This shop is amazing. I came in for 5 new rims and tires. With the type of vehicle (Jeep) it can be a pain to find a good set but with their help it was painless. Make sure to go in and ask for Andrew or Jim, these guys work wonders. Keep up the great customer service and work guys!!

Walk in service was completed within 2 hours each time I visited the past week. I like the Falken Touring tires they recommended. Drive is comfortable and not loud. I would recommend this place to friend and family for purchasing and servicing tires. Saved me $280 compared to a tire shop up the road for a set of tires.

These guys are the best! Ive punctured a two tires since owning this car, one on the back of a brake pad and the other on a nail at work. Both times, they repair the tires in a timely matter and for free. Definitely recommend these guys.

Almost good enough but not quite. Although the service, products, general knowledge and price are equal or better than most, in the end the job needs to be excellent or at least satisfactory but it was not. Discount Tire earnestly attempted to do a good job unfortunately, balancing the Continental Extreme Contact tires and Porsche Fuchs wheels on my 911 could not be accomplished by this shop. After two attempts the tires were still causing a small vibration at 60-70 mph. One of the managers summarily dismissed the issue to be a bent wheel.I then had the wheel inspected by a local specialist and that was not the case, the wheel is true. By the way, there was no vibration issue before mounting the new tires.I then visited a performance tire and wheel specialist to verify the tire/wheel balance. They found two of the tires far enough out of balance that they stripped the weights from the wheels and rebalanced them from scratch and with far less weights than had been used. One of the wheels had 27 weights placed on it by Discount Tire. More is not necessarily better. All four tires/wheels were rebalanced in about 30 minutes. The proof was in the test drive, the vibration disappeared completely!

Ive been going to Discount Tires for decades. They have a large selection of tires.They have a very efficient system to get customers what they need in a timely manner ......got my tires rotated for free in around 30 mins...cant ask for more!..

Have dealt with Discount Tire for years. They have an excellent inventory and if not what you want they will find it. I have also shipped in exactly what tires I wanted and without a hiccup they made the appt and installed. They have price matching which they make easy and have had a tire replaced N/C under road hazard. No questions asked and never pressure to buy. They fix flats fast and use tech to make any visit quick and painless.

The guys and gals that work here are amazing, super helpful and are honest. They really went out of their way to help me. I appreciate them.

Always an easy experience with them. Online and in -store.However, and this has happened twice now, they don’t seem to pay attention when putting the wheels back, and leaving the hub caps loose. While the issue is small, it does make me wonder how good a job they’re doing in the more important services like balancing the wheels.

Not a bad experience. Just got one new tire. when I went to pay for it the guy at the register said for 9 dollars more if anything happens to the new tire we well replace it for. Free . I said Anything yep he replied so I payed ..the 9 bucks . But I saw a sign that said 9 bucks for a tire if the new tire three year or 30 percent thread only the middle of the tire counts as the warranty But bad alignment dont count I see the cashier told me any damage new tire . if I get a flat I find the guy I talk to . and he said anything goes .new tire no charge.

Discount Tires never disappoints. I went in because I had a huge nail in my tire. They got me in immediately, repaired the tire, and i was on my way in about 30 minutes time. Their Covid protocol allowed me to stay in my car while they worked and I enjoyed watching their crew sing and dance around while working hard. It looked like they really enjoyed their job. Also, they did not charge me for the repair!

Jim at discount tire helped me out with a new set of tires and was amazing. He got me the tires I wanted in a day and even helped me out getting the right tire for my spare. If you need any help ask for Jim. Cant say enough great things about discount tire and Jim.

I went in there a couple weeks ago having very little knowledge about tires and what my car needed. My fault, however, I assumed the professional sales people where there to help me. Not take advantage of my lack of experience. Looking back on it now, I even told the salesmen this was my first car, and that I’ve never bought tires before. All of a sudden “the wheels on my car were to big”, and he was “unable to sale me new tires unless I also bought new wheels”. So my 500-600 dollar purchase doubled. I went forward with the purchase because I trusted the man helping me.Big mistake. I feel used, betrayed and on top of all of that, I feel like a stupid idiot. Thanks discount tires!

