This is my FIRST and LAST time I will purchase a vehicle Online! I was looking for a white ATS Cadillac and it was not available in my area. I decided to purchase a vehicle online from North Coast Auto Mall of Bedford on 05/07/2021. At first, I was very pleased with how quickly they were able to help me with the online purchase. Bub (Michael McDougall) sent video of the car in interest with great details including inside and all sides outside the vehicle. Grace was the sales person that I worked with. She was very quick with providing information and getting everything processed. My problem did not come until I received the vehicle. When Bub provided video of the vehicle it was not cleaned. I asked Grace twice to confirm that the vehicle would be detailed prior to me receiving and was told that it would be. The vehicle was delivered within a week to my residence. First thing I noticed, the vehicle was not detailed. There was dust on the dash and steering column, floors needed vacuumed, found grocery lists from prior owner under the seat, and still had the expired oil change sticker on the corner of the window. There was dirt all over the car, even the tail pipes were black (which should be chrome if cleaned.) Before calling to discuss I wanted to make sure there were not other issues. When I turned the car on the “Check Engine Oil Soon” warning was on the dashboard. This was not shown in the videos I received. Of course, I thought that all dealerships serviced and inspected their used cars prior to selling them. But should have known the oil had not been changed as they did not even take the time to remove the sticker from the window reminding the last owner to change the oil. My vehicle comes with locked wheels. They failed to tell me that and when asked they did not have a key. Nor did they offer to replace the key for the locked tires. So, when I’m ready to get tires, or if I have a flat, I will have much more to go through.The BIGGEST problem I had was the fact the air compressor did not work. There was NO COLD AIR! Being the first time purchasing a car online, and the fact that the vehicle had less than 30k miles I did not even think to question the air not working!!!Before contacting the dealership, I already had an email from Bud stating that he found out the vehicle was shipped before it got detailed and if I would get it detailed and send him the receipt, he would reimburse me. I also had an email from Travis Burgess (Operations Manager) that needed more information from me to get the tags ordered. I replied to them both to let them know of my issues. They responded stating to get the oil change and the detail and I would be reimbursed. Then I scheduled for a local dealership to inspect the air compressor and it needed to be replaced. Luckily the car was still under the manufacturing warranty, so I didn’t lose money there. They suggested places to look for the key for the tires but did nothing more after that besides ignore all further questions about how to handle the missing key. I had the oil changed and the car detailed and sent the receipts to both Travis and Bud. I provided those receipts on 05/25/2021 and I have yet to receive a reimbursement. At this point I am not getting responses through email or getting calls back when I leave a voicemail. I also have not received my plates for my vehicle, and it is now 07/28/2021 (82 DAYS) and have already made two payment on the vehicle.

We bought my first car today. Daniel Boggs was very helpful throughout the whole process. We were interested in a Ford Fusion but there were none on the lot. He found one for us and had it here the next day. It is super clean and drives well. Daniel was very thorough and knowledgeable about the process.

This place is a joke. I have gone to see two cars there. Both times the car is online, on their website and Autotrader. They tell me when I get there that the car is unavailable, I can’t rest drive it and I cannot buy the car. That it needs to go through pre inspection first and there is nothing they can do.Why have the car online if it’s unavailable?Oh and the communication here is fantastic, i inquired online first for the second car to make sure it was available.. I had a worker there from the “IT” team messaging me telling me I was able to see and test drive it. But when I get there they tell me I can drive down the road and look at it (at their service dept.) but that’s all I can do. Can’t purchase it or test drive at the moment.So the “IT” team is about as good as their “marketing” team.Pretty sure this place owes me $40 at this point for wasting my time and my gas.

My guy Herbie hooked me up and made it his mission to provide me with the best service. He listened effectively and came through with what I wanted even after we came across a little bump in the road. I am recommending him and encourage people to ask for his services, Greatly appreciated.

