My wife and I were in need of an upgrade and had our sights set on a Ford Escape listed here. Called Wednesday, and drove away with it Thursday. Our salesman Edward was very professional and helpful getting to know the suv. Morris made the financial process low pressure and fun. Was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We hope to come back the next time we need to make another purchase!

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda 6 2016. Everything went great and the salesman John was knowledgeable and helpful. It has been four months since my purchase and both sets of brakes, rotors are already bad as well as bad front end struts and peeling on the rims. I would not recommend this place simply off of deceit. When they say everything was checked and up to standards, theyre not telling the truth.
Robert in the parts department is awesome!!!He helped my get the right part and added a little extra just to make sure it worked. If the other departments are as thorough as Robert it will be awesome. Ill go back and try their service.
I live in Nashville, TN and have been looking for a used CX-5 in great condition (and for a great price!) for months. After giving up on finding something locally, I broadened my search and found what I was looking for at Mazda of Bedford. Booked a flight from Nashville in the morning, closed the transaction in the afternoon, and drove the car home. I cant speak highly enough of my experience with this dealership. I had a unique situation. I had two lemons, and while going trough lemon law process with my last car, I went to 2 other Mazda dealerships, stopped here making it a 3rd one. Told the GM “I want to look at these two cars” and he said “I’d love to make you a great deal”. He set me up with Edward (Teddy) Ross. I told him everything I wanted in the car. He pulled up the options, asked me if I was leasing or buying and then gave me pricing. Everything was spot on and where I wanted it. Teddy was a great person to deal with, given the circumstances with my car that was going through the lemon law process. He had great communication with me and answered all of my questions. When I was finally able to pick my car up, he sent me a picture that it was being taken into detail and final updates! I can’t express how happy I can with my car. Teddy was awesome, as well as the GM, Scott. When I got to the dealership, the car was sitting in the back being cooled off. I feel like I’ve never been treated as good as I was at this dealership. When all was said and done, Teddy sat with me in the car, went over everything and made sure I was comfortable and happy! The best thing was that it was a pressure free car buying experience. The other two dealerships I went to wanted me to drive away THAT DAY with the car, even though I couldn’t; Teddy didn’t put any pressure on me about buying that day. He was such a great person to work with, and I’ll probably be back in 3 years when the lease is up.

I had a car as a down payment as well as putting down extra money with it but I was lied to and ripped off and actually ended up paying them extra without knowing. My car was only $25,563 but I was told it was 27,365 I know this because they forgot the paper in the car which wasn’t supposed to be there anyways because they made me wait and extra 2 hours claiming that the car was being detailed which also was a lie! The car was not detailed at all had dirty foot prints on the driver Car mat a few crumbs and as I said the paper with the actual sale price was in there had they detailed it they would have knew. Wasted my time as well as stole my money ! Then went on to say that my plates were transferred in my name and I got pulled over twice they thought I stole the car… I called about the problem they said they would handle it and call back no one ever called back!

Leased my first Mazda last week. Cant say enough good things about my sales person, John Terdik. He was very knowledgeable about the different features in the different models. He didnt try to sell me what I didnt need or want. He very patiently answered all of my questions. When I went to pick up the car the following day, he made sure I was aware of all the features on the car and how to access them. As car negotiating experiences go, this one was one of the best. I purchased a car from Mazda of Bedford for my mother. I let them know that I had a bad experience with another dealership and they assured me that all would be well. I paid cash for this brand new car. I requested that they deliever the car to my mother with a bow--which they agreed to do. The car showed up dirty, with no bow. When my aunt asked the salesperson why the car looked that way and where the bow was, she was clueless.She then went to get the car washed, but called my mother back to say that she didnt have any money to get the car washed. HUH??? This is the most unprofessional thing Ive heard. I called the manager who asked me, what would you like me to do? I wouldve liked you not to take my money and then deliver my mother a dirty car with no bow completely ruining the moment for us!I do not buy cars and pay cash everyday. I was proud to be able to do this for my mother and the dealerships unprofessional behavior ruined this moment for us. I would be very careful before choosing this dealership.Im extremely disappointed.

