I was in the market for my first truck and did my homework online, and test drove different models at the big name dealerships. After finding the truck i had wanted, prices at MB motors were almost too good to be true and i almost didnt even stop by to look at the vehicle. I made a phone call to MB motors and spoke with Pete and he took care of all my concerns with the vehicle in question, provided all the information i had asked for, and even took the extra time to find me the absolute best rates for the financing (nearly half of what the big name dealers wanted for a used truck). MB Motors sold me a mechanically sound, turn key, need NOTHING 2013 Porsche Panamera Turbo (for anyone who knows this car, they know just how difficult this is). The cars paint was a little rough with swirl marks and George (my sales rep and I think owner) immediately disclosed and affirmed the car needed nothing. Not only did he provide the cars entire service history, he also gladly delivered the car to the local Porsche dealership for a PPI (at my cost of course). The PPI confirmed the car needed nothing, and I confirmed this as well when I flew from NJ to WA on a Thursday, picked up the car Friday morning, and drove the car back to NJ in four days without missing a beat (we North-Easterners THINK we have winters). To write this review, 4 months after i purchased the car is testament to just how pleased I am with MB Motors. George and his team were efficient, polite and the main dealership was spotless. Would buy another car from them any day.

As an ex-executive in the automobile industry, I approach all car dealers with suspicion and caution. My experience with MB, overall, was fair and mostly painless. MBs website is easy to use and seems to be kept up to date in terms of actually having the inventory that they list on site. I went in to look at an older BMW (did not make the cut) but ended up with a late model VW Passat. The Passat had low mileage, was in almost new condition, and had been a lease return. My test drive convenience me that it was the right vehicle for me. My Salesman, George B, was helpful, courteous, and expeditious. The price was excellent, and we were quick to commence the deal. I was able to arrange my down payment and insurance over my cell phone, and in under two hours, start to finish, I was able to drive away with my new ride. The only negative (one star penalty) was the push for buying the additional Theft Registration Fee ($300) and the EcoPro Registration Fee ($200). Both of these dealer add-ons or packs are pure profit, akin to the past days of Scotchguard and Undercoating add ons. I acquiesced on both as the selling price was way below market value. This was the only negative experience to an otherwise good transaction.

It was a great experience.The thing that was the most impressive was how George went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted for a price I was good with. He worked late to get me a great APR. Came in on his day off because thats what was convenient for me. This guy was truly amazing. If i could save anyone a lot of time and a huge headache, DO NOT work with these scam artists!My fiance and I drove an hour and a half to trade in our car and purchase a car through MB Motors. After three hours of negotiating with Emil(our salesman) we came to an agreement on a trade in value for our current vehicle and a price on the vehicle we would be purchasing. One funny thing about the negotiating process was Emil would yell over to the other salesman and say are you sure you dont have anyone else interested in this car? I guess trying to pressure us into pulling the trigger on buying.After reading the review responses on Yelp I learned that the other salesman is actually the owner of MB Motors and obviously is fine with these greasy sales tactics. After we came to an agreement on numbers we made it clear that the purchase would be contingent upon us getting our own vehicle inspection, especially after the check engine light came on during the test drive and I heard a couple of other weird noises under the car. Immediately Emil tried talking us out of getting our own inspection saying he was trying to save us money and they can do it in house(SCAM). Once the thought of us getting our own vehicle inspection came into the picture the tone of the conversation changed and red flags started to go up. We made it clear we wanted to get our own inspection done and finally we all agreed. We shook hands and he said he would save the car for us. My fiance and I left our trade in car with them and drove back home in our other vehicle since they didnt allow us to take the new car home for the night.We call Emil the next morning to ask if he could have someone take the car to our inspector(which is 10-15 minutes away from MB Motors) since we dont live in the area. He told us he cant have the car off of the lot for more than an hour because he has two other people interested in the car. If you know anything about vehicle inspections, they take longer than an hour(more around 2-3 hours for a proper one.) Clearly there is a reason they dont want us to have a third party inspect this car! I told Emil a man is only as good as his word referring to him shaking our hand and saying he would save the car for us in which he replied Not when you sell cars at a high volume. Please save yourself the trouble and read other reviews on here and especially Yelp. Customer service is at the bottom of their priorities and pushing large volumes of questionable cars is at the top.

