So far the work seems good but giving 2 stars because the service was lacking. They told me my vehicle, which was towed there on Friday, would be done on Saturday. They also said they would call with an estimate. Not only did they not call with an estimate or update, they e-mailed me a form that needed an e-signature and I had no idea I was supposed to be looking for an e-mail. They had only said they would call, which never happened at all, even by the manager. I had to call in myself to get updates which made me feel like I was bothering them. My vehicle was not done on Saturday, which again, I should have been notified it wouldnt be done on time but wasnt. I ended up having to spend an extra $200 to keep a rental car over the weekend. I wouldnt have been as upset if they would have been communicating with me. I also have no idea why they did some of the work they did and charged me $1000 because absolutely nothing was explained, although I was so frustrated by the lack of communication I just told them to do the work. When I picked up my vehicle the radio said it needed a code entered and the guy told me to YouTube it. Im sorry but I just paid you $1000, you need to make sure everything is functioning as it was before. He did send the mechanic out to figure it out.

Called to get 2 back tires and was told that they couldn’t sell me 2 tires. I could only purchase a set of 4. I had my father call and he was assured that he could get the 2 tires I needed with no difficulty. Not sure if I was told different than my father because I was a female, but this experience was not ok!

Dennis was great. He showed my what was wrong with my car, unlike the shop I came from. There was a lot to do, but he broke it down for me. I did the brakes because thats important. The tires need done but he said before the fall. Im on SSI and budget every month. He understood and help me. Thank you for not taking advantage of a old guy. He also gave me a ride home and picked me up. I asked him to stop so I could get my prescription, and he did. He deserves a raise. Ive never meet a kind manager like that. He treated my wife and I like family.Thank you again Dennis.

After dropping my car off for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT at 10:30 on a Saturday morning, I picked my car up at closing time 6 pm to sincere apologies because THEY NEVER TOUCHED MY CAR!!

My experience was horrible. I had a appointment an March 27 @ 7:30am. I had scheduled my appointment over a week so there was no excuse for the miscommunication. I work 3rds so I wanted to be the first in, first out. I got there early, and the manager was setting up. At this point what was annoying is we seen each other. So Instead of till me they don’t open an till 8am, he just waited an till I had to call because the doors was locks. The manager Matt he told me, they didn’t open an till 8am and their mechanics don’t get till 8am but if I could wait 20 minutes I’ll be the first in. Then said something about how they have 4 8am appointments with only 2 mechanics. At this point all I heard was it was going to take 3 hours to do an oil change. I told him I was just going to go somewhere else for the inconvenience and just hung up on me.

Horrible, they tried to charge me for 4 tires when they didnt do anything but to 1 tire. The 1 tire was a used tire but they tried to charge me a little less than $1000 for some runflat tires that they didnt put on my car. I dont know if they tried this because I was a female or what but I work on cars too. Smh trying to get over on the little person.

Horrible...DO NOT GO HERE!!! Came in on Thursday with a spare on the passenger front and needed a new tire. While Im here I asked to top off my fluids and an oil change on my companies van. Came this morning at 7am to pick it up...they still had the spare on, the oil light was still on and my fluids werent topped off. Had to work so I needed my truck. Came back around 11am and dropped it off so they could correct the problem. Well came back now at 5:30pm...nothing was done and my key was missing. They found the key...but...they put the brand new tire ON THE SPARE nor did they did not know how to lower my spare. Great mechanics you have there NTB...will be calling corporate

I just left NTB literally five minutes before they close I was the last customer leaving out and the guy did not give me my change I’ve been calling and calling and calling no one answered the phone

I appreciated that when I received an estimate two days prior to the appointment I scheduled at the same time, they were able to work with me as far as finances and give me a payable final balance. But I did notice that after services were rendered, the price differed even though I had the paperwork of the final balance. No one said anything. They also said nothing about the length of service. Usually most places give updates throughout the service on what needs to be done. I then observed that it took 40 minutes for my car to be transferred to the work station. Then an hour passed while they were waiting for parts, which was odd because I was told when getting the estimate that it wouldn’t take long as parts were next door. When my keys were returned, they forgot to look at something I asked, so I had to give my keys back and wait some more. I appreciate the financial assistance, but service and communication was all over the place.

Went in for a new tires and brakes, the gentlemen at the counter was really chill and respectful, I dont remember his name, taller with reddish hair, also the mechanic who worked on my car, she was sweetheart, and efficient. I believe her name was Laura. I would most definitely reccomend her to my friends. Was cool to see her turning wrenches like the guys. Keep up the great work. (Hope she sees this!)