Went there to buy hub centric rings for some aftermarket wheels for a Honda civic work beater i picked up.I gave the wrong wheel hub size to customer service guy, but he had a close match. He went above and beyond, took my wheel into shop, wire wheeled it, cleaned it up like new! Tried to get rings to fit, just was one size too big. I bought them anyways. I mean 5 bucks I can bore my wheels a half millimeter myself! Thanks for all your help.

Inventory is always unbeatable which means everything when buying a tire. Pricing is also always the lowest youll find. Service and attentiveness is always impeccable. Im Oregon born and raised and I still dont understand why people go to Les Schwab and have six tires for their particular vehicle to choose from and pay much more.

Discount Tires in Tanasbourne has such great service that I had to leave a review. The staff members are all very attentive, give great service and are very accommodating in setting appointments. The prices are fantastic as well. All of this and more is why I will always choose them over Costco (sorry, not sorry).I was recently prepping for a road trip and had my tires rotated. My TPMS sensors were indicating that one of my tires had an air leak. The staff members quickly identified a screw in the driver front tire and booked an appointment for me same day. I had the tire repaired in less than 30 minutes with me SITTING IN THE CAR.I appreciate the timeliness of those professionals. You guys rule! PS: I enjoyed the cadences/chants/songs they were doing while working on the car.

A good place for tires. I recommend you order online in advance and then set an apt when the tires come in, or they may be in stock, the website shows current stock. Otherwise you might not get the tire or price you wanted.

Excellent place and team. One of my tire has relatively low tread depth and minor leakage issue, so I thought I need to replace it. They inspected my tire very efficiently and found a small nail. They directly put a patch and fix the issue. I had made an appointment online first, and the whole process took less than 1h. I will return when tires need to be replaced. Highly recommend to make an appointment online before visit to save time, and this online process on their website is very easy.

Staff are always courteous and eager to help. They are knowledgeable and provide good advice. In addition, they give realistic recommendations to issues that may otherwise not have an immediate solution. What amazes me the most is how busy this place almost always is but yet, they still get the job done in a timely fashion. Very efficient! These guys have definitely earned my trust and respect. EXCELLENT FAST SERVICE AND FREE ROTATIONS AND REPAIRSWe were received with a big smile by a very PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE who started by checking the thread level on the tires. Since the tires on this car are less than 2 years old and theyre not that worn, he advised we waited for the next rotation before considering replacing them. I just loved his HONESTY!He then asked me to sign and provide my credit card and there was no charge, just for incidentals. The promised waiting time was 45 minutes (Although it only took them ONLY 30 MINUTES!).The waiting area (With about 12 seats and 2 tables) has magazines, free bottled water, free coffee and free Internet. Waiting 30 minutes while browsing on the web seemed like 8 minutes.When checking out, they had not only rotated the tires and repaired my flat tire, but also replaced the TPM (Tire Pressure Monitoring) sensor in the tire they replaced and added the hub caps to all tires. Somehow, these always go missing, I guess I need to remove them after I park the car at night or at the office!To top it off, the employee who explained what they did and gave me the keys told me THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR ALL THEIR WORK! I had to ask him if he was sure and he laughed. I insisted again and he replied with the same We do NOT CHARGE FOR ROTATIONS NOR FLAT REPAIRS.Since Im really bad at carrying cash with me and couldnt tip them, Ill stop by an ATM and get some cash for them.We WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK when we need any tires.

Out of the 7 times Ive replaced my tire because of a flat, Fred wear, spare, or winter tires. I have never spent more then an 1hr and this most recent time I only spent 15-20 min it was incredibly fast!!!Once I get winter tires Ill re-review the store! Nothing wrong just want to see how much better you can get! Love this place!

Been using / abusing the free pressure checks and eventually figured I needed help with one tire that persistently went low about once a quarter for over a year. Cheery and helpful each visit and today they found a tiny nails in that pesky tire. Repair completed via walk in free of charge. Ive been buying tires here for years and will continue. Ive had great service at this store along with a couple in NM. Never petty, always good!

