Had to order parts and these guys hands down filled the need. Offered quicker free delivery AND lower prices than any competitors. Got here great. Went in store today to return an erroneous part I didnt need and helpful staff. Store is nice and clean. Comfortable and not cramped. And answered all my questions. Ill be only going here for my car needs.

Incompetent staff. 6 days for o-rings. Now 9 days. Now they cant find my order? Now my package is out for delivery, now its delayed, now its on the way? Idk who the manager is but HIRE PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW TO WORK ON CARS. NOT STONERS THAT NEED JOBS

Extremely overpriced parts, inconvenient location. When I tried to put the new part on, it didnt fit. Took me a while to realize it was not manufactured to OEM standards. When I tried to return it, they wouldnt accept it because it had been on my vehicle. Low quality parts for a premium price. I will not ever be using Car Quest again.

Wednesday, Oct. 7, I drove to this store to pick up some parts for my Ranger. I put on my mask before I walked in. When I walked in two employees walked out of the back area, neither one wearing a mask. I turned right around and walked out. If you value your safety and health and that of your loved ones, stay away from this store!

Ive been shopping at this particular store for quite some time and I am more than happy with the service that I receive from Jordan! Hes is a phenomenal individual and easy to chat with when I am needing a particular item for my Volvos.

Bad service. Wouldn’t return items that were brand new. not going here again !

When I began shopping at this store I wasnt too certain about the service or the staff. But since I have been to this location almost on a weekly basis I have come to look forward to my shopping visits. Alan, Chuck, and Dennisif I am correct have always answered my questions. I leave the store knowing the products that I had purchased were appropriate for the given application. Kudos on a great job to the other staff members whom I am unable to recallNow, I have a battery I bought on 8/15 of this year and have no use for it. Has it passed the return cycle? Your feedback would be appreciated.

Great staff. Super helpful and knowledgeable. The store has been here for a long time so its not a large location. Which means their inventory and selection is slim. However they make up for with service.

I had a great experience visiting Car Quest. I had been searching for an obscure automobile part and after doing their due dilligence they were able to produce it. Great customer service and great parts availability. Also, I I was impressed by.their patience with me.

Too dark to see the product you want to purchase, small volume of product on display, staff offered no assistance ... spent their time talking about other events behind the counter and ignored customers on the floor.

I like this place. I don’t necessarily have much experience in parts shops but compared to the others I’ve been to, I’ve enjoyed this one best. It’s probably because I live close by and go there regularly, which means that the staff their recognizes me. I’d probably have a similar experience at other shops but it’s hard to know.

Great selection of products, excellent service, but just a little too pricey.

Yesterday, I spoke to Miguel to see if I could order a water pump and possibly get it delivered to me because, uhhhh well, my car was broke down. He made an exception (because they only deliver to businesses) and ordered the pump for me and said that it would be there by 9am the next day, that they would call me when it got there. Well, 9:30am rolled in and hadnt heard anything, so I called to check on status and spoke to Allen because Miguel was not there on weekends. I didnt feel like he was clued in, so he made that call to verify what I was saying was correct and got a call from Michelle to have me pay over the phone. Well, my boyfriend needed more stuff and I really appreciate her knowledge and patience while I racked up my bill. Lol. She was great. Only 20min later Morgan showed up with my parts and he was very kind, as well. I usually go to another store but because of this great experience, I will continue to do business with only this Carquest. I really appreciate them helping me out with my stressful situation. Thank you so very much!!

Probably the biggest waste of space and time ever. Very in knowledgeable and horrible customer service I wish I could post picture of the battery that clearly was for a light duty truck or car instead of being able to just swap for the right battery that was same price it was a whole or deal trying to just swap the battery

They normally have what Im looking for at good prices.

Avoid clerks with dirty shirts. They are grumpy and want to go home to change.Do order and pay online to get 10% discount when you pick up. Good prices.

ERetail will never take away the joy of running down to the local parts stores to finish a weekend car project. The guys in this store are always helpful and friendly.

Didnt have the parts I needed. Ordered from their on line site. Some of the parts were missing when I got them. Took 5 more days to get replacements. I will continue using Oreilleys for all my auto part needs.

Alan was extremely rude. I had to swap out a starter for my Chevy and I was carrying my 11 month old daughter, with a cab driver waiting for me outside the store. He took his time helping me, even after I told him about the cab. Guy didnt lift a finger to help me swap out the core into the new starter box, because apparently carquest sells you a new part without the box. Way uncool Alan.

I own a 1946 Ford, all custom parts, so parts are hard to find if all you have is old parts on ur car that are not made any more . Jason at CarQuest was able to help me with all my parts, the year and make of my custom parts for my hot rod . I went all over town auto part stores even called stores online and none of these stores could do nothing for me. So Jason at CarQuest is my new Part Guy the Real parts Guy who knows cars, for my HotRod .... 5 stars

Had to get new battery for expedition. It was late on a Sunday and they stayed open so I can borrow some of their tools to replace it. Told me my old one was wrong size. No wonder had issues. Thanks guys

I recycled my battery here, and they didnt give me the deposit. Im new to Oregon, so I didnt know that i could get my deposit back for my old battery, and they took advantage of that and took the battery (and presumably took the deposit for themselves).I also bought 2 disc rotors here, and they only charged me for one. I pointed out the error, but just an indicator of their incompetence.Would not recommend.

Went to get brake parts. had to order, calliper didnt come in, finally in. get home, wrong pads. go back, wrong master cylinder...........
