Poor after sales service : I bought the 2021 GLE-350 from them. The sales representative Nick Bruce was quick to call back on my inquiry and help to complete the transaction which happens all the time in any store. The delivery was smooth but they destroyed their reputation after sales which is the most of part of for any dealership. When you buy a car with close to $100K price then you expect good after sales service. No call back from representative on, do I need any help after the deliver?. There wasnt any follow up license plate, though I clearly mentioned that please ship to my address when it will arrive. They didnt do that and I was keep waiting and when I called them they said, it arrived a month ago and we were waiting for you come and pick up, what a nonsense. I dont recommend this dealership for any purchase, Im thinking to buy second car but Ill stay away from them.

Brought our S500 in for a $500 spark plug replacement. Got the car back at the end of the day with a vibration that was unbelievable. I turned around and took the car back. Was quoted a $1,000 motor mount. I asked the service writer to have his tech look at the work he did because the motor mounts were fine going in. Sure enough, hed dropped one of the old spark plugs and it fell between the motor and the chassis causing the vibration to telegraph through to the steering wheel. I was really disappointed in their $1,000 fix approach, but that experience lead me to an amazing independent shop here in the Northwest that specializes in European Auto!
I definitely recommend coming to Mercedes-Benz of Bellingham, it was a great experience but be patient because buying a car takes time but in the end result was worth the wait, got the car I wanted at a great price ! My salesperson was awesome. I would give 6 stars for their sales and management staff!!

Sure the customer service seems nice and all but the work they do is terrible. Not only did they scratch my car both times I went there, they also broke off 2 out of 4 of the bolts in head for the fuel rail and sent us on our way without fixing it or telling us. We only went there for the work because it was under warranty. But of course they lied to us and said the broken bolts werent them. Shotty work, dishonest, careless, and fake. I could have been seriously injured due to their negligence but they dont care at all. Not to mention charging to have my washer fluid filled when it was already full before I got there. Dont recommend. Wont be back.

My sister had to come to Bellingham from Alaska for cancer treatment. She had to have some recall issues fixed on her Toyota pick up and took it to there service department. They fixed the recall issue and charge her for the 130 dollars for time it took for a quote and told her there was some major issues she had to fix to her truck and gave her a quote for over 4 thousand dollars. As she called me in tears with no way to pay for such issues and stold the 130 dollars for a quote. We had her take her truck to another well known facility that we could put said charges on our account. They lied!!!!!! The new quotes were less than 500 dollars for repairs. How can this dealership live with themselves a woman with cancer come in a dealership to fix her car and be ripped off. She is in town with the help of her community to try and save her life and you low lifes try and RIP her off Ive never been so disgusted in my life. Shame on you. Karma sucks there is a special place for people like you

First off, this is also Toyota of Bellingham. Even though the vehicle I got was listed under the Mercedes Benz website, its the same outfit/place. They were asking over 2 thousand per bluebook and when I pointed this out they finally....... Agreed. Well, I didnt get a deal in their eyes cause they charged me every little fee they could!!! They even over charged me for licensing... Which they did send me a check in the mail for.... But that doesnt pay for what that up charge for my loan.... Not only that but what I signed paperwork for what my monthly payment would be is higher than that agreement. Ive already told many people that have asked me that I wouldnt in good faith recommend this place!! Ill never make this mistake again.... Wsee how the so called warranty works just in case anything goes wrong. Fingers crossed!! Just so you have an idea, I paid 5 thousand over the $15 thousand for a 10 year old car. Good luck to yall!!

Bought an used Mercedes C class there. Shortly after our arrival I asked to see their used car inspection report but they decided to rip off the last page of the inspection report because of some cosmetic damages was documented there on that particular page. During price negotiation the manager promised to fix a small cut on the driver seat cover and that they will call us to schedule an appointment. Well ..... THEY NEVER DID! My impression is that this dealer is below Mercedes dealership standard in terms of customer care and satisfaction. No, I do not recommend buying cars from this dealer.
Late in the afternoon needed a new battery. Everyone one was great.took care of our needs.
I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership over the years and have come to really have a great trust and respect for their sales staff. Richard, Kai, and Nick were excellent this last time around, and here is why. 1) When I arrived, Richard knew me from my past experiences as a returning customer. He knew my needs as a small business owner, and recommended a few vehicles on the lot, while offering to do whatever it took to find the right vehicle even if it wasnt there. No pressure was there whatsoever, just suggestions, information, and keys to drive whatever I wanted. I appreciate the respect given to a returning customer to give me time and space to make a supported, informed decision. 2) Across the board, just good people working here. I could relate to them as folks that live in this area and they seemed to really be looking out for my best interests; I did not get this feeling at other dealerships (especially in Seattle). 3) This is an educated sales staff, that sells a great product, and they know it. I ended up buying something different than I had originally anticipated, as that was just the way that my journey towards finding that right vehicle worked out... had I been hustled I either would not have purchased at all, or would have rushed into the original idea I had, which would have not been the best choice... this, to me, is the purpose of having a great sales staff. Richard; thank you my man... one more great vehicle from Wilson Motors! Ill be back! One more thing... this dealership does a good job of keeping their coffee bar stocked with full carafes and this may be a minor detail but honestly I went to so many dealerships that just didnt seem to care... for me, especially doing this legwork in the rainy season, a hot cup of fresh coffee to walk around the lot is nice. Thanks again!
When my Exploder left my family and I stranded on the side of the roadin Eastern WA. I started googling vehicles while waiting for a tow truck. My current car popped up, the next day I went in to test drive it and drove it home. Roy and the rest of the staff were so great with me.
Roy is amazing at customer service and by far the most trustworthy. Always exceeds expectation. And the service department is always friendly and helpful.

