to be working customer service period because of her extremely rude attitude. Good news is that she has now been fired and is officially out the door.Tim also takes pride in his job and always goes the extra mile to make sure that I and the other customers are always given the proper customer service and always treated very nicely, something that Penny never did every time I shopped there and always refused to do. Good to know that now new and much better things will be coming to the Gateway location.

Line extremely long per usual, cashiers dilly dallying on their phones, no urgency, two registers, lines in the isles, isles in disarray, again NO URGENCY at all. And to top it off the manager recommends patronizing another establishment while he plays with balloons and fills freezers.

Had plenty of water and other necessities. Employees wore masks and enforced the mask rule. So overall good.

Not enough cashiers. Especially at this time of year store was very busy.

Like the birthday cards as well as all the other ones.

I believe in customer service! It is a pet peeve of mine. I appriciate how nice and helpful the manager was at this location. Ill be back! Thanks Tim!

Always like going to Dollar Tree, love being able to find things I didnt know I needed. My husband doesnt always like it because we cant go there without me buying things that wasnt on our shopping list. LOL Seriously we both like Dollar Tree, very much.

Dollar tree has a variety of products that are name brand at a 1.00 cost. Awesome! You could save on grocery, cards, and various holiday decorations.

Usually LOVE this store, but today they were out of everything! Asiles were crowded and poorly stocked. Didnt have most of what I usually buy and will have to either go to another location or come back another time! What a bother!

Dollar Tree stores are quick stops for that one cheap thing you need NOW. Like those helium filled tensile balloons that really make a statement for a birthday party or just cheering up a good friend.It does hurt at all that one is really close to our house.

10 people in line with only one cashier while another cashier puts on lip gloss. Store is always a mess. Get it together

This store is a mess! No rhyme or reason to layout. 1 employee in the store. The line to checkout was 6 &7 people deep. Was approached outside by someone asking for money

Items were everywhere and broken and the lady that worked the register was just chatting with a customer and was kind of rude. Not fast service. Love the store and that everything is $1. But people that work in Customer Service need to be nicer!

Hours online says 8am I walk in for them to send me out saying their not open until 9am. I wouldnt have driven to this location and take my infant out in the cold. Very disappointing, please update hours online!

The manager Tim is very rude and doesn’t care about the customer at all. Maybe because I’m a manager at dollar general and he was so worried about how much money we make there and how many customers I have saying I’m probably in a pretty little setting where I don’t have as mush business as himmaking At 20,000 a week..Making that an excuse as to why they are so rude. He never asked me who I was talking about he refused to give me his dm number.. I explained to him that I’m calling as a customer! He started getting loud and hung up in my face so I never had a chance to report the actual employee because he assumed it was the wrong one! The short brown skin lady was very rude but their manger Tim was wayyy much disrespectful and rude! I would love to talk to corporate if anyone know how to contact them