I recently bought a Cadillac from MB Motors and had a great experience from top to bottom. I mostly dealt with Emil, who was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. I had shopped around, and a lot of the salesman at other local dealerships were very aggressive and pushy. Emil was always very low pressure, able to handle every aspect of the sale, and made the whole experience much easier. He fought to get me a low monthly rate, and could not have been more helpful. The location itself seemed very clean, and professional. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. If/when Im in the market for another car, MB Motors will for sure be my first stop.-Jack

Bought a BMW X5 here 1 month ago and it already has a BLOWN engine. The car left my family stranded on the side of the road and now has no value. I recommend going to another trustworthy dealer. MB Motors informed me that it was in excellent condition and the car only had 62,000 miles on it. It all seems suspicious. Save yourself from what I am going through!---RESPONSE TO MB:I find it interesting MBs response. Clearly not taking ownership in their vehicles. Pre-purchase conversation versus post purchase are vastly opposite.Warranty? Instead, we were pushed to pay an unnecessary anti-theft cost. When I purchased a car, I expected it to last longer than 30 days. Clearly the customer does not matter.

We’ve been looking for a while for another car and we came across MB motors, we were a little concerned after reading the reviews but we went anyway. I can tell you Emil was honest, no pressure and not only did he speak to my husband he also spoke to me. We’ve purchased 4 cars in the past 5 years and I can say he is the first one that spoke to both of us. We never met George but he even text us while he was out of the country on holiday. Emil came in on New Year’s Day to help us as well. What I would say to those on the fence about going to MB motors because of bad reviews is to meet with them and judge for yourself like we did. Thank you Emil for coming in on your day off and helping us, it was worth the ferry ride and drive.

I would recommend, accelerate right by this place. Offer me a lowball trade in allowance. Meanwhile, their vehicle was overpriced judging by same KBB methodology. Perhaps, their feasting on long distance impulse buyers. One merely needs to check their Rating at BBB.

I had the pleasure of working with Pete Nelson at MB Motors Ferndale location. When I first met with Pete he asked how I planned to use the truck I was interested in seeing. After I explained that I would be using it to tow a boat and trailer weighing 14,000 pounds across the country he suggested I look at a GMC Sierra 3500 HD diesel they had in stock as well. After looking at both trucks I concurred with Pete and purchased his recommendation.Pete took my vehicle in as a trade at a fair price and also arranged financing at very good terms with a local credit union.I will definitely recommend Pete to anyone looking for a good used vehicle at a fair price.

I started my car search a few months back, did a lot of obsessive research, test drove several vehicles else where, over the past months. I ended up back at MB after seeing a few different prospective vehicles on MBs site.George Boulos showed me the vehicles of interest. All three great vehicles! I loved them all. What I appreciate about the service he provided was that he gave me room, he gave me helpful facts, and let me make up my own mind, absolutely no pressure. That goes a loooong way with me! I dont really care to be sold.It didnt end there though.The fan for the heating/cooling system gave out as I was driving home from the dealership:( and the car was sold as is, no warranty. We called George to let him know what happened. He asked me to bring the car in to have a diagnostic done. It turns out the fan needs to be replaced. They have ordered a new fan and are going to replace the old one.I appreciate that he wanted to have a happy and satisfied customer!He has succeeded:) Thank you George! I loooove my Car!

I will never work with this dealership again. I purchased my vehicle from them online. So, I did not see the vehicle in person. They send me all of their information on the vehicle and it appeared to be in good shape. It arrives, via a shipper three days after they picked it up at MB Motors, and has a massive leak of steering fluid, when you turn the wheel and it was really hard to turn. There was a leak in one of the power steering lines. The delivery driver tells me about the hard steering when he unloaded it. I call MB Motors and they immediately say it must have been while in transport. I pay to have it fixed and the hose could NOT have been damaged in transport due to its location. I call them back and George the manager says did you arrange the shipper to which I said yes, your salesman, Emil, told me to get it on my own because Id likely get it cheaper, so that is what I did. He replies, if wed have shipped it wed stand behind it. I ask what he is going to do and he tells me that his mechanic said that sometimes the back pressure from being loaded onto the flatbed tow truck (it was loaded onto a flatbed at the dealer then transferred to a semi-auto hauler) that the dragging causes back pressure that can blow a line. The problem is they drove it on the flatbed, according to not only the shipping company, but Emil the salesman who watched it being loaded. I had to ask over and over again for their inspection paperwork and they send it to me. The inspection occurred 20+ days before I purchased the vehicle and a few hundred miles before I purchased it. They insist there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that it occurred during transport where with the exception of loading and unloading it was not driven. I realize there could be some horrible luck on my part and the hose somehow just exploded in the three days between the shipper picking it up and delivering it to me, but MB Motors LLC has refused to take any responsibility. ZERO. So $760 in repairs later I am on the road. I asked them over six weeks ago what they were going to do to help me and theyve not even responded to that e-mail. Excuses is all I have received. I have let the transport company know too because all MB has done is blame them. I write this so others can be aware of how they handle themselves and how they treated this customer.