Web site said they would open at 10:00 am. Employees coming every few min went to service door and it was open, but all the lights were out and doors to inside locked. Waited till 10:20 to see if they would let me in. Nope, they seen me and let me just stand there rattling the doors. I dont get mad I just go away and never go back.
Andrea Larson was our personable and caring sales person, listening to what we were looking for in our next vehicle. We purchased a Toyota RAV 4, which was unfortunately totaled three days later (in an accident in which ny wife was not seriously injured). We returned to see Andrea the next week and she showed us a Chevy Equinox which we then purchased to replace the RAV4. I have to give it a 1. Matt Newman is a salesman for Mercedes-Benz and has a positive review for the Bellingham location suggesting he is the salesman to see. This type of shyster behavior leads me to see that the whole organizational should be avoided. Misleading to say the least. How many of the other 5 star recommendations are also fake?

They fixed our motorhome same day as we brought it in.
The Mercedes service department didnt fix the problem nor did they find out what was wrong. The only thing they knew is to charge me $$$$. Even the things they said werefixed... Were NOT! Will never go there again. Waste of time and money.

I recently serviced my Merc GL350 here. At the outset, my service experience has been absolutely wonderful. I was a little worried as the Service Manager - Derek was new, but my fears were completely brushed away as I was greeted warmly by the jovial Derek. He explained the issue, diagnosis, and also how they were going to fix my vehicle. I was impressed by his professionalism. He put me onto a Loaner so that I could carry on my business for the next couple of days. He regularly updated me over phone on the status of my vehicle. Once the vehicle was ready, my vehicles technician - Ryan came over to explain the issue. I was again highly impressed with his technical knowledge and was very happy that my vehicle was in good hands and I did not have anything to worry. Overall I had an incredible experience at this Dealership and would not hesitate to recommend them to all Merc Owners. Big shout out to Derek and Ryan on a job well done!!!
My wife was a part of the VW buy-back program and was fast approaching the final days before having to turn her VW in. She had been looking for a SUV but was unable to pull the trigger on one. With my shift work and over time and my wifes over time and our childrens hectic schedules it was making it almost impossible for us to make it in for a test drive. When we finally made it in Richard was over the top helpful and friendly, answering any and all questions for us and helping keep our kids entertained through the entire process from the test drive to the financing to signing the final papers. Our kids had a great time playing with the dealerships dog and Richard went as far as putting YouTube Kids on his computer so that the kids had something to keep them entertained (when the dog would run away). The entire process was extremely enjoyable. And we appreciate everything Richard, Wendy and Jake did for us and are looking forward to working with them again.

Wasnt certain we needed a new car, but I had been looking at a MB wagon. We were on vacation in Bellingham and stopped in for possible test drive. No wagons, but Richard, the wonderful, patient salesperson, showed my husband an SUV that would better fit him (Hes very tall with broad shoulders). We left with Richard offering to do what he could to help us.We finally decided on an SUV but if it had burl walnut trim. Richard found us one with Package 3 features and gave us a great deal. So good that we drove from Bothell, WA to Bellingham to buy from Richard.He treated us very well. Was patient with us and our young son. Explained everything and made the whole experience pleasant. Additionally, about half way home, I realized Id left my phone there. Richard met us in Mt. Vernon to return it to me. That is personal service!When we our ready for our next car, we will visit Richard and Bellingham MB dealership first.
Called on a Friday to schedule an appt for service. No call back. Called again on Monday. No call back. Or on Tuesday. Gave up and took my business to Lynnwood where they scheduled me immediately and with a smile. MB Bellingham has a problem with its service dept.

I am kept on hold when I call the service dept. When I do leave a message (3 times), the service dept has never returned my call. I was waiting for an airbag replacement - it has been 7 weeks but it still hasnt come in. I called Mercedes of Lynnwood; they have me scheduled in 10 days.

Back in in January I acquired a contract for a 4 by 4 sprinters van.Delivery was supposed to be this past July. I was told it was getting downloads in July🤣🤣🤣 . Its now almost the end of August and still no Van from the new plant in South Carolina nor any info regarding my van. Wondering if Amazon got their 20,000 sprinter Vans from this new plant?
