The team at Premier Automotive has earned a lifetime customer in me! I brought them a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a hole in my engine block and they gave me back my Jeep like it was new! Definitely check this place out if you want to feel confident you are receiving honest advice on your car! Wed gotten an oil change at Jiffy Lube and Jiffy Lube recommended a bunch of different maintenance that the car was due for. We brought it to Premier for a second opinion, and they took a look at it, said all of the stuff Jiffy Lube had recommended was a rip-off, and sent me on my way without charging me anything! I will definitely be returning there when my car is actually due for some service! Thanks guys!

I saw this company yesterday for brake replacement. I thought our truck was due for brake replacement, but apparently I was wrong. I brought my car in and had it diagnosed with some spark plug/coolant sensor issues. As they got into it, they realized there were some much bigger issues with the car and got a hold of me before I spent a ton of money on minor fixes that would have been largely useless. I really appreciate their honesty and will definitely take future cars there for service and repair.

I came into Premier Auto Repair to get my car checked because it has a check engine light turned on. Azeem was super friendly and happily helped me diagnose my car. He went above and beyond with cleaning my mass flow sensor that the code reader read with no charge. My car is running perfectly fine now :) I am extremely happy with his customer service and I 100% recommend Premier Auto Repair !!

I trust this place more than any other mechanic I’ve ever been to. The owner always charges the least he possibly can and he diagnoses your car for free (at most other places it’s $150+). He is very trustworthy and his business is open on sundays. He fixed my car right away when my brakes were in terrible condition without an appointment. also, I love how kind the staff are and the little dog that hangs around! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Highly recommend getting your car serviced here. I had my suburban loaded up with my family heading home from camping when it had a major oil leak on the freeway in Mount Vernon. It was a Sunday and this was the only shop opened. Azeem was very accommodating and stayed late to make sure we had our rig unloaded and ready to go home. He fixed it with Factory GM parts in an orderly time. I am very appreciative of him taking care of my family and vehicle.

I live almost 4 1/2 hours away and on my drive up I felt my car doing some odd stuff. I called and had the owner look into it and not only was he incredibly professional and polite, he made sure to explain to me every step (I dont know much about cars) so that I understood what he was talking about. He didnt end up finding anything wrong and was completely honest and transparent throughout the entire appointment and didnt charge me for putting my car up in the air. I 100% recommend this shop. Its really not often you find a place that makes you feel at ease hours away from home with genuinely nice people who just want to help running it. I recommended this shop to everyone I know in town just in case they ever need work done by truly wonderful and respectful people.

I my engine seized up and we had to get towed to premier. they looked over it while we were camping, offered a fair price to just buy it and while we declined they still didnt even charge us which was awesome. They really look out for the best interest of the customer and that makes me want to return for more business. plus they are open on sundays!

Azeem was incredible!!! My partner and I were travelling from Seattle to Vancouver and broke down on the side of the highway near Mt. Vernon. It was a Sunday around 3pm and we were having trouble finding a mechanic who was open to service our car. Azeem was open and ready to help. He ran diagnostics and made sure that the problem was completely fixed before we left. Azeem seriously went WAYYYY above and beyond to take care of us and make sure we were *safely* up and running. I truly cannot brag enough about how out of his way he went to service us, and at an amazing price! Premier did the basics - oil change, wipers, etc. and also diagnosed and fixed a wiring issue involving the connectors under the seats. Good service, fair price, very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

My engine was experiencing what seemed like some pretty bad lifter tick and, with no one else available to diagnose it without scheduling weeks ahead of time, Azeem and his shop were able to take in my truck that day and figure out what was happening. He and his team were extremely professional and told me exactly what needed to happen, without trying further upsell extraneous/unnecessary items that wouldve increased my bill. I came away from the experience as if treated like I was family and my truck is running like new. Thanks to Azeem and Premiere Auto Repair, I will definitely be going back if I need anything else.

Azeem and his wife Kash run a truly fantastic business. My car had issues on a weekend a long way from home with kids along for the ride. He was able to diagnose the problem, arranged a car until it could be repaired on Monday when the parts arrived and was just so kind and helpful. The fuel pump in my truck gave out in while I was passing through Mt. Vernon-- Azeem from Premier Auto Repair was able to help me get a quick, reasonably-priced tow to his repair shop, tracked down a fuel pump (not easy to get these days), and got my truck repaired in less time and for less money than I expected. I would highly recommend them!

Awesome customer service. My BMW started flashing engine light, ABS light with caution was worried I couldnt make it home from Mount Vernon to Whidbey, found them on the web and was sceptical at first until I got to the shop and met Azeem. He was very professional and knowledgeable with foreign cars, he trouble shot my issue and got me back on the road with no hesitation I recommend him highly, very friendly and caring. He will walk you through what he did and how he found the problem. On top of that he called and checked up on me to make sure I made it home safe n made sure there was no issue with my car. We have a unicorn of a car. We have gone round the barn with so many shops and even the brand dealership. No one has been able to take on what we needed done, and do it. Until Azeem. Not only was he able to take on the project, he was able to use his imagination and think around unexpected corners that tripped EVERYONE else up. He was not afraid to dive into engine and drive train issues that were compounded by a previous owners creative failures. His prices are more than fair and the work is above expectations. I cant recommend this shop enough.

I brought my car in to have an expensive oil leak checked out. Premiers Staff was kind and attentive, listening to my description of my vehicles issue. My vehicle was brought in and repaired the SAME day. Where I was sure I had an upwards to $2000 repair, Premiers staff assured me the vehicle had an easily fixed issue (which they fixed immediately) and charged me only the cost of an Oil Change. Amazing! Great people, Great Service. Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed. The best Bellingham and area have to offer.

Very thorough. They inspected the used 2007 Murano I bought at auction and found all the little issues Id noticed & suspected without ever being told about them (even some minor quirks with the rear windows & one of the door locks).They gave very competitive prices on the work and I got the car back clean & purring like a kitten. I was going to Hi-Tech Automotive for a while, and theyre great too but theyre slightly more pricey for the same quality of service so I think this is my new spot.Really friendly people here too, and I should probably mention that their waiting room is large and very comfortable with lots of comfy chairs and a bench-desk where you can work on your laptop while you wait.Strongly recommend.
