I was the winner of the $200gift certificate at the Taste of Home cooking show last April. This letter is extremely late, but important and heartfelt nonetheless.I would like to thank you not only for the generous gift certificate, but also for the tremendous service we received when I redeemed it. On May 5, I came in with my three children with the plan that they would pick out something for mothers day. I did not get the name of the salesperson, but she was awesome. We picked out about 7 different things that I liked and then she helped the kids to choose one within our budget for my gift. They chose a beautiful necklace and pair of earrings. When I came back in, the items were all wrapped up and I put the difference on my credit card. She even had the receipt coded so I could not tell what they chose.The kids really enjoyed the experience and I was so pleased with the response of your salesperson. She treated the kids respectfully, helped them to make their choices, and was very patient. I truly believe she enjoyed the experience as much as we did.If not, she did a great job faking it.Thank you again for the wonderful gift and service. You will certainly be our first choice jeweler in the future.

We purchased an engagement ring from Diamonds & Gold after looking in the Green Bay area for several months. We found exactly what we were looking for and the staff was phenomenal to work with.The team is very knowledgeable and accommodating and made us feel comfortable with our decision. The whole process was seamless and they were a delight to work with.

If I could rate this place less than one star I would. They advertise we buy gold what they dont tell you is they try to rip you off and pay you a fifth of what a reputable place will pay.