I brought my son in to buy his first vehicle and I wanted to make sure that he understood the process of applying for a loan and the responsibility of owning a car. The sales consultant that walked up to us was truly a blessing from start to finish....Mr. Sean Hardnick. I have bought quite a few cars in my lifetime but this place is truly a treasure. They not only moved their location but they have up d their game as it pertains to customer service. This place is on the level of the times past when you went into a business and the sales person really believed in the brand that they represented. This man took the time to explain literally everything about what Mazda had to offer and didnt pressure my son into buying anything. He listened, took notes and educated. Thank you sir! I purchased my vehicle in September of 2020.. the entertainment center would continuously turn on and off when I started my vehicle.. I am a nurse who works directly with covid patients... I called and explained the issue a week after my purchase and they stated they would fix the issue no problem after I was fully vaccinated.. Today I went in and they said it’ll be $400! Just to update and get a new SD card. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed.
This was my first car purchase in over 30 years due to other cars available for my use. My Sales Associate, John Terdik was amazing! He took so much time with me to explain the car, about Mazda overall, pricing and more. When I picked up my new CX-9, he went over every feature on the car to ensure I was comfortable driving in home. I also received a follow-up call from John a couple of days later to ensure all was good with the car. The Manager, Scott, was also great and worked with us on the price overall. As with car dealership, we will prepared for a pushy sell from the finance dept. On the contrary, the Finance person was very helpful and went over our options. Mazda Bedford made my car purchase very pleasant.

Went in for a recall, came out needing an oil change (accurate) and new brakes because “the back tire is seizing and the brake pad clips are on the wrong way.” After getting another opinion I’m SO happy I didn’t get scammed out of $100+ because my brakes were in PERFECT. CONDITION. They were replaced not even a month ago and they were, in fact, done correctly. DONT waste your time with people who want to take advantage of you at Mazda of Bedford!! Go to Cascade in streetsboro instead.
I’ve always been treated very well at Mazda Bedford. I just had my 2020 Mazda CX5 service. I was greeted by Milo in the service center. He explain everything they was going to do. He answered all my question and concerns. While I was waiting Sean Hardnick came over to see if I needed anything. I was told that it was water, coffee and tea available if I like something to drink. I bought a vehicle previously from this dealership.I came back to buy again.This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life! I filled out all of the paperwork and I was to be contacted the next day by RAY CIESLAK, No Phone Call, I called and spoke to MORRIS BROWN in finance, he said he would call back real soon, never did,and when I called back later, he said he was too busy and was the only one working! Yeah, right, Ill spend my money elsewhere! I will contact your Corporate office also. BUYER BEWARE!
Visited the dealer to test drive the MX5 (spectacular drive btw) Lost my phone during the test drive...my sales guy Tyler Phelps went out of his way even though the dealership had closed, to get my phone back to me. Everyone we spoke to at the dealership was great, but Tyler was super..went over all the great aspects of the mx5 and made us feel right at home. Not pushy and over bearing as many sales people tend to be. Wonderful visit and we will be back!
Yesterday my husband and I bought a Mazda Miata Mazda of Bedford. Our sales guy was Nick Corrado. It was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. I hate buying cars ... but this was painless. Nick was very professional, knowledgable and patient. His manager Jeff was great and the General Manager Scott Newman was very personable.No hassels or pressures. Business manager (Ron?) was no pressure and easy also. I would highly recommend Mazda of Bedford. It is a beautiful facility and the staff was fantastic.

Finance manager wont even take the time to research a lease end issue I am experiencing with them. I was promised a call back and did not receive one. After reaching back out to them directly, they are unwilling to research my issue. Poor post-lease customer service.
I contacted Mazda of Bedford online and got in touch with Nick Corrado about a used Miata. Nick is the last of a dying breed. He went above and beyond to make sure I was on the right vehicle and even bought me a butterfingers when my blood sugar was getting low due to my diabetes. It’s the little things that Nick paid attention to that really impressed me. I was very impressed with the staff’s professionalism. I look forward to seeing Mr. Corrado in the fall for an AWD SUV!
It has taken me 5 years to write this review but let me simply state that I took a FLIGHT from Montreal Canada to Ohio in order to purchase a 2009 Mazda 6 that I found online on their site. The experience was fantastic end to end and 5 years later I am still super happy with my purchase and can remember the experience favorably. Do not hesitate to do business with these wonderful people. I still proudly display the Mazda of Bedford front plate on my car even though no one in Montreal has any idea who they are lol. They are that great. Zoom zoom!!!!

