Allen was the best. He helped me inspect a car before I purchased it and he was super professional, timely, and courteous. Even though he was short staff, he was still very accommodating. I highly recommend paying him a visit!!

Overall he had a nasty attitude when I wanted to just know what was wrong with my car. I asked questions and he would have a whole attitude. Why work at a car place if you gone constantly get a nasty attitude when somebody just wants to know what’s wrong with they car. Told me one car piece was bad when it was totally brand new. I will never come here again, if I could give it 0 stars I would.

Allen is the owner of this auto repair shop, he is ASE certified and does excellent work and has numerous years experience repairing all makes and models of cars and trucks and SUVs. He runs a small business care repair shop in the area, and his customers span the entire Northeast Ohio region too. He explains all the repairs that need done in a non-technical manner, and sets the tone for when the repairs will be done as well. He is up front and does honest, affordable work. We have huge respect for this man, for his small business car repair shop. We use him on a regular basis.

Please never Go! He quoted me one price and when I went to pick up my car he jumped almost $60, talked to me twice before he was finished, never mentioned price change once. Then he got a attitude when I asked why did the price go up.