I never buy tires from Discount Tire before but after today experience at my local Discount Tire store in Beaverton and Im considered to by tires from Discount Tire at the next opportunity. I brought my son vehicle in for the balance and rotation and was quoted $30 for these services because the tires on the vehicle were not brought from Discount Tire. Which is understandable and a very reasonable price for the service. The Discount Tire staff surprised me that the service was free when time to ring up. On top all of that they fixed small leak on one of the tire. Needless to say, the staffs are very nice and professional. I rarely give 5 Stars for a review but this one is an exceptional service.

This place is definitely not Les Schwab, its not really a great place, I mean Im sorry to say I paid way too much for a nylon tire and Im very unhappy with the experience. in general the biggest problem is they make you wait and theyre not really accurate with how long its going to take . also once you have a scheduled appointment you also have to wait an hour.

I wanted to share what a great and professional job this location did for me and my situation on the evening of the Feb 8th, 2021. I work for a hospital lab and the lab car tire went flat right at 6:00 as this location was closing. These guys still made time to see me, stripped off the bad tire, and gave me a spare that they had in the back....for free! This could have been a hellish night for me dealing with this flat, but this location of Discount Tire really went above and beyond to help me out. A gentleman named Art was incredibly kind and professional, and he was nothing but a pleasure to work with as I was stressed out trying to deal with the situation. Thank you, Art! You did an outstanding job!

I purchased a set of tires from Discount Tire about 6 months ago and felt at that time that they did a very good job providing a very professional service to me. This week I managed to puncture the side wall of one of the tires and had to replace the tire. I had to install the spare to make it to the store. Again I felt that they did an exceptional job getting me in, the tire replaced and sending me on my way. The thing that impressed me most of all is that as they were installing the new tire they took the time to replace my spare in the holder. Most stores would have simply tossed the spare into the rear of my vehicle. It is a small thing but attention to detail like that makes a huge impression on me. They will continue to receive my business and I will gladly point others to this store. JOB WELL DONE!!

Very thankful today. I had a flat on Monday. I drove in without an appointment because of my immediate need to get this tire fixed. They said it could be a while (2-3 hours) because I didn’t have an appointment, but they replaced it and had me back on the road in an hour... I got two tires replaced so I had even tread on the back, but luckily I bought the $25 protection on all my tires when I first bought them (highly recommend) so I only had to buy one tire.AND THEN... today (Tuesday–the following day) I have another flat. Same front tire. Same location. Same damage. It’s unclear what happened or if it was vandalism. It almost looked like the same tire. We couldn’t figure it out. They could have just said it was vandalism and told me I would have to buy a new tire, but instead they showed exemplary customer service and replaced two more tires for the price of one. After 6000 miles, i took my car to this location for tire rotation. They refused to do it. They said: Tread depth of 2 front tires are better than 2 rear tires.

I first walked in hoping I could dial in the fitment on some rims I wanted. The guy that helped me was looking up the exact dimensions and how they would look on the vehicle. So when they got there they fit perfect, of course. They were fairly busy but they guys were moving very quick to get to everyone. Overall I am beyond happy with the result.

Got a tire fixed even in the middle of all this smoke. The crew didnt even skip a beat. HOWEVER shame on the company for not providing proper breathing equipment to protect against the smoke. A normal cloth mask doesnt do it. You need full face masks with real filters. These poor men and women...

An amazing experience! Best time to get tires is right now during pandemic!! They let you sit in your car and you get to see them do all this crazy cool stuff, its kinda like being at the zoo!! But dont tap on the glass it might frighten the workers ;)

Had 1 tire with a puncture on Suv, it looses air over 10 days or so. tire kind of aged out, went to check new tire and also if possible to repair, discount tire turned to be awesome fixed for free and did not force me to buy new tire. Highly recommend

Came on a Tuesday to make an appointment for new tires, showed the salesman spec sheet from lift kit i was having installed at a shop Discount recommended. I asked for the largest tire that would not rub, he showed me the tire and quoted under $1000.00. Monday (today) i show up at Discount They do not have the right size tire in but will put on a slightly smaller tire for $1,400.00, knowing i have an appointment for the lift install in 2 hours. Never will i return, Costco here i come.

If I could rate zero I would. I bought $1,300 worth of wheels from them. Went to get my Toyos that I bought offline installed. They had all the wheels off. Then told me because the load rating on tires was 100lbs off for my truck they would not install. I offered to just put them in the back and I would install. Nope they wouldn’t even do that. Will never to here again.
