I was on the search for the perfect car for my wife - we had looked and looked and everything seemed to be the same. Dry sales folks, finance people trying to squeeze every dime out of me, and an overall uncomfortable experience. I was expecting more of the same when we walked into Ganley Alfa in Bedford…BOY WAS I WRONG! I was greeted professionally and promptly, offered coffee AND a water. I wasn’t pressured into taking a test drive or signing paperwork on the spot, but was educated on the value of the car I was interested in, and the salesman seemed genuinely curious about my wife and I and what we wanted vs. other experiences where facts are just thrown around at me or, worse off, I am simply ignored.Lastly I spoke with a finance guy named Ben, and boy was he SHARP! Not only did he look the part, but he made me feel like he was on my side and we were in this together to get the best deal possible. He even brought the GM, Pete (I think) over to ensure the loan would go through. Working with Ganley Alfa, and particularly Mike Catavolos, was nothing short of fantastic. Mike worked exceptionally hard to get a deal done. This was easily the best car buying experience Ive had to date. Just recently I leased a 2021 Ala Romeo Guilia and Mike walked me through the entire process with ease. He went over all of the options and how this vehicle was different than anything I had had in the past. Boy was he right! it was a huge change but he made the transition smooth. While waiting for paperwork to process I spoke with Brian who helped me feel comfortable in knowing I was making the best decision I could. I felt like I was part of the alfa family so to speak. The entire staff was wonderful to be around making me feel welcome and the entire experience enjoyable which we all know isnt usually the case when car shopping. I would travel to another dealership to look at vehicles just on the notion that Brian and Mike would be there. There was no pressure and I was happy to say I left that day in some new wheels. I would certainly go back.

First and foremost, I love my Guilia! Ryan was easy to deal with, interested in what I was looking for in a car. At no point did he ever try to sell me more than what I wanted. He answered my questions about the different packages and used his personal experience with his Guilia. Ryan was friendly and outgoing, but never overbearing or pushy. A very positive experience and would highly recommend Ryan and Ganley Alpha Romeo.
I don’t like doing negative reviews but in my experience with this dealership I found that they were not forthcoming. They are advertising on their website and on Facebook a 24 month Gulia Ti for $369/mo $0 down. It appears that this may be false.I called the dealership this morning to learn more and wanted to get one. It took me 2 calls- the first time I was transferred to VW sales who couldn’t help me, the second time I was put on hold for minutes so disconnected. After filling out a form on their website a sales rep called me and when I asked about the $369 $0 down lease he said he’d have someone from Finance call me. My phone never rang.I already made a purchase decision with another dealer as of now but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership for purchase.
Most car shopping experience are dreadful but this one, not so much. I was happy to say that I walked out with a beautiful 2021 Stelvio with the help and guidance of Brian Gillum and Mike Catavolos. Those two are batman and Robin. They helped explain the process, the car, all the features. They even made me an espresso because who doesn’t like coffee? I was so happy I went with this dealership. There was no stress and no hassle. It was easy peasy. I’ll for sure go back.

I recently purchased a Giulia from Ganley Alfa Romeo after doing research on line and narrowing down the vehicle I was interested in. The associate Doug was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was engaging and did a great job answering any questions I had. If you are considering purchasing an Alfa Romeo Doug is a great resource. He also guided me to a perfect area for my test drive that allowed me to experience different driving situations to get a true sense of how well the vehicle handled. I give Ganley 5 stars mostly for the professionalism and engagement provided by Doug. In July, I purchased a 2019 Stelvio Quadrifoglio from Ganley sight unseen and then had it shipped to me in Colorado. Ryan Moore gave me the best deal I could find (nationwide) and Doug Friedman helped me every step of the way, including sending me photos of the vehicle, answering all of my questions and even showing up to the dealership on a Sunday (his day off) to ensure my Stelvio was loaded onto the truck for shipment. Alana Snyder, Ganley Finance, painlessly arranged all of my purchase paperwork (purchase agreement, warranties, registration and tags) and was always available to answer my questions. The Ganley Team treated me like gold, and I am most thankful! My Stelvio is amazing, and its all thanks to Ryan, Doug and Alana!

