Place is garbage. If you sincerely need help with your phone or US Cellular account Id highly recommend avoiding this store, at all costs!

Fixed the problem we were having with our phone in minutes. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

Only 2 service people. As the lady was helping me a man bugged in right in the middle as she was helping me. I informed her that maybe she can finish with me and I get the reply I can multi task. I know she wanted to keep the people moving but to me it was very rude for Both people to act in this manner. As she made me feel like my issues about my phone wasnt important to finish with me.

Had to get an new phone (mine died) during the COVID situation. I was able to complete the whole process via phone and from my car window. Excellent service and excellent work during this crisis. They even brought out disinfectant wipes to clean everything.

Great. Had colin and he was wonderful. My son got his phone and Im going back to get a new one also.

Tried to per order Samsung S9 and US Cellular made the process impossable. Required insurance which is not a bad idea BUT then require us to change data plans to unlimited when we dont use the data we have now. It is a deal braker.

I bought a screen protector for $34 in December. At the time the main sales pitch was yes the $34 was pricey, but it guaranteed you free screen protector replacements for a year. No limits. I brought my phone in today to get a new one to be told that additional replacements would cost me $5. I asked for the manager, and he just said unfortunately this is the new policy. Didn’t give me a partial refund, didn’t give me one extra as an inconvenience, didn’t do anything for me. Bait and switch.

Several issues with this agent of US Cellular, every time I have brought my phone in this store to be replaced it has another issue following such as battery not charging, front facing camera not working, wifi/Bluetooth not working. An absolute inconvenience for my several visits and time wasted when I was assured the issues would be fixed. Cant go any lower than one star or else I would.