Excellent dealership. Recently purchased a Mazda 6 grand touring on Saturday 1.4.20. The purchase was completely online since I lived 2 hours away from Bedford. The sales team had made this purchase so comfortable, from appraising my car (estimate) over the phone, completing the financing, and having everything lined up for pick up. Edward and Tyler at the dealership had made the process so easy by always being available to answer the million questions I had and always following up even with my hectic work schedule. Ed (my personal rep) was very comforting when first coming into Mazda. He acted very professional and had everything completed prior to pick up. The dealership really treats you like family and has your best interest at heart. I have been car shopping for over 3 months and can say Mazda of Bedford acted in the most timely and professional manner compared to the other dealerships I had dealt with. Mazda of Bedford also works together as a team and does not hound you just to get a sale and this is why the dealership will be around for a very long time. Car buying experience was great. However, a certain sales associate was not attentive, forgetful and was misinforming. Bill Anton was him. When buying please try to choose another sales men. Hes going to water down such a feat atmosphere and moment for you!
Well I know used sales are as is, but not declaring that when it rains, there will be major leaks. Found that out today with all the rain. Sunroof and passenger floor soaks inside my 2008 hummer. Mazda had truck for 2 months, someone had to know.
This was my first time at Mazda of Bedford. Everyone was so courteous and friendly. The service was impeccable. They are not pushy and try to sell you services you do not need. Their inspection process goes over the entire vehicle. That gives you peace of mind. I will certainly be returning to Mazda of Bedford for all my vehicle needs.

I have bought many cars over my more than 40 years of buying and can say I have NEVER had a really good experience. That all changed when I recently leased a new Mazda CX5 from Mazda of Bedford. From my first internet contact with Jazmine, who provided the best deal UP FRONT (not after much negotiating and haggling!); to my test drive with Mike Kertis, who was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle and earned the sale; to the personal attention given regarding my sale from Sales Manager, Scott Newman. I really felt like Mike and Scott cared about making me comfortable, answering all of my questions and making sure I enjoyed my whole experience...even to the end when I drove my car away! And the final icing on the cake was a phone call I received from Mike 5 days later to ask if I was enjoying the car and had any questions! Who does that? Due to COVID I spent a week on line, texts and phone calls making arrangements to purchase a new car. During the week I supplied my vin number and I had purchased my existing Mazda from THEM. When I finally received my financing numbers in person (they would not tell me anything over the phone) they told me my Mazda was an older version of the 2016 than they were expecting and therefore could not give me as much trade in. SCAM - you may want to try a different Mazda dealer.

The dealership is moving soon to a newer, more modern facility which is greatly needed. The service is fine although efficiency at the front desk could be a bit better which would make for shorter visit. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Looking forward to the new location.

I have been going here to buy and service cars for over 15 years. Staff is friendly and service is quick. They explain car problems and don’t push what isn’t needed. On my most recent trip they took extra time to determine why my entire phone contact list was not loading on the car which involved a software upgrade and some other tweaks. Afterwards, they went to my car with me to show me what to do in case it ever happened again. Service area and waiting room are clean and they offer a snack bag, water, coffee etc.
They have a friendly staff. The process was quick. I was never ever pressured by anyone. Great experience! I look forward to having my car serviced by them.

Internet sales communication was amazing. Usually less than 30 minutes to respond to most questions. When I was switched to the sales associate, he knew exactly what was going on (which is NOT typical) with my transaction and was very quick to help and finalize my numbers. I came from Pittsburgh and they went the extra mile to give me an accurate estimate of the “out the door” cost before I agreed to visit the store. The vehicle that I purchased was used, and in very good condition. Well detailed by the dealership. Finance department was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy to sell me upgrades and warranties. I had a wonderful experience at Mazda of Bedford, and because of my previous experiences with their dealerships, it was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Good. Things were little goofy with the transaction...not given some flash drive by the financial guy that my sales person said I was supposed to get. I was told car I was purchasing had to be located but still needed to come in 2 days later to do paperwork..which I did but my trade in was taken at that time. Did not know that until I got there. Fabulous sales person, delivered car to my house. Extras were not on the car so that still has to be done.

I purchased my Mazda CX-3 (which I love) one year ago today from Mazda of Bedford. While it was not a catastrophic experience, I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealer. Heres why:1) I dont believe the dealership has a lot of experience selling to young adults/new grads. I came into the dealership to test drive a car and made it abundantly clear that as a soon-to-be graduate with proof of employment I had no money to put down and a requirement of 90-day deferral to my first payment. I was assured this would be the case, so I purchased my beloved car that day. 2 weeks later I received a call that Mazda has a 45 day minimum deferral period, and that I would have to make it work to expedite my payments. Had I known this, I would have just waited 45 days to purchase the car. I was very disappointed with the teams lack of knowledge about this policy and this news caused quite a bit of stress in my life. Luckily, I made it work with a well-timed tax return and some familial generosity with no assistance from the dealership whatsoever (despite multiple calls to them on my part)2) I was especially frustrated with the above because, additionally, my salesman neglected to put my 45-day tags on my car. I couldnt drive my brand new car the first weekend I had it until he came to put them on 48 hours later, delaying my trip back to school after the Easter holiday.That said, the service center and the folks within it are wonderful. The sales staff was perfectly nice and generally helpful and the few hours in the dealership were smooth and comfortable all things considered.For the typical car purchase, this is probably a fine dealership, but for anyone young or with extenuating circumstances I would recommend going somewhere where the staff pays a little more attention to detail and does a more thorough examination of your needs and their ability to meet them.

