Catherine did my lashes and she was absolutely amazing. she took time to take into account my eye shape and then do my lashes accordingly so it would best compliment my shape. really appreciated this and the results were the best out of all the previous times i’ve gotten it done, even at other lash lounges in diff locations. She was professional and quick- while still delivering perfect lash results. thanks so much!

This review is based solely on my experience with a particular stylist. Ive yet to try the stylists with great reviews, so Im hopeful my next experience will be better.The close-up photos are ONE WEEK after I had a full set of Classic with Dramatic Upgrade lashes done. About 50% of my extensions have fallen off, and just the extensions, not with my real lashes as they would normally when going through a lash shed. For the price I expected them to last 2 full weeks, and with about 20% fallen off. Since my real lashes seem to be intact, I can only deduce its the quality of work. Im fairly disappointed with the result.Regarding the visit, at the beginning she squeezed a cleaner directly on my eyes (so some got into my eyes). Whatever she used irritated my left eye, and it was visibly red for two days afterwards. I did notify the salon. You can see it in the full size photo I uploaded.Im not a novice when it comes to lash extensions; Ive had them done consistently for two years (at a different location), took a break during COVID, and just recently went back to it. So Ive seen whats like when its done correctly. I would not book with Ha again.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences interacting with the owner of Lash Lounge! I called the previous day to see if I could move my appointment to a later time on the same day as I anticipated a meeting running long, or if I would have to cancel the appointment. The receptionist informed me that I was inside of the 24-hour cancellation policy and would be charged the full amount if I did not make my appointment, which I did not want. So, she moved my appointment 30 minutes later, and said she would have the owner call me if he would be willing to make an exception since I was calling with 20 hours notice. He called me after 7pm that night, but I unfortunately was in a night class for grad school and could not answer. Essentially, he said I would be charged if I did not attend. So, I moved my schedule around for the following day, and show up to my appointment. The receptionist was confused because she had my name on paperwork on a clipboard ready to fill out, but my appointment wasnt in their computer system. Turns out the owner had canceled my appointment the previous night, charged me, and rebooked the time slot! I was not given a phone call or email saying my appointment was being canceled, the staff was not informed of the cancellation, and when I showed up and was frustrated he told me to be quiet or he would remove me from the store! I felt so disrespected. Luckily, the receptionist was so sweet - she refunded me my money and, when she could tell that I was hurt by the owners treatment, said that I had not said or done anything wrong after he left the room. But I no longer plan on receiving any services from a Lash Lounge store because the owner was so incredibly rude. I hope no one else experiences the same treatment!

This is an amazing place to get your eyebrows threaded for a great price! I’ve been to so many places and this is by far my favorite. Not to mention it’s walking distance to me

Ive been going here for three-four months now and Lydia is an absolutely amazing stylist!! I highly recommend her. She does beautiful, light, whispy classics on me every time. If youre debating whether getting lashes due to them looking too fake, go to Lydia and shell give you the most natural beautiful looking lashes!! She is also super quick - a nice perk.

I unfortunately can not recommend the lash lounge. I think that the stylist who work there are amazing but unfortunately for my case the products/lash they use have caused a painful experience to my eyes. I did come from another salon but soon started to experience small irritation to my eyes, nothing painful or burning or even watering eyes. When I came to the lash lounge my 2nd salon EVER (despite what the owner says) I was super excited and super happy! I did have small irritation but very minor, definitely a lot less than the other salon which still wasn’t to a point where I couldn’t tolerate it. After my second fill the irritation became horrible. It wasn’t just irritation, it was painful and very stressful. I immediately contacted the lash lounge as it was happening. I stayed calm and did my best to work with the lash lounge. We agreed that we would have to do q glue removal and a new set of eye lashes with their sensitive glue. Which I had to pay for. We scheduled an appointment that was best convenient for THEM! Even after two days of me having brought to their Attention the painful experience I had still not received a phone call from a manager or the owner. They were expecting me to come in to the appointment and pay for the glue removal and the full price for a new eyelash set when it was their products it caused burning to my eyes. I decided to call them and reschedule the appointment and said I needed to talk to manager before I could come into that appointment to figure out what solution we would both agree on. I got a call back from a female worker and they said that they would only take care of the $25 for the glue removal but I was responsible for the $200 new lash set. I agreed to this because I did have a credit with them and would only put half of the cost for the lash set. We scheduled and appointment for a Friday because I work night shifts at a hospital and get home at 7am and I NEVER schedule anything on the days that I know I work. It was to my surprise that they had scheduled my appointment for a Thursday when I had made babysitter arrangements for the the Friday my appointment was supposed to have been. I ended up having to pay about a total of $180.00 for no services, for a painful experience and for them telling me a date over the phone and then scheduling me for another date. (Keep in mind, not once had the owner reached out to me) when I did demand to speak with the manager, the owner called me and was pretty rude. He laughed at me when I was expressing the amount of pain I was in and the 4min and a half that the experience was lasting for. He said that I had signed a waiver where I release them of any reliability for any damages that their products caused my eyes. And that because he was a small business I had to understand where he was coming from. At the end of the day all I wanted was to get the glue removed and for them to pay for the medical bills (what my insurance didn’t pay for) I wasn’t interested in having another set of eye lashes. I decided not to deal with people like him because according to him, he has hundreds of happy customers and I am the first one ever to have had this occur to them. I am going to be paying for all cost that this experience will cost me. And all future damages that my eyes could have.Important- I did provide The owner with all of the pictures and videos that I took while I was experiencing all of this pain and irritation to a point where my eyes are just watering and getting swollen.

A+++Because I came in with extensions that had been improperly applied by another salon, my lash stylist took a good look, and warned me that I had some lash breakage, and she didnt want to make the situation worse. A second opinion was in order, and the team helped me look as good as possible for that one night out (first date)! They put some lashes on the ends which had fallen off. My lashes looked good, and more importantly, she had the health of my natural lashes in mind. They were able to offer a nice solution. Come back in 2 weeks and well take off the old stuff, and start new. After having lashes done by the same person for the last 8 years I decided to make a change. With COVID I knew I needed to find a place that would be taking the steps to ensure cleanliness standards that would make me feel safe. I had heard of Lash Lounge many times, but never been. I called the Lash lounge and was very impressed by what they told me as far as their new protocol. Yesterday was my first experience and it could not have been better. The owner, Richard made sure that all precautions were taken to ensure health standards and he clearly went over all of my service options. My lashes have never looked better! I highly recommend the Lash Lounge in Bellevue.

UPDATE: While on vacation I was at the beach when I was pulled out by riptide and almost drowned. These lashes still stayed on!! Here is a picture of me that night after we got back to the hotel.This was my first time getting lash extensions as well as my first time to this location. Lexi was absolutely amazing! She explained the whole process, made sure I was comfortable and gave me tips to help my lash last longer. She also gave me after care tips. Definitely reccomend this place.
