I wont come back. This place is a joke! What happened to customer satisfaction? They dont greet you when entering you stand around waiting, wondering... I got a phone 2 hours ago its not anything like I thought. No one told me that I would be charged a restocking fee of $35.. Yeah its in fine print at the bottom of my receipt...but I didnt get a receipt before buying the phone.. They managed to point out the sign that says it, not very noticeable..I thought it should be advised while purchasing the phone by an employee but theyre too busy socializing with friends, girlfriends and their pets. Thank you for your outstanding business tactics... I hope someone opens another store soon. Ill never go back here.

I am writing you a note because my son wanted me to change to Verizon where he is I will not leave you becase of the great srvc You give me your people are so nice some times I have to wait because your people are busy but its worth the wait 💝I love my phone I was in customer srvs & I know what good srvc is you are great this is my 1st cell phone and I love my phone. The girl thats chubby with black hair who works there is always so rude to me. Shes gone as far as ignoring me or giving me attitude because I called her out on a few charges. I have gone several times with other staff members and she changes her attitude immediately, except when Im there. Poor poor customer service.
