I just want to say, Robert and Christie ( I hope I got your name right, you talked to me on the phone and gave me EXCELLANT directions to your store).I brought in my 75 Samsung TV. As fate would have it, i didnt have all the cords. I left and came back to pick up the TV. When i got there Robert said he found one. But i still needed a cord that i did have but left at home. He said come in tomorrow with it and i will give you the other $100.00. Robert you and her did me a solid, now in this review i give you 100 STARS . I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO COME TO YOU. I enjoyed coming here for years, myself my wife and my children. This place has helped my little family when I needed money and we enjoy buying here from time to time. Employees are very polite show us jewelry and pointing out the items on sale. I will be there again today 😊

Great folks Great service and knowledgeable! my only issue is they never called when my background check cleared I ended up calling them. To Mark the place could really use a new coat of paint on the inside possibly try different lighting if thats an option for ya just some friendly advice, its kind of gloomy in the shop in all honesty, ill come back I aint picky I just know thatd help you draw in more customers and pay for itself.

So I go in to pay $100 just so my husbands gun will still be his for a couple more months, and talk the guy down 2 $15 for an internet router from the $25 it was listed for. I open it up when I get home only to find this $7 sticker from Valley Village on it. I wonder if they ever opened it up when they bought it from the person? Hoping they will match this price. Ok so, most of my experiences with Bellingham pawn have been positive. We have been a customer for over 2 years now.I am not a picky person, I never have problem with price like some other people have said, and i think the shop is great.Most of their employees are very nice and helpful, regular people, but Ive had bad experiences with one older lady. Now shes not very nice, polite, or welcoming. I feel as though I am a burden to her. I always treat people as polite as possible, Im a very soft spoken and never give people attitude and I would hope people would treat me like I treat them, but this was not the case. At first I though maybe I got a bad attitude because she had a difficult customer before me, but its every time I have interactions with her she acts as though she had the worst day ever. Now theres people who expect a high level of customer service and I am not one of them, but this lady makes me feel bad, makes me feel put down or a waste of her time, at times even makes me feel as if she thinks Im stupid. And I dont like feeling like that anywhere but especially at a business. I dont know if she dislikes me because I am young or how I look? But I still always try to be nice and polite even if its not reciprocated .Everyone else who works here is amazing! Very nice and understanding. So just avoid this employee if possible, but I do recommend them because of how great Ive been treated by everyone else.

If you are looking for quality guitars or basses this is a wonderful shop. Their prices are fantastic and they will let you try out the amps and electric instruments so you know what you are getting. I am so pleased with the Ibanez guitar I bought the other day. If you have someone who needs a good to great (inexpensive) guitar or bass you cant do better than Bellingham Pawn.

Every time I’ve been in, the employees are completely professional, very nice, extremely patient, and know just about ANYTHING about products they have like the back of their hand. The owners are also very personable and friendly and will answer any in-stock product-related questions or even questions on products not in-store with total courtesy and care. On top of these points, their prices are awesome and the items purchased here are consistently in fantastic condition! Overall, very satisfied with the service here!

Ive been doing business with Bellingham Pawn for at least twenty years. They have always been very nice and helpful. Hell Im terrible at remembering dates and I would call them on a regular basis to check my tickets when I had them! I would have driven myself nuts but they were always nice about it. A couple of times I even realized I was due to pay but was as far away as another state and they were good enough to wait because I am a regular customer. In the good times I go there to buy things from them too. They are always friendly and willing to negotiate within reason. Ive had nothing but the best of experiences with them since day one. Reading some of the comments below it occurs to me how seldom people leave comments when they have something good to say but are always quick to blast when they want to say something bad but the people at Bellingham pawn are people like anywhere else. If you treat them rudely or with disrespect you might get the same. Its that way everywhere. Do unto others...There are going to be people who dislike this business simply because they lose something to them due to their own irresponsibility or because they dont want to give them what they feel its worth. Those people need to remember that there wouldnt be pawnshops if they did that. They have to sell it for what its worth plus or minus a little bit or they would make no money from it.These things are universal. All pawnshops are this way. All people are this way. That said I think Ill go pay them a visit today! 😁

Dont even bother trying to negotiate any sort of deal from the older bleach blonde lady who works here because her idea of negotiating is only tisaking a couple dollars off their asking price of $80. Wow, was a deal. If possible, try to only deal with the very nice older gentleman. Youll know who Im referring to because hell give you a very warm greeting when you walk in. The bleach blonde is not welcoming in the slightest and actually makes you feel like youre a bother even when youre trying to buy something. Very disappointing.

Tired to get a loan on some tools an they offered me less then 1/6 of what I paid for them. Highly recommend going to a different shop unless you like getting ripped off. Also the tools they had were way over priced an were in poor condition.

Good people a pawn shop that cares about your situation and tries to help the best they can

They fried my boyfriends $600 stereo and was like oh well, here u go. They broke it and just now after 2 weeks later paid him $50 for it.

This place provided surprisingly fair pay for the goods I sold. The place is full of all kinds of stuff. I went into to sell a few old clothing items. I had gone to Platos Closet, and Buffalo Exchange, but I would have walked away with a maximum of 12 dollars. This was not the case here, I told him I have no expectations in mind, and he threw out a few numbers that were not only much higher than the previous establishment, but they were surprisingly fair. If you go to any Pawn Shop in town, visit this one first.

Dont bring your gold here. They dont know what a Troy ounce is and why it is important to precious metals.

Bellingham pawn off bakerview n I5 in Bellingham is the worst pawn n shop in town, in whatcom county, and the state. They do not do not do not offer the most for loans. Even cash america by the mall beats them. No loan is too small is a complete lie!! They do not do small loans. They dont take tablets unless iphone or samsung. Offered me nothing for a $200 max can fan cuz the guy didnt want garden stuff. Even though the couple behind me heard the conversation and offered me $100 for the fan outside because this is washington n people garden here all the time. And a huge fact is how dirty n smelly the store is. Nothing looks clean. Its all just thrown on shelves and the smell of must n mold is awful. Like there was major water damage in there n no-one properly cleaned the place. This place is the worst. Dont waste your time with these scam artists. This place should be shut down for its business practices. And i did file a complaint with the BBB as well as the city of Bellingham for all their wrong doings. Do not go here!
