I was suspicious when I saw the location (small, off the beaten path) and the perfect 5 on Google. Just goes to show you shouldnt judge a book by the cover- this place really does, shockingly, deserve a perfect 5. I would not change a thing about my visit. The shop worker/owner(?) here knows exactly what hes doing. I was in and out in 10 minutes flat. Plus hes a charmer, thats a big plus. Will try to buy my computer parts and such from here from now on.

I went here today to get my electronic fingerprints taken (Fieldprint). The guy (sorry, I didnt get his name) who assisted me was so nice and accommodating. Great job!

Data Link is amazing. I have a warranty on my computer but I they say they may keep it up to a month. I cant wait that long. They can take me right away and they do a great job.

Came in with a minor problem on a Sunday which was an emergency to my gamer self. They worked with me being clear about timeline and price, and I walked out with a very improved device on Monday. Everything is working great now and even a few quality of life improvements I hadnt thought of were fixed. Definitely my new go to place for tech needs.

Eric has been our IT go to it! guy for the past 6 years. Whenever I have a problem, I just pick up the phone and give him a call and he shows up at our home office to fix the problem. Eric is always on time, and keeps his promises. He has recovered documents several times for us, as my husband, just keeps pushing buttons, hoping his work will magically reappear. The work does magically reappear only after Eric has found and fixed the problem.