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. It took almost 2 hours for this previously scheduled work to be completed, and not all of it was done! The oil cap was not put back in place, so I had to buy a new one as well as 5 quarts of synthetic oil! Not to mention the clean up in my driveway and engine compartment! The tires were not rotated (I put tiny markers on my tires to verify this before arriving). The waiting area restrooms were atrocious - I was afraid to touch anything! And, when I watched my car leave the garage/work area, I waited almost 30 minutes to be checked out! DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

Good group of guys. Dakota is an intricate part of the company. Very knowledgeable on all the particulars in dealing with automotive repair. Would highly recommend their service to anyone who needs service. They have had a few staff changes over time, but this time, I believe that they got it right. Kudos!!!

Was there 3 months ago replaced 4 tires got the road hazard guarantee. Glad I did picked up a nail last night tire didnt go flat right away. Got it back to their shop repaired in 35 minutes. No charge. Well I had already paid for it but. That was right on time. Did a great job in and out quickly.

Slow, expensive, & filthy. The waiting area has ripped chairs and stains everywhere. The restroom is a disaster. The service was super slow. Took me all afternoon to have one tire changed. Was told peice would be 51 over the phone BUT WAIT! THERES MORE! Another 35 bucks on top of that. Avoid going here.

Not happy with this place at all. Went in for front brakes and rotors because my car was making a noise, I was starting to see brake dust, and I could just tell it was time. I also suggested to the gentleman that helped me that I thought I may need tires as well. He disagreed with me and I was quite pleased I wouldnt have to spend extra money. Although the service department was helpful, I dont know how competent they actually are. I have to say that they finished the job quickly, even without an appointment. However, when the job was finished they called me and let me know that my car was still making a noise and they believe it could be my tires. Considering this is national tire and battery you would think they would be aware of a problem with my tires! The gentleman helping me told me that if I could live with the noise it wouldnt be a problem. My car actually sounds worse now than it did when I brought it in. I will definitely not be bringing my car back there since I have absolutely no trust in their abilities. It is just seriously frustrating that I spent $700 and the noise is worse, and now theyre telling me that the problem is something I suggested when I got there, but they assured me that the tires were fine. Never again, not a lesson a need to learn twice!!

I had a wonderful experience here my car was fixed fast with no problems I dealt with a man named Codi and I will deffiently be back because of how great of a worker he was and how efficiently he fixed my car.

Made 2 appointments for the same problem on two different occasions, both times I had to wait 60-90 extra minutes over my appointment time for my car to be seen, my car was never seen because I had other outside obligations and I couldnt stay and wait that long. Well I guess third times a charm because I finally was able to get ONE tire put on at the actual appt time. But seriously.......always too busy, if theyre going to make appointments they should see people at that time that was scheduled....

It was good but took longer than expected even in the middle of the day. I understand they try to accomodate all customers, but I came in just for a flat tire check. I ended up needing a new tire, which they had but it took the tech minutes to get started. They always take care of me but if youre in a rush you might want to reconsider waiting until you have nothing else to do at that time.

The service was great, the job was done in no time. Rest room and waiting area was clean. Their attitudes I will give a 8.

General manager seems to lack the prerequisite people skills for a person in his position. Apparently they also let just anyone answer the phone. I went in on the premise that they were not busy to have work done only to be told that I should reschedule for the following week. The work was an oil change and tire rotation, which I could’ve done myself in an hour. This location makes the company look bad as a whole.

Just another place that tries to get as much money out of you as they can. My valve stems barely lasted 8 months. I wouldnt recommend

Technician wasn’t upfront that it would be 8hrs (9-5) to change 2 tires + wheel alignment even with an early morning appointment. Had to cancel or reschedule a whole day of plans but the work seems fine.

I think that overall the actual service was fine, just the coordination of receiving a specific part for my car was a little inconvenient for me. I think that the team needs to do a better job communicating to each other. However, overall I had a good experience, I like to be in and out of a car repair shop which is why I go to NTB and when the part was in, I was out in less than a hour.

Called these guys on Friday evening for a replacement tire. They recommended I schedule an appointment for Saturday afternoon for faster service. Now telling me I have to wait 7 hours to get my car. Worse service ever!!! Dont use these bozos unless youre REALLY DESPERATE!!!

