I go in and order a mobile hotspot and it’s been a month and I’ve called them . Every time “oh it’s backed up but yet I get the email saying it’s been shipped from their warehouse already”. I get charged twice and still haven’t got it yet

The staff was very knowledgeable of devices. Did have a little trouble reseting the factory apps. Took what seemed like forever. But all is well and Im happy with my phone.
