Staff is just in it for the commissions! Highly recommend going to a different boost store or to order online, the staff here won’t talk to you through the activation process this tatic is so they can put all kinds of add ons to your bill with out informing you. Sadly I didn’t notice till 3 months later when my autopay stopped working so I logged on to pay my bill and there was $15 worth of add ons I had been paying since I upgraded my phone you can literally see I never had add ons till then. The receipt you get from the store also doesn’t break things down it just shows your total you were charged so there’s no way to catch them unless you log onto your boost account. If they are putting add ons to raise your monthly bill who knows what random stuff I was charged for in store when I upgraded.

Great Boost Mobile store, owner puts on one amazing Back to School Event every year ! He gives out thousands of backpacks with school supplies to all the families and children that attend. They have free icees, free food, free gaming station, free community outreach and more !!

Overall they offer Great Deals Weekly. There Staff are real professional and same day repair Available. Every time I visit there store it makes me feel like home. Thanks Guys !!!

Staff is usually helpful, wasnt this last time, but it wasnt their fault for not having the phone I was looking for. Overall the service is great, the employees are happy to help, the establishment is clean and welcoming.

Very dishonest staff! Buyer beware. I visited the store because i was planning on porting my number to get the promotion on the lg g6 which was on sale for $49. I told the owner that i would like a case and screen protector as well. He told me everything comes out to $180. I thought to my self that cant be right because i had called another store and they told me that everything was going to be around $120.00 . i asked to owner to give me a break down and why it $180 and he could not give me a straight answer so I asked him for a break down. When i reviewed the break down he was trying to charge me extra insurance and extra fees in order to make more money off of me. I ended going somewhere and got the phone with case and screen protector for $120 i told the other store i went to about my experience and they told me that this store does this all the time in order to get more money from there customers. Ill never visit this store again. Please stay away.
