My go-to store for simple tools and gadgets. I always end up buying more than what I intend. The store is clean and well-organized. The merchandise is very reasonably priced.

Every time I have visited store located at 6640 Eastex Fwy #100 store located in Beaumont, Texas I have found the clerks at the checkout counters to be so rude for the lack of a better word, its as if they are paying the customer to shop instead of the other way around. Please, pay them more are get employees with a better attitude.

They show a air compressor and there is not one on stock they missed a sale once agen. Dont show if you can not put out.🤣

Manager treated me like trash apon asking for a coupon for a tongue tool box.I understand completely trying to make a profit but you had a chance to make a simple impact and remove me from your competition less than 4 blocks awayYou sell more than just productsIve alerted your staff to a shoplifter on the back aisle -New start up business owner looking for local and I dont feel like Im wanted in your store because of the look you gave me

Love to shop here. But unfortunately yesterday the cashier didnt seem like she was enjoying her day. Which in turn made the end of my shopping trip feel as though my money wasnt good enough to them. Hopefully she had a better day and becomes more friendly to the people whom shop there.

The staff of friendly. The store was clean. I was able to find everything I was looking for.You get what you pay for its true for a lot of their merchandise, but theres some things, for example, like pneumatic tools that fit the price point and quality for the residential user

Favorite place to go I get my weight belt here I like the orange one they are more firm. Also there is no mesh in the belt which cuts people with the meah. I love the flashlights here to.

I Love this place...They have a Great selection at Great prices...and the staff was Awsome the last time I visited I was the Dreaded Last minute Shopper and they were Very Sweet,Helpful and Friendly.I did my shopping fast and they told me to take my time there was No need to Rush which was Awsome but I got what I needed and got out of their way...Awsome shopping experience !!! Love Harbor Freight! The tools are great for occasional use tools. But if your looking for everyday strong tools its probably not the place to go. But the staff at this store is always friendly and helpful!

Quality could improve but might work if your lucky. On second thought hire a professional if your money matters to you at all all.

Very Slow for an Exact Exchange on a broken item, as if cashier didnt know how to give a Swop as Manager said and have me pay for Additional 2 only; not Re-Ring every thing wasting time, aggrivating.

I use predator generators and put many hours on them. I’ve had no trouble whatsoever, at a much lower price than competitors.

This month they only have dollar days for inside track members, does anyone else find this bias? I guess regular customers doesnt matter anymore, we build them up and they nock us down. AND 2 months later nothing has changed Im giving up on harbor freight !!!!!

Harbor Freight, the home of budget tools! You can find most anything you need here. Sadly, theyve severely limited what their percent-off coupon can be used with, hence the one star taken away; the days of phenomenal deals at Harbor Freight are largely over....still, its a great place for good deals on tools and hardware, esp for things you may not care if they last forever.

I went in to get my refund on the recalled jack stands. Had to argue with them for a half hour to get the correct amount. They were trying to give almost half what Harbor Freight corporate has already agreed to. To top it all off, they were out of stock on both the items I was trying to purchase. This place was my favorite place to go, until today. Once I use this refund, Im done.

As usual, excellent service at Harbor Freight !! Employee ask what I was shopping for, took my shopping cart and came back with my merchandise. After returning she asked if there was anything else and returned with that also !! While loading my truck another customer helped me load the heavy boxes. Great employee and helpful customers, how could ask for more !!

Wanted a $99 compressor. Took tag to check out after waiting for 4 people. Told they sold out but could get another brand with less features. Waited behind 8 people & was $40 more. Found out from manager there was one left. Got it & waited behind 4 people. Worse service ever from a girl that seemed on top of her game with phone answering & checking out others. Just totally disappointed that a 15 minute deal took almost an hour to complete

I like this certain style of hook and loop sanding discs that are purple.. but everytime its sold out.. plus they have this epoxy that used to come in normal size tubes now its only available in an ultra tiny size..

My favorite store in general. A little disappointed because I called ahead to see if an item was in stock. I was told it was. I drove out of my way, to find out I was lied to.

I was looking for a plastic covered cable for a backyard project and was sure Harbor Freight had it. They had lots of choices for cable (cable width, length, strands etc) but no luck on the cable I need. However I did pick up a few things I didnt even know I needed until I started looking around.

They have everything I need very polite people I will go there every time I need something that I think they might have.

Im not an expert on any of the items but my sheds have anything I may need to fix somethings a couple different ways because well why not, The money would be blown on stupid stuff. Why not have your wall filled with tools and gadgets.

It depends on what you are looking for but if youre looking for random miscellaneous items like wheels for the bottom of a gate or four chisel sets or pneumatic tools or even a toolbox they have all these types of things and more. Dont forget your coupons to get things 20% off for free. Theyre easy to find where you can download the Harbor Freight coupon app thats what I use

This was the only tool supply store that had what I needed. Prices on the website are accurate and in-stock quantities are reflective of what is on the website as well. There were two checkers and one was slow and the other was very quick. Have no major complaints with this store.

The Beaumont Harbor Freight was good. The store was well stocked and in good order. The staff was professional, helpful along with humor. I had purchased a 1,000 lb. engine stand. That seems to be holding up well thus far. I definitely recommend this place if your needing to save money. Great prices.

Excellent place for inexpensive tools of all kinds. Electric, pneumatic, hand, lawn, power, mechanic, Auto general. I bought a DeWalt compound miter sliding 12 saw once got $600. Found the same thing in off brand at Harbor Freight for $169. Many, many bargains if you dont mind off brands.