I called multiple times to speak with a sales person and never got a call back. Then I sent an email and no response. Finally got a call back from a sales person named Mike and he said he would call me back in 5 minutes because a customer walked in. This was 2 weeks ago. I do not know what’s going on!!! I give up. I guess I’ll try somewhere else.
My experience at Ganley Alfa Romeo was very positive. I picked out a new Giulia online and worked with Ryan to finalize the deal. The car was ready when I came to pick it up at my scheduled appointment. Financing was quick, and there were no last-minute surprises.The car itself is absolutely fantastic. It was great to see that the dealer support is what you would expect for a luxury brand. I would definitely recommend Ganley Alfa Romeo to anyone looking for a new car.
*****CAUTION*****MUST READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE!*****There would never be any circumstance where I would recommend this group for your automotive needs. Peter, the new general manager, spoke over me repeatedly when trying to communicate and ended up letting me know exactly how little he values me as a current customer. Service mishandled a situation and waited 3 months to begin resolving the situation. Documents were lost several times and it is their policy to put that blame and responsibility back onto you, the paying customer. There are some very redeeming qualities- Doug in sales is incredible and my Giulia has been great. I will drive hours to avoid Peter and the service department.
Absolutely would never buy a car from them. I called with a service issue of my keys getting locked in the car which is a big deal. The service department gave me the run around and an earliest appointment a week out and that I would have to pay for a rental for my YEAR OLD car. Go to Strongsville if you want real service! These guys are horrible. Little did they know I am buying another Alfa in the next few weeks, so it will definitely be from Strongsville.
I visited Ganley Fiat of Bedford for a repair to my FIAT 500. I have never been more impressed with a service department ever! Traci Garner was more than professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! I won’t forget Scotty either in service as he was top notch! My car was fixed and their work exceeded my expectations. Not only did they handle everything 100% but also exhibited kindness during a stressful time with my car. You don’t always find someone like Traci who understands your service needs and truly makes the whole experience a lot easier! I would not hesitate to return to this particular dealership for my future needs for my FIAT. In fact, we have some other things in the works for my car and I TRUST in them. So, thank you very much!
Incredibly poor service. I obtained my Alfa Romeo Giulia in another city but then had to move because of my job. I was initially planning on upgrading to and purchasing the Quadrifoglio model after my lease was up from this dealership (since I live in Cleveland now). Unfortunately the car has had a lot of kinks to work out and Ive had the car in multiple times in the last 2 years. This I would have been able to look past. However, I have not been very impressed with the service and the way that I am treated there. I have continued to be loyal hoping that things would improve or my poor service experiences were anomalies. At this point (after 2 years and many times of having to take the car in), I have been told that I will no longer be given a loaner car during their service and that I can sit in the lobby for hours or pay for a rental. According to service, this is the policy from the general manager. Not in 2 years of taking my car there was I told this is a policy. I am disgusted that as a luxury car owner, I am not given the same services as other luxury car owners like BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, Tesla, Maserati, etc despite spending similar (or more) money for a similar car. Even Acura, Lexus, and Subaru customers have service models like this and seem to care about customer retention. Clearly the fact that I 1) spent a lot of money on the Alfa brand and 2) was planning on staying with the brand doesnt matter to this store. I literally went from planning the next Alfa I would buy, to deciding to completely leave the brand based on the awful service of this dealership. This is merely the last straw for me. I will take my $100,000 that I have to spend on a car elsewhere. There have been so many instances where my concerns have been written off, not fixed for whatever reason, or my lease warranty wasnt acknowledged and I was asked to pay for services that I had to point out were covered.Doug in sales is very nice. He has been the only one who consistently shows interest in me as a potential future customer. He also is the one who usually answers the phone when you try to call service because they rarely ever answer when called.

Having visited the service department now 11 times for the same problem over the past 11 months and having worked through the first pair of manager/assistant managers who were ultimately terminated and now with the new team, the problems with my 2018 Giulia continue. While I will give Traci recognition for trying to do the right thing and for trying to bring the service department up to a level that is appropriate for this caliber of automobile, the overall experience is still beyond disappointing. In addition to 11 failed attempts to repair my vehicle, it has been out of service for 136 days (that is not a typo - 136 days!) and driven a total of 892 miles (also not a typo) by service technicians in their attempts to resolve this problem, which have all been unsuccessful. Add to this, body damage that was done to my vehicle causing it to need to be repainted and the fact that on one of the earlier service visits I had been told that all recalls were done, including one involving a major safety recall on the cruise control. It was later discovered that they had not been done despite the vehicle having been returned to me. Even after countless conversations with the Alfa Romeo Customer Care team and supposed involvement by a field rep from Michigan, Rachel, who, at one point was supposed to meet me in person for an appointment to discuss my on-going problems but never showed up, as of today, June 13, 2019, my vehicle is still not repaired and I continue to get a list of excuses and little actual assistance. Not only would I find it hard to recommend the Ganley dealership, as a car enthusiast, I also find it near impossible to recommend a Giulia. Yes, it is crazy fun to drive and gorgeous to look at but so unreliable with a terrible customer service support system behind it that I fear I have made the worst purchase of the 23 vehicles I have owned over the course of my days behind the wheel. So disappointing!
While it was my intent to let the continued poor customer service that I encountered following my last review go unmentioned, given the fact that I received a call today from a representative from the dealership asking about my recent service visit, it is clear that the lack of communication and organization at Ganley Alfa Romeo of Bedford has not improved.It was evident that the representative had not been made aware that, depsite multiple messages that I had received from members of both the sales and service teams at the dealership, indicating they would assist through what was ultimatley a replacement vehicle process due to the inabilty to resolve the problem with my original vehicle, the General Manager, Major Harrison, sent an e-mail to me at the end of last month stating that he was removing his dealership and his team from the process and would not further assist in finding a replacement vehicle. Shocked by this message from an individual with whom I had never spoken during the 11 months that my car was in for service, and who, himself, has done testimonial videos on how to better meet customers needs, I further learned in a follow up e-mail of his displeasure over my initial review. Despite my suggestion that he contact me to discuss the matter over the phone, he did not and simply indicated that I should take all future business elsewhere.Having done just that and now happily a little over a week in with my new replacement vehicle which the Ganley Alfa Romeo of Bedford service department will, by their own request, not service in the future, to have recieved a call from them today asking about my service experience was nothing less than laughable.As had been indicated to me in one of my earlier conversations with Service Manager, Dan Banas, when he called following my initial review, they are concerned by the negative comments. It is certainly not my goal to flood this site with ongoing single star ratings, though I am not overly concerned that this second posting is skewing the overall rating by much, as one of the earlier 5 star posts is from Dan himself.As I put behind me what was nearly a year of dealing with this situation, I do hope that the dealership can continue to provide the great level of sales and service that it would seem it is capable of doing as is evidenced by some of the other reviews on this site. For those of us who have experienced them at their worst, I can only hope that, for the sake of the Alfa Romeo brand as a whole, they can learn from their failures and that future customers will not receive the same treatment.