I bought my first Vehicle from Northcoast Auto Mall Bedford in 2016. It was a VW.Jetta. I put 94000 miles on the car and not one issue.Before that my daughter and her husband bought cars from Bedford and no issues.The salesman I dealt with left, but then I had a chance to meet Gary Gerts a few weeks ago. I wanted a newer 2017 Jetta. Gary is easy to talk to and no high pressure. Although I wanted a 2017 he showed me a 2019 VW Jetta that has manual transmission. I fell in love with the car, it is extremely clean, the car fax report was perfect and the best was that it has 40,000 miles left on the manufacture warranty. Gary said manual transmissions are hard to sell. So thanks to Gary I got a great car for a great price that will last me a long time.See Gary Gerts at Northcoast Bedford and get into a nice car!!

Overcharged for a rebuilt title car. Paint chipping upon purchase. Pieces of the trim fell off not even a month after having the car & tracks on my sunroof are warped & of course it isn’t covered by a warranty. I hate yall

BUBJust got another car and the service was great, helpful and straight to the point! I was in and out in a timely manner. My salesman didn’t only help me get a car but we decided what was best for me.

Do not purchase any of the accessory products sold with the cars. The tire and dent products are worthless. The GAP Insurance is the only product worth having. I refinanced my car and was supposed to get refunded the prorated value.. It is a long protracted process and after three months and several hang up calls and calls to mailbox that was too full to take calls, I still dont have my money or any information as to what I am to receive. I have contacted the attorney generals office. I will say th sales person was a good one and I was pleased with my car.

Do NOT trust these people. They will do nothing but lie to you and do and/or tell you whatever they need to sell you an over priced car. I went to them because my mom recommended them and bought a car from them about 9 days ago. 4 days after the purchase the check engine light came on and ever since Ive been trying to get in contact with them to ask about the return policy but I never got an answer. They either hang up or say that the managers are busy and will call me back but they never do. Even when I went and told them what was wrong they couldnt do anything atm and just asked me to come back 2 weeks from now.

My first car buying experience in a few decades.Started a conversation about an Avalanche and 2 Darts I saw Monday on the website.Wednesday started talking financing made an appointment for Friday after a drs appointment and a trip to the bank.Friday started getting texts and phone calls at 10 from sales. Even a name to talk to when I walk in the door, I’m cool Mona my friend gave me the managers name.Walk in the door nobody knows why I’m there. Mona who? The manager walks up hands me off to someone I need to show where I found the vehicles on the website.He walks away returns 20 minutes later no Darts no Avalanche wasted my Friday.I don’t deal well when someone tries a bait and switch. Which I know they wanted to do.Why bring me in if you didn’t have what I came for?

Sad and very poor experience. North Coast has been advertising a specific Mini Cooper for sale for several weeks. I’ve called multiple times wanting to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle is in transit, nobody can tell me when the car will arrive and nobody will take $$ down to hold the car. I must remind anyone reading this or anyone working at the dealership … the dealership is advertising a car they don’t have, yet when I call to buy, the price of $23,693 clearly stated, (I am willing to wait for its arrival) they treat me as if I am doing something wrong, me, the cash paying customer, is doing something wrong, I am the problem. 🤔 North Coast is advertising the car … with the asking price, list of upgrades, list of features and carfax clearly stated on multiple car buying sites, but I am the problem? Several times when I’ve called they tried putting me through to a voice mail that is full. I’ve asked to speak to a General Manager, they won’t put me through. I’ve asked for Finance, they won’t put me through. I am trying to buy a car they have been advertising for sale for several weeks but I am the problem.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I set up a time for my son to test drive a car. I was sent a text prior to our arrival from Michele stating, Everything is set for your visit today @ 6:30pm. Please go directly to our guest service desk when you arrive. When we arrived, we were then told by a gentleman that the vehicle was not available to test drive because it was in the shop. He then told my son and husband that the original car we came to look at was not a good choice because the engines go bad in them. He did tell us that he had a newer vehicle which was $6000 more expensive that he would be happy to sell him. What a disgusting example of bait and switch! Needless to say, we did not and will not do business with North Coast Auto Mall and I warn all others who are considering it.
