Clean, safe environment. With phenomenal customer service! The store manager Jordan, is very knowledgeable and provides top notch customer service! I had so many questions and he was able to make a stressful situation, smooth and seem less!Would recommend!
Customer services is not good at all. Had to go to the store 3 times and each time was in the store more than a hour and a half. This last time had to come in to get my watch checked because service was not working and was told I needed to call customer service. Customer service had already told me my watch was not working due to the fact they requested the wrong Sim service in store. They made a mistake and then told me there was nothing they could do and would not give me the manager of the store information.

Waited 45 minutes for poor customer service. Only rep in the store told me (and other customers in front of me) that he didnt know the answers to our questions and to call the T-Mobile customer service number. (If I had wanted to do that, why would I have made the trip to the store?) Overall, felt like he was never interested in helping me in the first place. Unfortunately, this is just once in a series of bad service experiences Ive had with T-Mobile.

This store has 1 decent person at the time of my visit. Mercedes is a horrible sales rep. If you have to go to this store you better ask for Valentino.
Don’t attend this store. Employees try to convince you to get a new phone number when you don’t have to. This is commission fraud and the store manager coaches his employees because they can’t make sales the right way! District manager, feel free to reach out to me.

Worst experience I have EVER had at a T-Mobile store. Employees don’t know how anything works. They have an attitude. & they right away want to send ppl to speak with customer support instead of them doing their jobs! Do yourself a favor go to another store.

If I could give a zero star I would. We upgraded to iPhone s max in July come October 7th they charged us an extra 263 (totaled 393) for “ non returned device” which we returned the device the same time we upgraded. So they traced the device down realizing oh we do have this device in our warehouse so instead of putting the money where they got it from they gave “store credit” that only goes towards future phone bills for THEIR mistake. It is now October 17th (10 days later) they charged us AGAIN 130 for our bill so called customer service and they couldn’t answer of why this mistake happened. And would not give us cooperates number. The man stated this is for next months bill. So your charging us 2 months of phone services in one month PLUS and extra 263 for a non returned device that was returned and your mistake. And I’m questioned why I want corporates number. This is by far the worst phone service and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will be leaving and NEVER returning.
