We discovered recently that my 87 year old mother was paying for two separate cell phone accounts. It was next to impossible to disconnect the unrecognizable account and number over the phone. To top this off, the nearest AT&T store is an hour and a half drive from our house. We are in Bellingham visiting our children and stopped by the Samish store to see if they could help. Actually, they could and did. Jose, and his knowledge of the AT&T universe, quickly got into the account and placed the disconnect order for us. Thank you, Jose! AT&T, Jose deserves a raise and a promotion. He is the best.
I came in the store at about 10:00 am and was able to leave in half an hour to 45 minutes. Best AT&T service hands down, Collin was patient and empathetic to my, what seemed unsolvable, solution. If you’re sick of talking to a robot, this is the store for you! From major technical issues to buying a new phone case this store has always met my needs ! 10/10 :)

Tried to unlock My ATT cell phone. Manager told me to come back in 72 hours. I came back and the woman who is there help me with the issue request and told me to come back in 48 hours. When I came back my manager told me she should not have helped me unlock phone. He told me to call customer care and that the store couldnt help me. When I reached the customer care the representative stayed on the line and told me to go to the store so she could get some info. When I walked in the store the manager refused to take the phone. He finally took the phone and provided her information. Told me if I came back he was calling police. First time in my life.. I was shocked. Definitely some mental health issues going on. The customer care representative on the phone was extremely apologetic and said she was going to refer the recorded call to her supervisor. Bizarre. 10 days later my phone is unlocked
Had a great experience with Gabby . She helped set up my new IPhone since I was switching from a Samsung and hooked me up with a screen protector warranty . Was very kind and took the time to make sure I understood and I paid for what I want .

Jose at the Samish store in Bellingham is my hero! Previously I had spent hours on the phone trying to cancel a phone line, to no avail and to the point of tears. Today in a matter of minutes he had my problem solved. Jose should be given a raise!

I recently moved to the area and I visited the store to inquire about signing up for a monthly plan. The sales consultant who served me, Eric, was an incredibly helpful and friendly individual. He was welcoming the moment I entered the door, and kindly explained each of monthly plans that were available.Eric friendliness and professionalism were second to none. I was extremely satisfied with the service that day, and I hope AT&T continues to hire more employees like Eric.

He went “above and beyond” to make sure I had all my questions and concerns answered. Thanks to Eric for making my experience at AT & T a positive one! I ended up purchasing an iPhone 12 mini yesterday and am thrilled with my purchase.

Sam was very patient and willing to explain everything we needed taken care of in an easy to understand and very personable way. He was able to work with multiple customers in the store at once without anyone feeling forgotten about and really took him time helping everyone out. He ended up staying a little past closing to make sure we got the service we needed. Easiest time Id ever had getting a phone.

Fantastic in-store service! The AT&T rep had an extremely easygoing — yet at the same time accommodating manner. Answered all my questions, showing me maps of local 5G & 4G service, making sure AT&T provided excellent cell coverage in the areas where I spent most of my time (& so far it does). Covered options with me for possible upgrades, etc, without being pushy at all — he said he just wanted me to understand my options so AT&T could work as well for me, my lifestyle & budget, in a way that was very genuine.And now the reasons I switched to AT&T after almost 20 years with Verizon: My iPhone died 8 days prior. Verizon offices were closed due to COVID. I followed their instructions to manage my account thru their website, which insisted on sending me a PIN via a text that my phone couldn’t receive (they didn’t offer an email option). So I bought a new iPhone from Apple on-line. I phoned a Verizon rep from work (no other phone at home) to order a SIM card. They sent a one but my new phone still didn’t work. I called & asked them to send a new one, which they reported would take 2-5 days to arrive unless I paid for expedited shipping. I asked them to waive the expedited shipping charge & send it the next day, because my 2nd grade son’s birthday was in 2 days & we had plans to communicate with many nonlocal family members via phone that day (again, there’s no other phone in the house). I reminded them that I’d been with Verizon nearly 20 years & even stuck with them after a Verizon employee committed ID theft with my personal info to commit fraud several years ago. My request was “escalated” to management & was still denied, even though I explained they were going to lose a customer over an expedited shipping fee to correct their mistake for sending the wrong SIM card. They didn’t budge. So long, Verizon....

Rep Donte wasn’t willing to activate the iPhone 12 that I literally just bought from him and couldn’t tell me what my bill date was and didn’t even bother asking if I’d like a paper Receipt further more Dante failed to tell me should I have a problem with the device and needed to exchange or return it I would have to pay a 55$ restocking fee even though it’s less then 24 hours old and Marcelo went on to tell me that most of the staff is new like if that was a excuse for the all their mistakes I work in the telecommunications industry and I hold my team to a higher standard and expect my staff to be as informative as they can be with customers so their is no mix up but I guess that’s not the standard that at&t sets for their staff
On a rare occasion I was fortunate enough to be the only person in store. Gobind, Marcelo, and James were on point addressing my concerns. 10/10 would visit again

As of February 2018, I have not had issues with this store. It is called Connect Wireless FYI - but contracts to service AT&T customers. I have had to go in here twice and have replaced my phones with minimal issues. Both reps I dealt with were knowledgeable and courteous and also took the time to listen to understand my needs. WIth some good back and forth, they got their sale and I got a phone for a great price! Read this post in Ron Swansons voice.

So far -- not that great. I went in because my phone had died. Im 32 and have been using technology my whole life and I know how to charge phones. I dont go to the store unless I cant figure the issue out.The girl there asked me if I was sure I had charged my phone and then said you need to get it replaced through warranty and you can do that at home.She was no help, and I was disappointed with her service.
My parents had gone in today too buy two phones .. they had this deal going on where you buy one and you get the other one free .. so they went in and they were given false information. The total had come out to a lot and then the supervisor came and said you don’t get this free. Basically you’re going to make payments which means you are going to be payin interests and at the end of the month they will give you only a certain amount each month. This is a rip off because your paying interest and what you’re going to be getting back wouldn’t even match up with the amount you will be paying for. The supervisor was super rude she was yelling at the new girl because she didn’t explain the process. Overall this was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. This was the at&t in Costco and even the person that had given us our refund said don’t ever buy from them .. so just think twice before you go. I hope that someone talks to the supervisor on how to treat her employees and I hope the girl that was working there gets the right information.
Made a major purchase at this store which resulted in a complete systems mess within AT&T, hours spent on chat + no resolution. The staff immediately unwound the mistakes made on the systems side, rebooked the contract + solved the problem. Cant recommend them highly enough. Thank goodness for the human element!

I had an awful experience with a very promiscuous looking girl, I believe her name was Kylie Jordan. I can tell this worker takes no pride in her work and gave no effort to be professional. She was very rude and not very literate if I might add. Won’t go back to this establishment till that worker has been terminated and I’m assuming that won’t be very long by the way she looks and acts.
