Cant trust there service department. Chad is your best bet there or take it somewhere else. Other mechanics lie on doing test and say your good to go. 501.00 just to still have the same issues you took it in for. Update...service department is total cons... Chad told me to let him check it out. After a ac check 4days before and told all good cant find anything now my ac is 1lbs low. Now doesnt even work at all. But for another 200 they could run more tests. Stay way from this place!! Run Run... go to the backyard mechanic youll get bet service and a better price!

We had a great experience at Hobson. Due to low inventory of Jeep Wranglers and to find exactly what we wanted, we drove two hours to buy the Jeep. It was worth the drive. The staff was great. They were all very kind and helpful. We worked with Sam and Denise. They were great. Sam took the time to example everything about our new Jeep. We love our Jeep.

Always come here for oil changes and service work. I have zero issues and even when busy they have usually worked me into the schedule. This review is based solely on the service department and is not indicative of the sales department which would be a different score entirely.

We went early to look at vehicles before the dealership opened at 9 am. At 8:50, a young man with a mullet came out to greet us. What a great salesman and all-around good person Adam Couch is! He helped us purchase a new Ram 1500 and a great used vehicle also. Dennis, the finance person, was pleasant to work with, and its always wonderful to see Ron Hamilton, whom we have known since his days at Bedford Ford.To illustrate just how impressed we were by Adam, let me say that we dealt with the one and only Rick Sparks for at least the past 10 years. We werent sure what our buying experience would be like with someone other than Rick. Adam is now our go-to salesman. :)

I changed the wiring sliding door harness, and it seems the mechanic broke the scuff plate while doing that. When I confront him, he got mad and said, we will replace it for you, but we will not work on your car anymore. I was scheduled to bring the van back t to continue working on it and fix the problem. Now I have to take it somewhere else.

The service part was great and who could help but love Rita. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the wash. My jeep looked like it hadnt been rinsed and there was a puddle of water on the mat on the drivers side. Also they need to remove their trash. I think the paper mat was just to hide the puddle. There were no footprints on it.

Decent selection, Inventory pricing seems fair, good about giving rebates, They will however try and steal your trade in... only advice Id offer is know your vehicles worth before dealing with this place, 2 times Ive attempted to deal here they are 3000 below blue book value on both vehicles.

Never again will i goto this dealership as they have screwed me twice. Once took a test drive in a used truck came back wanting it and the new owner was standing there as i pulled in ( awkward situation) and then recently went in and they drove my credit into the ground!! Absolutely worst car lot!!

The Bedford Chrysler Dealership is an independent dealership. They have damaged my car and have taken no responsibility for gross negligence to my car. Therefore, I am asking for your help.Situation:I took my Chrysler Crossfire Limited Edition, (a collectible) to the BEDFORD Indiana CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP for its 100,000 mile check and a few minor repairs. I have a bumper to bumper lifetime warranty on this car.Bedford Chrysler had the car for a MONTH, yet did NO work on the vehicle. I was out of town during part of this time. Thus, I had no awareness of what was happening.Worse yet, they left the car sit outside In the rain for a MONTH. Bottom line; the car flooded causing major damage. The softcover needs to be replaced, and the entire car needs to be gutted to prevent further mold. It’s going to be a long process and who knows what will happen.I am devastated. We’ve finally turned it over to State Farm as the Sales Manager and owner At Bedford Chrysler dealership have avoided our calls. I just learned that State Farm doesn’t cover mold and rust damage. It is also likely they could total my beautiful car.Those of you who know me, are aware that this car is my baby and that’s it’s always been in impeccable shape. As a disabled woman (I’m deaf), I’ve even personalized my license plate as “DEAFGAL.”The Bedford Chrysler Dealership is an independent dealership. Simple oil change. Treated respectfully and done in good time.

Little disappointed in last oil and filter change. Have to make appointment for the quick lane. I have always bragged to others about getting a car wash after service. I didnt know nor was I told that the car wash is locked on Wednesdays. I guess Ill have to rethink where or when I get service in the future.

Worst car dealer Ive ever been to. Unless you are a local with an appointment dont bother stopping to have something looked at. Like the whole radio nav system. No one in the showroom and 1 other car in the 2 bays. No wonder the place is dead with unfriendly sorry I bothered you service. Wouldnt recommend this joint to anyone.
