They did such an excellent job! Tate was my stylist and she was amazing! My hair and make up looked gorgeous for my wedding and I got so many compliments. It held up all day and through the reception and the pictures will look amazing. Thank you so much for making our day special!

Im honestly really disappointed with my experience with Salon Maison over the last couple weeks. I was stood up four times when I had arranged phone calls at a mutually agreeable time to get more details. When I was finally able to connect with Celeste and confirm that my date was available, I emailed to book services right after speaking to her. In the two days that it took to get a response from them, the date was booked over by someone else. I have tried calling the salon probably close to 20 times since I first emailed but it consistently went to voicemail, with none of my calls returned even after leaving messages. I understand that things change quickly and that its a really busy season, but the lack of timely communication has frankly been unprofessional. Ill be looking elsewhere for my wedding hair and makeup.

I would highly recommend Salon Maison for those looking for bridal hair/makeup, especially with a larger group. Because I had five bridesmaids and two moms getting their hair/makeup done alongside me, I knew I needed to enlist the services of a reputable company that could handle that. Salon Maison did not disappoint.From the initial booking to the execution on my wedding day, it was a pretty wonderful experience. Celeste, Cindy, and the team are all very responsive and flexible. Angela, my stylist, was FANTASTIC. After my hair and makeup trial, I had a few minor changes and she accommodated them perfectly on my wedding day. My hair and makeup was exactly what I imagined for the big day and looked almost as good at the end of the night (almost twelve hours later) as it did earlier that morning!Additionally, the Salon Maison team was awesome on the big day. My bridesmaids and moms were all so happy with their services and everyones hair and makeup looked simply beautiful. They finished on-time (actually a few minutes before), so we were able to snap some fun photos in the hotel room with our hair/makeup done, robes on, and mimosas in hand.My only complaint with Salon Maison is their contracting method. The contract process is quite confusing - they insist that you sign the contract after each change is mind. While I understand why, it made it extremely confusing at times, and we ended up having to add on several services at the trial, which increased the cost.Overall, I am so pleased and thankful that we went with Salon Maison. Thank you all again!

After a great deal of research and asking others for recommendations I chose Salon Maison for hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids and am so happy that I did. Not only were they incredibly responsive with my questions, but my entire experience from start to finish was fabulous. It was easy to schedule time for my hair and makeup trial and I never felt rushed or like I couldnt ask questions or give feedback. When it came to the day of the wedding they arrived a little early which was wonderful, and were a pleasure to work with. Everything went smoothly, each of my bridesmaids looked wonderful and my hair and makeup lasted throughout the entire day and evening. If you are looking for anyone for hair and makeup I would highly recommend going through them!!!

Highly recommend Salon Maison. I had them do my hair and makeup, six bridesmaids, my mom and my grandmas hair and makeup for my August 2018 wedding. The three women that came were absolutely wonderful.I had a trial session with my main stylist a month before my wedding. As someone who is admittedly not makeup and hair savvy, I was nervous about accurately relaying the look I was going for. My stylist listened and asked clarifying questions, she did an excellent job of understanding exactly the look I wanted and worked with the hairpiece I made to create my dream look! Both experiences in their salon in Bellevue and at my parents home for the day of my wedding were wonderful.My bridesmaids all had the same makeup style, but the stylists made sure they each looked like themselves which made me happy. My mom and Grandma looked lovely as well. I felt like I still looked like me, just the best version of me, and all my bridesmaids felt the same. No “cake face” or heavy feeling hairspray. All the makeup and hair lasted all day long through tears, August heat and lots of dancing in a hot room! The curls even stayed in my friends hair who have very fine hair! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The ladies here are amazing! Had my blowout done for a girls night out and it turned out beautifully plus it held up all night! I will definitely be bringing in my girl friends next time to enjoy a glass of champagne that they offer and a good chick flick movie while we get pampered before a night out!

I would recommend Salon Maison for any event you might want to look amazing for. I used them for myself for my wedding, as well as for my bridesmaids and the moms/grandmas for a total of 13 people. They managed getting all of our hair and makeup done within a pretty quick time, and we were all beyond happy with the way we looked after. They were quick, friendly, and professional and i could never thank them enough for making me and all of my important ladies feel and look so beautiful on my wedding day.

Salon Maison did an amazing job on my wedding hair and makeup. Kate was a pleasure to work with and clearly knew what she was doing. She interpreted what I wanted in a hairstyle perfectly, listened to my feedback and did the best job on my big day. All of my bridesmaids loved their updos as well and they were so professional. Highly recommend!

Madie was FANTASTIC and so relaxed! I decided to not do a trial run and was a little nervous about communicating what I wanted the day of my wedding but she was truly amazing. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and she had incredible style herself. My hair and makeup was beyond perfect! She nailed the natural but flawless look! The booking process was online and super super easy. I said what time I wanted my hair and makeup done, paid my deposit, and reviewed my contract online all before booking. I was so thankful to have a simple process and not have to snail mail a contract or send in a check. Salon Maison does it right!

I LOVE Salon Maison!!!!! The staff is so welcoming and accomodating, and I felt extremely well taken care of while I was there. They feature local champagne and wines, which adds a very classy feel to the whole experience. All of the stylists are very efficient and talented in a wide variety of styles and looks, which is so much more fun than having set styles offered!! The decor has a delightful boutique feel with lots of beautiful, sparkly accessories available to purchase. Everything about this salon from the moment you walk in to the moment you step out leaves you feeling pampered, fresh, and rejuvenated!! I highly recommend this salon for any occasion!!!

