Unfriendly staff and aggressive manager, they are not knowledgeable or informed about their phones. Prices are not on display but rather on a sheet that they carry around on low inventory. And, they tried to charge me a restocking fee on an exchange which should only be charged if phone components are missing.Manager kept addressing me while helping another customer and ignoring the person she was supposed to be helping. My salesperson was eager to go to lunch.
Crickett wants to play politics with the mask by mandating it after the governor says we dont have to wear it... i wont bother doing business with them anymore. I will take my money somewhere else.
Went into store to get a quote on a plan and possibly buy a phone the staff handed me a piece of paper and told me it would cost that plus cost of phone and activation fee. Did not offer to give me any prices of phones or show me anything. Needless to say I’m going with AT&T.
Went yesterday to see if I can help with my SIM card was not very helpful when it came down to it .. they couldn’t even call the manager to help over ride my info .. kinda sad that I had to literally drive all the way to Kenedy Tx for them to get better service and to fix my issue and that’s cause they did it remote with the manager ..

They treated me well, they could not solve the problem, with the Cricket Company. they charged me more than they should, and thats why Im leaving that telephone company. and I recommend doing the same no more deceptive offers. no extra payments.
Great customer service! Very informative and helpful. No problem helping me and my kids with whatever questions we have and finding what best fits our needs. I appreciate how Frank Anthony asks for my kids and if theyre satisfied with their service. Everytime! Not just me, but my kids as well. This is a plus for me. I need a reliable service and anytime I go in, no matter whoever is there, I can trust they will give me their best effort and put up with my kiddos million questions. Fast recovery as well when we needed replacements. And Ive had my share with both my kids! Cricket wireless and their Beeville store hasnt let me down. Thanks!

Say they are part of AT&T no service half of time and no refunds. Stay away from this company they have taken money from my employees for no service and now tell him they can’t refund there money. This is sad for people that work so hard for there money.AT&T says they are not responsible for that company even though they own it makes sense right😡

The customer service is very poor.. Waited a hour and a half for them to open Monday on Memorial Day there was no signs posted that they would be opening later.. And when I left they still werent open.. Was sold a industrial army approved phone case and a week later my phone fell out of my pocket and cracked.. Try to talk to a employee about it and he was extremely rude..
