Worst company ever. Do not waste your time or your money on this scam of a phone company! I paid for service that never worked and when I called for help with it I was told they would charge me for the phone call. Absolutely ridiculous and illegal. They will be sued. Please do not go with Boost Mobile.

My mother has been trying to deactivate her account for 3 months now but they keep charging her, they say “but your using your phone” but the phone is literally dead and theres no possible way to use it... Feeling a bit scammed and cheated. Very unhappy, the phone service itself was good and my mom used it for years, but there no use to having it if the phone is dead anyway, and after this fiasco I will never recommend this company again. (We ended up having our bank block the transactions, and got ripped out of $60 or more that boost mobile refused to reimburse us, we were told to bring it up to our bank and it wasn’t there problem)

Found out about this place recently and it is a small store but they do have a selection of phones to buy. I have been with Boost for 3 years now and I havent really gotten any good perks for my loyalty.

Well came in with less than 100$ and Rafael made it happen best customer service ever!

Cant say enough about how great our experience was. My husband, myself, and our 2 sons decided to switch phone companies, and Caleb made it a breeze. Pretty cool. They sell phones and service works most everywhere. The people inside a real, nice and blunt. Good to have in a company and hard to find. One time Boost just compt me on a month service when I didnt pay the bill, thats why they got a 4 star review. It is boost mobile.

I dropped into the shop late, with about two hours till close. Had one prepaid phone from another brand. Already bought my new hardware off Amazon. The lady in the shop was very helpful in getting my old number transferred into the new phone. She took her time and helped me with a sort of complicated process. As for in house customer service, I would say top notch. I cant speak to the corporate level of customer service. WORTH NOTING: some prices and deals are not available in the store, only online. But overall Im happy.

I just got hooked up with 5 lines thru boost.. I especially appreciated the over the top exceptional service we got from Caleb he got us the best deals possible, very friendly and knows what he is doing thanks again we left the store very pleased today thanks.

What a gong show this company is. I called them to have them remove an email address from an account and was told I should configure my email account to send the messages to my junk folder rather than have them stop sending them. Unbelievable. Stay far away from them.

I think its funny that people come here and give bad reviews, especially for boost when they have metropcs and use to work at this store.Lets be honest, sure we are not the fastest store to get people out, but we try very hard to make everyone happy, and give them the best experience we can.

Do not get this service, it is terrible. I have had this service for a few years and over the last year the service has gotten worse and worse. No service across most of the country and friend who had $9.00 Straight Talk had service everywhere. Stopped at a Boost store and was told it was my phone, brought a new phone and no change. If I could give 0 stars I would. Now I have to wait until October to get phone unlocked and get a new service.

My least favorite cell phone provider ever. Ive shopped around for a good one - there are none. There are decent providers out there, but Boost isnt it. And this location specifically irates me. I had a problem, showed them it was Boosts fault, and all they did was say Youre right, but theres nothing we can do. I was told 3 different things when I called their support phone line. Nothing was done to solve my problem at any point. They made it almost impossible to cancel my phone plan, and tried to not refund my payment. Shiesty, shadey, and just all around subpar service with Boost, be it actual data speeds, coverage area, or customer service.

Was having issues with my phone it was sold to me 3 months ago, stopped in and Vanessa I think was her name helped me out phone hasnt stopped working since then! Thank you for the help

Boostmobile on the guide.. in Bellingham wa. The manager is rude.. doesnt have management skills and waste peoples time.. retrain yourself and staff...And for this iphone6 29.99 deal you have to get the unlimited plan.. when I asked the manager said if you lower the plan we can lock out your phone .. from the manager .
