They charge to pay your bill in the store, in the second month had service issues where the data service wouldnt come on and this was 2 days after paying the bill.

Scammers! Employees make up their own deals and the other employees wont honor them when there is an error on their end! Accessories arent priced. One minute something is $10 then the next minute (or customer) its $20. They charge an additional $3 for payments made in store. I cant call long-distance but should be able to and there wasnt an SD card included with my phone. I didnt switch from another carrier so I didnt get a deal (which employee A tried to do but it didnt work and employee B wouldnt honor it) or a free phone (which is fine, but that is what they are catering to-its bait and switch and then you will be unhappy). Now to find a different no-contract carrier...
