Joshua the young man that worked with us was wonderful. 3 of us were getting new phones all at the same time getting added to our son in laws plan. Joshua was so patient with us and it took several hours to switch over from our old phones and get all of our accessories. We are very glad we switched from Sprint/T-Mobile. We now have a plan where we have service wherever we go.

Its nice to see and hold the new phones and tablets. Im not sure if it is actually the best bargains. Sometime when I visit the store for account questions, they say I have to call the support line, but it is nice to hear them explain as best as they can.

Only one associate available to help, so the wait was fairly long. However, he was very courteous and effective at helping everyone.

Josh was amazing and awesome!!! I had a problem with my phone and he fixed it!!! I have had brain surgery and he was very patience with me. He didn’t finish my sentences are words when I talked! They are lucky to have him!!!!

Could not help me. They did not know how to get the apps.back on main screen. Did not know anything about a 50$ reward card. Said he never heard of it.

Theyll sell you the world but returns are a whole different story.

I went there because my phone broke I explained to the sales man my situation he adviced me with the wrong info . all wanted to do was make his commission very obvious. All I needed to do was remove my sim card from broken phone & place it in my old device- it worked . he assured me it would well Im in a rural area with no WiFi & the phone is working great . No spending needed !

Sad help today, interested in making sales with everyone with no customer service for anyone who needed it.