I had a very bad experience with Emil. He speaks over the clients and was very rude.My older brother checked out a car for me at the time there was a tire bulge, which prevented him from being able to drive the car. prior to purchase the tire was supposed to be replaced. However after buying the car and beginning my journey home the tire popped. I could not see the bulge since I picked up the car in the evening. After the 5 hour drive home I simply wanted a reimbursement for the tire. After calling back I was repeatedly denied phone calls and any help. I will not be suggesting this dealership to anybody. To my knowledge a car cannot be sold with faulty tires.

Called in today due to my temporary tags expiring, and requested information on the status of my license plates after waiting two months. I was informed today that the paperwork was not filed the day I had purchased the vehicle, to which I was not notified about until calling in today. When trying to solve the issue was met with poor customer service.

A nightmare of customer service and follow through…it is easy to walk through the door and be greeted with such excitement but when you make that purchase it all goes out the door!!! I purchased my vehicle from Emil and George who processed my warranty paperwork incorrectly right out the door. They said at anytime if I need service “warranty” work done that they would assist with the whole process. WRONG! After 2 months of my vehicle being in service….no contact or communication from George when he promised he would call and inform me of the status…Don’t count on it! I have my vehicle back and still no word from George to follow up and make sure the issues were resolved, which no they are not resolved. Funny story though we talked to one of their Ex-employees who then informed us that George didn’t even know what he was purchasing when he original bought the vehicle for his dealership.

Bought a 2004 f150 ext silver good deal to but to good to be true, wheel was about 90% from falling off on the freeway and was lucky to be pulled over from highway patrol since he saw it all unfold. found out the brakes were changed from a someone who wanted to learn how to work on car, and not a mechanic from what they told me . They fixed it and had the wheel replaced. Now a month later motor blew and the vehicle is has been sitting for the last 5 months and hoping something can be done . other then that service was cool. just didnt enjoy the camera man telling me to move my truck when the wheel almost fell off because i was interfering with his pictures for the ad.;et me know if there is something that can be done.

Informed him that I had financing taken care of and just needed info on my trade. Sent info requested on Tuesday. Get an email following day around 6pm that they were “swamped” and he didn’t have a chance to reply. Assured me he would review info on trade and give me what they were going to do on my trade. Replied back that I would like to get the info ASAP so I can take to the bank and come get the car on Saturday. Now it’s Friday and George just text me that he wasn’t sure what vehicle I was talking about. Confirmed the one I was talking about and he let me know “his sales associate was purchasing it”. Absolutely amazing the lack of customer service or even simple competence they have. Car would have been sold with basically ZERO work on their side. My wife and I purchased a Mercedes from MB Motors in Bellingham in June of 2020 and that was a a good experience. When in August the headlight failed. The technicians at MB Motors found the solution. The warranty covered the service and some of it was not, however we were not charged. MB motors was more than fair and I am so very pleased that I would send any of my family or friends to this dealership for their next car! I recommend a pre purchase inspection by a third party if you are not a mechanic so you know from another perspective what you are getting. A warrant that covers the car over the time it is financed is excellent peace of mind. If you want excellent service come see George and the rest of the staff here at MB Motors.

MB Motors LLC. A Unique find. Let me explain..if you never been to this place(Ferndale) and you see a gas station STOP cause its connected to it🤣. So I passed it and had to turn around. Experience was excellent! Chris BONES is a professional! People person,down to earth,no pressure, no BS. I came in, got down to business and chit chated after the deal was made.
