My order was entered wrong by customer service rep. Their mistake and they wont honor original deal. Cannot cancel work order to fix it so I am still without a phone! I am so frustrated and disappointed. Waited over a week for second phone we upgraded and we paid for 2 day shipping. Not very happy right now....it is always something with them.