Tech left dirty oil stains in my car.Once again very disappointed in this location. After the previous bad experience being given my car back with dirty fingerprints on light interior, this location has again let me down. I scheduled a simple alignment appointment for 2 pm, on Saturday of which I was about 15 minutes early for. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk, after waiting 5 minutes, I called the location and asked if someone would come out to help me. Kyle took my information for my 2 PM, appointment. I asked him approximately what time hed have my vehicle completed and he gave me a ballpark of 3:30 PM (I asked because I had an appointment to meet my sons fiancees parents at 5:30, hence the appointment). At 3:46 PM, (just pulling my car in at 3:46 pm, hmmm) I receive a call from Kyle who stating that he could not pull my vehicle in because he forgot to grab my keys, so I rushed their to give them my keys hoping that they could complete my vehicle in a timely manner. Well 2 hours later (5:30 PM) I get a call that my vehicle was ready. Keep in mind Im already late for my meeting with my sons fiancees parents (horrible first impression). I will never do business with this location again. I truly hope someone reads this and addresses the services issues at this location because NTB will continue to lose loyal customers like myself with this type of service.

Went in for a oil change. They drained my transmission fluid and end up costing me $200 extra dollars to correct the issue.

Didnt go in. Only pulled in their lot to make a call. However, when I was there last yr, they were decent, but lit high.

I bring my Nissan to this location if it needs services. Before Steve came in I would never be seen at the appointment times or I’ll have to come bk and still not be seen in a timely manor. Steve did approve the timing and the professionalism at this location by a lot. Still needs work on timing. Only bring your car to this location if you have a whole day free. Chris is also great addition to this location as well. However I recommended NTB to my sister for her Jeep(she just brought it from drivetime and it needs work, different review) her appointment was at 3:00pm yesterday and her Jeep still hasn’t been seen 10:50am. Flu season and people called off. So not all they fault. But a phone call to let her know the current situation and to let her decide to wait or go thru with NTB would’ve been nice. I’m sure she didn’t want to be careless a whole day.

I was here before for a oil change and tire rotation. I was told I had a razor in my tire but no air was coming out so I said leave the tire alone. I was reluctant on returning because I could not understand how that razor got stuck in my tire. Why come today I cp.e in for the same service and the same guy calls me out and says the same thing. This time I pull the object out and no air was coming out. Please just finish so I can GO!!! I will not be coming back to NTB on Rockside.

Ever since there was a change in management I cant stand this place. I always have to wait forever to be checked in and to get my car serviced, even though I make an appointment. Im always being pressured to get their credit card when I tell them I dont have the money for the extra stuff they try to sell me. I shouldve left after my first experience with the new management, like my mother did. The straw that broke the camels back with them is the conversation I just had with someone on the phone. I called to get an estimate and the person was rude then hung up on me.

We took the car in a few months ago to get a tune up and the fluids changed,.we started hearing a noise after the tune up. we brought it back and were told the brakes needed changing. we did that. we still heard the noise. we took it to a ntb in greensburg PA. they were great and they noticed something something leaking. they also noted that there was rust due to the fluid leak on the rotors and they needed to be grinded. they showed us all the stuff. we had the work done. they cleaned up the leak. a week later we still heard the noise. we took it back to NTB and they figured it out. there was no radiator cap. This probably happened the firsttime we took it in and someone neglected to replace the cap. The car, a hondy crv, has to get fixed at a honda dealership as NTB does not replace. NTB is replacing the breaks again at no chargeThis NTB was great. Not sure where the breakdown was. i am assuming beachwood

I came here twice and both times it has taken a very long time to change 1 tire. The second time I dropped my car off so I wouldnt have to wait an hour and a half. I came back two and a half hours later only to find out they were just bringing it back. And of course look to see them pulling my car in after we had waited 10 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge us. This was when they informed us that they were just bringing it back, after which I still had to wait a ssn hour. Which makes me think they forgot about it until we showed up. They seem to have no clue what is going on ever. I am never coming back here.

I took my car here to get 4 new tires put on. i had to wait 2 hours for then just to pull my car in. once they changed all the tires and i went to pay, they started telling me i need new tie rods, my rim is cracked and wont hold air, and that they couldnt do a alignement because of the tie rods, but i paid for a alignement. so i went to my mechanic, he did my brakes and rotors and looked at my tie rods the tie rods are brand new. so how can you not do something i paid you to do?! and also ive yet to loose air in any of my tires. all they want is your money, they do not do the work you pay them for, they come up with a bunch of things wrong with you car which is not true. oh and this is the big one the guy who helped me admitted he was one drugs and that he doesnt kno why or how hes at work. i will never take my car back to this place ever again!!!!
