This was my favorite place to drink GOOD coffee in Bellevue.Come back please! We need you!

I absolutely love the coffee here. I get the maple cinnamon hemp milk latte and sometimes pair it with the rhubarb oat bar if I also need a snack. I love that they make their own baked goods and offer a few vegan / plant-based options such as the oat bar, mixed berry muffin, and chocolate bread. Their coffee is incredibly smooth and the latte I usually order is always top notch. Its also pretty cute that they always have a question of the day on this little board to the right of the register and I think if youre the first person to get the answer right they give you a free coffee. Ive also bought whole coffee beans from here before and enjoyed them at home very much as well. This is now probably my favorite coffee spot since moving to the area.

Discovered this little place as we wanted to try a local breakfast spot before our first game at Arrowhead stadium. I cannot say enough good things about this cafe and wish I didnt live 8 hours away because I would be stopping in often. From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel welcome and like we were one of them.

I like their coffee better than Starbucks and has good fresh selection of pastries. Can be busy at times but they do good job getting drinks out. Service is always good and pleasant and more personalized in my opinion than Starbucks. I acknowledge I am not a fan of Starbucks but I still go to them because of how available their stores are. There are 3 in a one block radius of my work so end up going with co-workers but given the choice i would pick Ladro.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Bellevue to meet for business and to some work on my laptop. Good coffee, yummy breakfast sandwich and beautiful art from local artists on the wall. I love Cafe Ladro.

Friendly and efficient. Best Pumpkin Spice Latte I have ever had. Not too much flavor or sweetness. Great Latte with subtle pumpkin, spice.

Top tier baristas and service. Theyre familiar with their regulars and know how to hold a conversation. A+

I came in for a pretty simple drink at a time when there was maybe one other person in the store. After close to ten minute wait while the worker tried to figure out how to use the register he asked to run my card again and proceeded to double charge me. Which would have been a fine honest mistake however when I emailed cafe ladro to solve this they did not reply. After a second email they replied asking for some info. I responded almost immediately and a week and a half after the double transaction they still have yet to fix this or respond to my fourth email. Whatever, who cares about customer service anyways.

You have a choice of Starbucks I get it. But it is worth the walk to this place if youre within a couple of blocks. The coffee is so much better and is a local roaster. Its in the main entryway for the Expedia building in Bellevue, and tends to stay a little busy. But the Baristas are friendly they get your order Done Quick and get you on your way. Plus there is good nibbles to munch on.

This is great place, everyone is very attentive to you, sweets taste good. There is one trick, espresso here is much better than latte.

Some of the better coffee in the area. Theres 2 Starbuckss and 1 Tullys within half a block of where I work, but Id rather make the trip down here and get some coffee that doesnt taste burnt when I have the time and its not pouring outside.Significantly better quality coffee than the other bigger chains and they have butterhorns - these pastries that are flaky and amazing, with a slight hint of cinnamon. Their macchiatos are closer to traditional Italian macchiatos, so be careful if you order that (not the same as Starbucks). Since this is in the Expedia building and Seattle-lites love coffee, it can get super busy but dont be scared if theres a long line... they move pretty efficiently.Out of all the Ladros, this is definitely the worst Ive been to, Im not saying its bad but the others are significantly better.

I ordered black coffee, when I got the coffee it was warm not even hot . I returned it to them and the answer was we have a broken brewer. It was the worst coffee ever .

Caffe Ladro has been a frequent go to when I didnt want to visit the typical chain stores for a cup of coffee. A little laid back, quiet atmosphere, and an easy place to enjoy a cup of joe.

Coffee prices are higher than other coffee shops, the space is clean/open, theres more space to sit down at the lobby on couches, food is good, quality of coffee is good and the customer service is very friendly.

The WiFi can be a little sketchy. This is a kind of an interesting location being in the bottom of the Expedia building.

Their scone basically turned to sand in my hand, it was so dry. And the hot chocolate tasted watered down.
