I had used this pharmacy in the past and they consistently forgot to refill medications. I stopped using them, but recently was prescribed a medical device my new pharmacy doesn’t have.My doctor prescribed an item in late Sept. I went a week later and they didn’t have it. They assured me I would get it the following week. Went again the following week and it was never ordered. Big story about how it wasn’t their fault that nothing was ordered. They sent me to Merrimack with assurance the item I needed was there…it wasn’t. So I ordered it again…last Saturday with assurance it would be in on Monday. I allowed extra time as I was away…and showed up to pick it up. They didn’t have it, it wasn’t ordered again! So today 10/31 they sent me to Milford since they definitely had the item. Drive out there. They didn’t have it. Went back to Bedford where they tried to spin this to being my fault. (They don’t have my phone number and tried to indicate if they had it they could have warned me…they literally sent me from point A to B…in what case would they have needed to call? You have a prescription…I expect it to be filled. Don’t have me drive all over NH to hope someone else has it. First 3 visits I was very nice and calm. Today they took issue because I was mad. It should not take an entire month to get a medically necessary item.I am sure because it is not covered, they don’t want to order it. However, it is my decision to pay…not theirs to make medical decisions for me.
Caren (Shift Supervisor?) is a grudge-holding person who is obnoxious and needs to find a job that will help her understand what the customer is always right means. Two summers ago, I came into the Bedford store to pick up a prescription. I had to take my 15 lb dog with me into the store because it was 98 degrees that day. I never let him roam, I held him on my arm the whole time I was there. Caren decided to harass me then about bringing a dog into the store, She didnt care about the hot weather. Fast forward to Today: She decided, on her own, that I was to be banned from the store because of a disagreement I had with an inept pharmacy tech. Caren had no problem with speaking loudly so that everyone in the store can hear her proclaim we need to ban him from the store from now on. Caren held a grudge for 2 years, because I disagreed with her about leaving my dog in a hot car. Today she decided to enact her own vendetta against me. Hopefully they will terminate her. I think the economy is good enough for Caren to find a new job, one where maybe she can learn not to treat loyal customers with such disdain.
Tracy from the beauty department is such a gem and so helpful! She made our day
Thanks for helping me reach my ice cream Alex

This Walgreens is much nicer than the Rite Aid in West Manchester! This store is clean, well-organized, well-stocked, and the employees are friendly, helpful, and wear masks.
Ive been coming here for years, and I hate to leave a bad review but my experience was unacceptable. I came to the register and a woman was called for backup. She came up with no greeting and ignored my attempts at pleasantries. She then proceeded to bag half of my items, ripping two bags as she went, and then walked away as another newer cashier arrived openly complaining about various aspects of the job before saying she was going home and walking away.I was left to attempt to bag up the rest of my items myself, fumbling with them as the newer cashier informed me that they just shrunk their bag sizes. I give this two stars because the newer cashier did try to find me a bigger bag as I dropped my items out of the ripped bags I was given and had to rebag them from the floor.
Went in to pick up prescription. Was told 25 min wait time and had to pick up at drive thru. Went back to car. Life partner went in to use bathroom 2 min later and heard my name over the speaker system. Went back in and paid at the counter. Coordination would help between employees in pharmacy dept
Buyers beware. Know your insurance plan and what you are responsible to pay. This pharmacy does a lousy job contacting insurance companies and tries to get you to pay more then you are required. Cadillac insurance company and they tried to say I owed them $500.00 for a prescription I only had to pay $3.00 copay. Called insurance company only to be told Walgreens never submitted request for coverage. Then then next 2 months same thing. Told employee to call it in surprise, $3.00. beware of these idiots
Great employees & always want to help you find what you are looking for.
Very friendly employees. Extremely helpful.