My girlfriend recommended Salon Maison so I thought I would give it a try. They were a little late starting my appointment but other than that they were very good. Listened to what I asked for and did their best to style as requested.

I subscribe to the monthly blowout deal - 4 a month/$130 approx. I have had phenomenal success with all the stylists, and the ease of scheduling online is what keeps me coming back (among other things like quality.) Celeste is always a great presence at the front to greet you, and I like the ambiance of the decor. Lots of pink :)

After deciding last minute to treat myself to a blow out Salon Maison was able to squeeze me in last minute. They were extremely polite and professional and sent me out the door with a glowing smile on my face. Maddie was phenomenal!

I usually do my own hair and makeup but since my brother was getting married I thought it would be a nice bonding experience to get mine done with the bride and wedding party. The group that came from Salon Maison was rude and did very little to accommodate anyones requests other than the bride. It costs an extra $30 to put Sally beauty supply $3 lashes on. The girl gave me falsies that were so short you could not see any enhancements. I also asked for a smokey eye and the girl had no clue how to do it. I ended up with just black eyeliner as a smokey eye. When I expressed my dislike of the final result she rolled her eyes to her coworkers and got extremely rude about it. It was quite a warm day and the makeup melted off within about 2 hours. The foundation was completely gone. If they are going to charge $100 per person and $30 extra for lashes then I expect better quality products that should last all day and makeup artists that know how to put on makeup. I would not recommend this salon for your special day or really any event. When I told the salon manager about my horrible experience she offered me to come in to get my hair and makeup done instead of partial or full refund. I live out of state and after such a bad vibe from the girls why would I want to go back and be around that? Clueless.

I unfortunately do not recommend this to get your hair done on our wedding day. I used this company for my wedding and made a pretty clear/easy description of what I wanted for my and my bridesmaids hair-Loose/ Natural Curls with an a half up hairstyle that had a braid incorporated somehow. My girls liked like the were leaving for prom which we made clear was the exact opposite of what we wanted.They showed up about 10-15 minutes late and we had 3 girls for the first 2 hours and then one girl had to leave. In those two hours she was supposed to get at least 2 girls hair done(each girl is quoted at 30 minutes). She left after 1 hour getting 1 girls hair done. Needless to say we ran very late which caused us to not get all the photos we wanted and put us behind schedule by about an hour. Really sucked :(I would recommend this place for prom but because it was my wedding day and it caused so many issues and they literally did not listen to what we wanted at all, I would have to give this place a 1/5 :( Sorry for the bad review but this was a huge disappointment and caused us all a lot of stress. )Wanted to give my sister brides a heads up... Pay a little more to make sure its perfect and stress free! We missed out on ALOT of pictures- we cant ever get back.

So I decided to try this place out because they could get me in on short notice. but when she was done with my hair and makeup I felt like all she did was cover me with coconut oil. The makeup looked so greasy and unprofessional. The hair, all I asked was for loose curls. It turned out looking like my 3 year old niece did it. All I can really say about this Salon is that they do not know what theyre doing. I do not recommend it to anybody. especially on your wedding day they will just ruin your mood your hair and makeup! You will probably be better off doing your own hair and makeup then coming to this Salon.

I tried to make an appointment today starting early morning, I called 3 times no answer, left 2 messages and still no return call. Just called right before closing and the reception person was rushed and let me know there was Absolutely no appointments available at all for this weekend. I totally get a late request before the weekend I may not get an appointment but I would have liked to have had an opportunity to ask some questions about service and select a different time to try them out. Probably wont bother with another try based on my first impression, lack of interest in helping me, no customer service skills and some of the poor reviews .

I found Salon Maison through our vendor referral list from The Four Seasons. All I have to say is: PERFECT! Angela and her team did a beautiful job on my hair and make up as well as all my bridesmaids and both moms.During the starting process of booking them, they were quick to communicate, very responsive and caring. I was working with some pretty tricky family dynamics (mom and mother in law are wonderful people but are like oil and water together) but Salon Maison was great about helping me navigate through all of that. I wish they did wedding planning because with their experience, kindness, and expertise I would have definitely hired them to plan my entire wedding. They would answer my questions very quickly which was very refreshing compared to my other vendors. They are open 7 days a week so they are extremely easy to get a hold of. Because I know myself and know that I am picky I choose to have my pre-session appointment right away which they were totally fine with, they let you pick when you want it. They were so accommodating and were able to schedule me on a weekend even for my pre-session!On the day of my wedding, Angela and her team were on time and got us done a few minutes early. Her team consisted of herself, another hair and makeup consultant (Ashley), and Angela also had an assistant to help her prep curls to keep everything flowing nicely. Everyone loved their hair and makeup and they were very accommodating for last minute addons as well.I absolutely loved my hair and makeup, it even lasted through the tears when I saw my my now husband walking down the aisle. I told Angela I am not a crier but she waterproofed me anyway and I am so glad she did because I surprisingly ended up being a water fountain that day. Thank you Angela, Ashley, the team, and everyone at Salon Maison for making my wedding day perfect! I highly recommend them if you want stunning hair and makeup and a seamless execution.

When I moved to Bellevue from LA a few months ago I quickly realized that there was a major part of my routine I was missing out on - a good blowout place! I was so happy to walk by and see Salon Maisons blow dry bar. I popped in right away. My stylist was Megan and she was SUCH a doll. She listend to exactly what I wanted and then made my hair more glamorous than I have ever seen it. I recommend this place now to all of my friends it is so girly and fun. Its my new California oasis in Bellevue :)

The hairstyles and customer service is top quality and They are considerate of the customer.