My experience with the sales staff was great. The sales manager, Patrick, and the salesman, Teddy, were easy to work with, and made the whole process easy. While the signing had a few glitches, they made quick fixes.Then, the service department manager came out to explain how his department worked. I would highly recommend.
Kevin was so helpful and friendly. I felt like I could trust him and that he was looking out for my best interest, not merely a sale. He listened well to what I needed and helped me find the perfect fit. Everyone I met was enthusiastic about Mazdas and well informed. From Kevin, to Morris in financing and everyone I met in between, each person worked to make me comfortable and provide the best possible service. Weve taken cars there to be serviced before and were impressed. Im so glad I went back to purchase a vehicle from Mazda of Bedford! Got my car in on time for service for a recall. They completed the work quickly with no issues.Mentioned a separate on again-off again issue with the cars digital information screen. They believed a software upgrade would fix the problem. I agreed to the update, but the problem is still there.
My salesperson was so great! Ed Ross didnt pressure me to buy my vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe for me to drive. Other dealers made me feel like an idiot because i didnt have a lot of money to spend ona car. Ed showed me the vehicles in my price range and was very helpful. If i ever need a car again i would definitely go back there and i would recommend them to my friends.
People are friendly and efficient. Biggest complaint(s) are not even service related, except the waiting room is cramped and they must be one of the last service garages left where you dont pull you car in, but leave it outside for the technician to go find!
They were courteous and patient. The manager plays hardball but was able to get the money right. This is the second car I bought from Mazda of Bedford. Close to home and not part of a large company.
From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted and I felt important. Sean is a great salesman, manger and nice person, and also Mr Brown, he is great at what he does too everyone there seems to like their job. Thomas Powell has wprked on my Saab for years and has done outstanding work as he always exceeded my expectations and greeted me courteously after each repair explaining what service was performed. I put over 100,000 miles on my Saab before the engine blew, but it had 136,000 on it at purchase. I dont know what service was performed prior to me owning my vehicle, but Tom certainly made sure that my car was well taken care of once I owned it. I would highly recommend him to anyone, THANKS TOM!
I bought my second Mazda based on the reliability of the brand and the service provided by Mazda of Bedford on my first. It was the longest Ive ever kept a car and the highest mileage Id ever put on one. Always friendly and courteous and willing to accommodate at reasonable prices.
Great service, very professional, from the minute you walk in Ed ROSS, And Morris Brown very knowledgeable and they work with you to find something you can afford and comfortable with your payments, the establishment has 2 different certified inspections done on their used cars, and a very interesting peace of mind decision making factor was that one of the partners of the establishment is one of the mechanics What a Great testimony to this Company I am so over joyed with my purchase would highly recommend
So grateful for the staff at the service department. They always tell me what must be fixed and what can safely wait. They make me feel like they care about my safety and my wallet. Not always an easy balance.
Horrible communication, bait and switch. I contacted Alyssa about a specific car on Saturday and she said it was available and we made an appointment for Monday to see it. On Monday, I changed the appointment to earlier in the day - confirming the car I was looking at in my email - and she agrees. I get there for my test drive only to find out 15 minutes and 3 people later that it was sold on Saturday. They had nothing in the price range or the make I wanted other than the one that sold (if it actually existed) after she said she did have other options. AND, its still listed in their online inventory! A little communication goes a long way, folks. Absolutely awful customer service, but it is a nicely built facility if you like modern architecture.
They have the best online pricing of five dealerships. Staff is very friendly and willing to work with you. We were able to get the price we wanted for our trade-in. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to explain things on the car.
Our salesman was laid back and did not pressure us. Showed us great options (mostly) within our budget. Ended up picking a car listed for more than we were spending but they got it lowered to the right amount for us. We also noticed a small chip in the window on our second time in the car. We called the dealership and they took care of it for free. My husband and I have had our car for about a month and are happy with our experiences at this dealership so far.

I appreciate the excellent service on my CX7. Friendly up front and mindful in the shop. The alignment helped with my winter tire handling issue. Extra points for catching the real issue with my door lock. I think they even made my fob operate better!
