I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH INCOMPETENCE & DISREGARD FOR MY TIME. I went in for a regular oil change/tire rotation and a New Back Passenger Side Tire....was done about 2.5 hours later. Later that evening I come out to see a totally flat tire...YES THE NEW TIRE THAT I JUST BOUGHT. There is something just not right about this....the tire is NOT on the rim correctly at all...WTH....Now Im up waiting on AAA until 1 AM. Of course I took it back to the Bedford Nissan, where I had to wait ANOTHER 2.5 for them to fixed what should have been done correctly the first time. I got a simple apology and sent out the door. No Compensation for my time AT ALL.....WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE AMERICAN CUSTOMER SERVICE I GREW-UP WITH....?????? ITS NOT AT BEDFORD NISSAN....ROLL THE DICE IF YOU WANT TO.
I have nothing but bad customer service on multiple occasions with this place. The service manager was rude, spoke over me, lied to me and made me wait 3 weeks just to tell me they couldn’t help me. I don’t feel I would have been treated this way had I been male. The service technician who worked on my car was very friendly and I appreciated him. But on multiple occasions the service manager was just so rude. All I was looking for was for someone to say they were sorry and there was a miscommunication. Instead the talking over me just infuriated me even more. Might I add the vehicle was under warranty and so I truly feel they were in no hurry to accommodate me as I was not technically a paying customer. Never again will I go here and I’ve been a Nissan customer for 10+ years

Execulant customer service, i was greeted as soon as I walked thru the door. Sheldon was wRm and welcoming. Car was repaired and I was on my way within a reasonable of time. Thank you Nissan service Department of Bedford

My car door was damaged on the drivers side and I called to report that it had to have occured while on the lot. I know that servalience cameras should be able to detect whos at fault. I will not give a rating at this time but I have nothing negative to say, I would like a response.
Youre treated like a star when theyre waiting for the sale to be finalize. After all the paperwork is signed I was treated as a Black man without good credit. This will be my last year with dealing with Nissan of Bedford.

I’ve made two appointments within the last two weeks and each time there was no record of me making one. On top of that nobody wanted to help when I got there. Terrible service.
