OMG...the store was awesome. Not from here and I LOVED the meat market. Beautifully done. Very clean and i was asked by several staff if there was anything they could help me find. Will do all my shopping here when we stay in the area. Kudos to the Management Team. Great job.

Actually the 3 stars was due to the 6th St location. Oak Valley is very nice, clean and employees are helpful. Sadly it means a farther drive for me, but I will be usinng this location in the future.

Its a standard stater Brothers. Staff is on par as usual with other stores and quality is what you would expect for this supermarket.

This is our go to grocery store for last minute items.Employees are always nice and helpful when we ask for a location of an item.Always well stocked unlike a few other stores in the area.Hours are perfect when you just need to run to the store for eggs.Its not super busy but the parking lot is always full.Ill return because its convenient! !Never had an unpleasant experience!I also like the convenience of the register at the deli to pay for drinks and hot foods!

This Stater Brothers is usually always busy, but they will open all registers if necessary to speed up check out. The cashiers are always friendly even after a busy 8 hr shift. Well run store.

The newer store in Yucaipa is larger and doesnt run out of products like the other Staters around the corner from my residence

Convenient @ times. The new store in cherry valley had a lot of beautiful cakes that were ready to expire in one to 3 days, frosting cracking.. They wouldnt help me out at 06:30 hrs so I grabbed the first cake they put out this morning (not my 1st choice to say the least). They continued to fill an already full display. They should wear signs that say, Do Not Disturb.. Not A Morning Person. This place can be disappointing @times. After having a name placed on the cake I made my way to find the floral section.. they dont have one. I shouldve began at the Staters on Oak Valley Parkway. I purchase the cake I didnt want and had to finish my shopping elsewhere

Bathroom is always clean and available just in case the Uber drivers need a place to go!

Regular visit, great average mostly dependable grocery store. They always help when asked with a smile in their voices. Thats one big reason why I mostly go there.

I am so thankful for this store. The store is kept clean and the staff is always helpful & friendly. During these months of covid-19 they have been at the forefront of safety measures and continue to be. Always prefer stater bros over all other stores

This grocery store just recently had a grand reopening. I believe the staff had renovations as well. The service is outstanding. Everyone wants to help you. Their employees are on it with taking your cart or helping you to your vehicle the store is beyond clean. Its simply beautiful. Prices are on not low but they not extremely high.

They remodeled the store...looks great! A very busy store and I see new employees, everyone is always friendly. Shelves are always stocked...my favorite place to shop.

I have been a Stater bros customer for decades. Today I went for only toilet paper (unfortunately the last time I went to Costco I didn’t stock up). At staters I was only able to buy a pack of six rolls which cost me $6.25! That’s more than a dollar per roll. It’s not even embossed with gold. That looks like price gouging to me

I like this store, but there is nothing commitment to covid 19 safety.Thank you for your reply.What prompted my response was the fact that while there was signage on the door, there were a lot of people without masks. No policing or enforcement to wear masks, and the answer from one of your senior cashiers was you dont have to wear a mask, I mean we have a sign, but its against the law anyway, and we have to wear a mask if we want to get paid. Her mask was over her face, but it was not covering her mouth. Her flippant attitude was striking.

Stater Bros is a great grocery store, but I was disappointed to see their staff not wearing proper masks.

The creamer I use was all out in the refrigeration section. A young employee was stocking shelves near by so I reluctantly (some employees get annoyed when interrupted from their duties in Los Angeles) asked if he would be kind enough to check the back for more. Before I knew it, he had restock the product and did so diligently! My only regret was not asking him his name. Thank You Management, for hiring conscious employees.

Not enough checkers wat too many people in the store

I came here to purchase ready to eat food for a family gathering. Considering the smaller size of the store, they had a decent selection in their deli. The bakery, not so much. It was easy to find what I was looking for in the store. Employees were nice and the customer service was good.The store was very clean. Im sure the locals enjoy shopping at this Stater Bros Market.

Many (not all but many) of the checkers spend too much time chatting with other employees. Lines take too long because of this. It would be so nice to see this stopped. The customers should be the concentration

This store is always clean and employees are great, only one minor set back the man who makes the sushi is rude beyond belief.He pretends like he doesnt hear you and told me he had no time to make my daughter a no meat roll since she is vegan,and no it wasnt the end of his shift.

They have frozen rabbit.

In and out as usual one thing I dislike is some baggers are just rude but I guess everyone has there days totally understandabl, service over all was good.

If your priority is customer service, this Staters Bros is the best in Riverside County. This particular location can become quite busy on holidays. However they are often well stocked, well staffed, and well prepared for the occasion.

I was in hospital for almost a week during which time TP became a challenge. I called store at 6 am, trying to explain my situation and asking when they might be receiving a new shipment, but the man on the phone interrupted me, said no and hung up on me. They just lost a customer due to this mans lack of empathy.

A young lady in produce was very helpful. Will someone tell baggers that milk and eggs and ice cream and meat etc should go in the insulated bags.? That would be good

My family and I moved out here last September (2017). We love this location, very friendly and clean. Parking not an issue either, just ignorant drivers thinking its a speedway. Keep up the great customer service.

If you have small kids, you can go up to the cake counter and ask for a cookie to have your kid snack on while you shop. On 3 separate occasions, the blond girl at the cake counter has handed me cookies with her bare hands, after touching her face/nose/mouth. The first incident, I made no complaint. The second incident (9/24/19, around 4pm), I made a quiet complaint to a male manager. Today (9/30, before 6pm), not even a week after the second incident, the same girl handed me cookies with bare hands after rubbing her nose with her finger. I made a complaint with a young female manager.This Staters location usually has great customer service. Sadly, my review is based on those 3 incidents alone, about one employee.
