While generally good, they didnt have the part I needed.

Itd would be cool if the men that work their would actually listen to what the customer is saying instead of dissmiing and interrupting what the person is saying.

I could get my own wiper blades and the loaned me a tool to take apartmy turnsignal and change the bulb

Every time I go here, they seem to never have what I need and it’s basic things like oil filter or batteries. They didn’t have an oil filter for the STP deal they have. They tried to up sell me to a more expensive oil change instead of them ordering my filter in or giving me another brand oil filter and letting me get the deal for something they did not have in store. This is the last time I will ever shop here.

First off they have a sign in the door to wear a mask and there were 6 customers they waited on without one. I was there waiting while they waited on customers who came in after me. I will never be back. Like of concern for public health and poor customer service.

My car was broke down, lost my dog and the ice cream in back seat had melted....I was in dire straights. I walked in to the Auto Zone store in Chippewa, PA. The gentleman who waited on me was very efficient and went out of his way to help. Turned out the part I bought was not the problem. Returning the part was fast and successful. No stress whatsoever.

Veterans and military get a 10% discount. They got me a part that wasnt in stock in less than 24 hours for pickup at the store. They dont usually take returns on auto electronics but let me when I didnt use it and no longer needed it, which was very nice.

Its a part store what should I say

I am a Rock Auto guy, but I needed a brake line quickly and I was in the area. The guy working was friendly and even let me walk in the back to match up my size line and fittings. In and out shopping. Yeah, I will be there again.

I have visited this AutoZone shortly after a nationwide catastrophe. And with that said everybody in there seemed very humble and honest. The conversation of the customers including myself was about how honesty has left America but not all of us and how some of us are going to continue to be honest and humble and hope that more people can react on that. The staff was very knowledgeable on what I needed although they could not put in a tail light company policy okay

Helpful but sometimes they dont even sell parts I need and all my cars are from the late 90s I would think that would be the era going there the most. Staff is friendly.
