DG APP is VERY difficult to use. Store is cluttered and messy. Radio too loud. Many items in the wrong places. Other than these things, you can find some pretty good bargains if you know where to look.

This isnt the most clean or organized place but that is replaced by 90% to 95% of the staff being so nice and helpful. They get some real doozies from other places to help. Im always treated very well and helped happily. The product selection is very strong. The off brand...DG products...are actually excellent.

Dollar general is my go-to store to pick up items I need. I always get fast service and I can be in and out. Well stock store for the essentials.

The $5 Saturday coupon is cool, but theyve been sold out of wet cat food for almost 2 weeks!

Very slow to check out. I had to track her down and ask to be checked out. The cashier was outside picking trash up. She didnt wash her hands before she checked me out. Fortunately I hadnt bought food, or non washable items.

You can never get through the aisles in this store. There is stuff EVERYWHERE. The employees are quite nice but the store is almost unshoppable

This is a wonderful Dollar General lots and lots of choices and the latest items from the company. Most importantly the staff was very very accommodating.. I drive this huge van and I wanted to see if this one cooler fit between my seats and they let me take it out to my van to see if it was a good size, and it was, Im so appreciative of friendly people that just know what its like to work for a living. Kudos to all the understanding employees!

I was disappointed alot of shelfs were empty. There was way to many in store for socially distancing and many masks were not up. Line was long to check out and walking around was out of question so I was out of there. This was not just one store I went to two looking for I wanted.

Good place to get great deals, however they need a better system when it comes to stocking the shelves when there trucks bring in the supplies. Every Dollar General I have ever been in has the same problem. Congested isles

Watch out for the cashiers they will give you the wrong change then come back put acting like you knew that they gave you to much and think you purposely did it and tried to steal it. I say maybe they need to count better. And its hard to find any kind of help in there. And when there is they watch you like your going to steal something. Makes me not wanna be in there.

Good prices, in and out shopping, clean store and friendly people. Only thing I dont much care for is how jam packed clothes are and u have to keep picking them up cause they fall off while looking at stuff cause there crammed together. Otherwise it would be a five.

In and out real quick

As I pulled into the parking lot of Dollar General, I immediately noticed an employee standing directly outside the store smoking a cigarette. The employee was no more than 5 feet from the entrance. Upon entering the store there was not an employee/cashier in sight. I had to find what I was looking for on my own. While I am fully capable of doing so, it would have been nice to have been offered assistance or at least greeted upon entering the store. Then I proceeded to find my goods, still no employee in sight. I found what I was looking for easy enough, but when I reached the checkout there was still no employees in sight and I found a dog chew toy with Squeeze For Service drawn on it with permanent marker. So, I squeezed the toy, and heard a somewhat aggravated voice saying be there in just a second! somewhere from the back of the store. After another minute and a half of waiting at the register, an employee finally emerged from the back of the store. Once the employee started ringing up my items, she had an extremely disgruntled attitude accompanied with several deep sighs, and not once was I asked if I had found everything I was looking for. The employee actually didnt say a word to me until she asked if I was paying debit or credit. Further more the employee then commented on the clothing I was wearing, questioning why I had made the choices I did. The direct quote was, I cant believe youre wearing a hat right now, arent you dying? I found this to be very unprofessional, and I was very taken-aback that an employee would comment on something I was wearing. I felt that it was extremely judgmental and inappropriate because I would never dream of commenting on what ANYONE was wearing, let alone a customer at my place of employment. Over I was extremely dissatisfied by my visit to Dollar General, and question whether or not I will ever return to this location, or any Dollar General locations in the future. Dollar General is my go to store for cleaning and bath products. Just be vigilant when checking out. The bagging area is small and several times I got home only to find a bag missing. Their general attitude about it is tough luck.

Very rude management, I made a return and it was 6 items the manager got excited about how long it would take to do my return I came in the next day and the same manager felt the need to announce the I should make sure I can afford what im buying Because she wont be doing any returns for Me Keeping in mind I have done 1 return there EVER, Humiliating and unprofessional

I go there looking for cheap work shirts for cheap car cleaning supplies sometimes places are messy sometimes I have to wait too long at register for someone to check me out otherwise okay

Store hours online says theyre open till 10.... Got there at 5 minutes to 9 and they told me they were closed!

The worst Dollar General Store Ive ever seen theyve got so much stuff stacked in the Isles you cant get your cart down it I live right across the street and I go over there every day looking for the same thing week after week and its never in stock Im trying to buy me some powder some baby powder and every time I go over there they still dont have any and the manager oh my God she needs to wash her hair its so greasy
